Abstract
【解決手段】 送水部Psと出水部Po間に接続し、ハンドル2の操作により通水状態又は水抜状態に切換える不凍水栓柱1を構成するに際して、ハンドル2を回動可能に支持するハンドル支持機構3と、ハンドル2の回動変位を直進変位に変換するカム部5を有する運動変換機構4と、通水状態又は水抜状態に切換える弁機構6a,6bと、運動変換機構4の直進変位を弁機構6a,6bの弁部7に伝達する伝達機構8を備える。

Claims (5)
- 送水部と出水部間に接続し、ハンドルの操作により通水状態又は水抜状態に切換える不凍水栓柱において、前記ハンドルを回動可能に支持するハンドル支持機構と、前記ハンドルの回動変位を直進変位に変換するカム部を用いた運動変換機構と、弁部が直進変位することにより前記通水状態又は前記水抜状態に切換える弁機構と、前記運動変換機構の直進変位を前記弁部に伝達する伝達機構を備えることを特徴とする不凍水栓柱。
- 前記ハンドル支持機構は、外筒部の上端に取付け、かつ前記ハンドルを回動可能に支持する回動支持機構部と、前記ハンドルの操作角範囲を規制する角度規制部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の不凍水栓柱。
- 前記運動変換機構は、軸方向変位が規制され、かつ回動可能に支持されるとともに、上端に前記ハンドルに係合する係合部を有し、かつ下端に前記カム部を設けた上スピンドルと、回動方向変位が規制され、かつ軸方向変位可能に支持されるとともに、上端に前記カム部に追従する従動部を有し、かつ下端が前記伝達機構に結合する下スピンドルを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の不凍水栓柱。
- 前記弁機構は、内部中空の内水路を設けた筒状の弁部を有し、前記弁部が前記通水状態となる通水位置に変位した際に、前記送水部と前記出水部が前記内水路を介して接続され、かつ水抜部が遮断されるとともに、前記弁部が前記水抜状態となる水抜位置に変位した際に、前記出水部と前記水抜部が接続され、かつ前記送水部が遮断される構成を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の不凍水栓柱。
- 前記弁機構は、バイパス水路を有し、前記弁部が前記通水状態となる通水位置に変位した際に、前記送水部と前記出水部が前記バイパス水路を介して接続され、かつ水抜部が遮断されるとともに、前記弁部が前記水抜状態となる水抜位置に変位した際に、前記出水部と前記水抜部が接続され、かつ前記送水部が遮断される構成を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の不凍水栓柱。
