Abstract
【解決手段】 n−ペンタデカン等の物質を乳化し、乳化液を冷却装置1で冷却して内部の物質を結晶化し、この結晶化した物質を含む乳化物スラリをその融点の温度±0.01Kに調節して工作機械2に供給する。工作機械2の内部及び工作物が温度上昇するとき、これと接触する結晶化した物質の潜熱によって冷却され、結晶化した物質の一部は液体となるが、このときの工作機械の各部及び工作物は融点近傍±0.1K程度の温度差に調整される。その後この乳化液は冷却装置に入り、再び結晶化して循環する。

Claims (4)
- 工作機械の所用部に冷却によって結晶化した物質を含有する乳化液を、該物質の融点近傍の温度で温度調節して供給し、工作機械各部を所定温度に維持することを特徴とする工作機械の温度調節方法。
- 前記乳化液中に含有する物質は、n−ペンタデカンであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の工作機械の温度調節方法。
- 乳化液中に含有する物質を冷却して結晶化し、該物質の融点近傍の温度に温度調節する乳化液温度調節装置と、
前記乳化液温度調節装置からの結晶化した物質を含有する乳化液を、工作機械の所用部に供給する乳化液供給装置とを備えることを特徴とする工作機械の温度調節装置。 - 前記乳化液中に含有する物質は、n−ペンタデカンであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の工作機械の温度調節装置。
