Description

The present invention relates to a method for constructing a waterproof sheet made of a thermoplastic resin such as a vinyl chloride resin or an olefin resin. More specifically, the present invention relates to a plurality of waterproof sheets made of thermoplastic resin formed in a band shape on a base surface. It is related with the construction method of the waterproof sheet which arrange | positions in parallel and abutts adjacent edges and joins in a watertight state.

When waterproofing rooftops, verandas, terraces, balconies, etc., a sheet waterproofing method is generally used in which a waterproof sheet is laid down on the upper surface of the base made of ALC board, plywood, mortar, slate board, etc. Yes. In this sheet waterproofing construction method, a long sheet having a thickness of 0.5 to 5 mm, a width of 500 to 2500 mm, and a length of about 1 to 20 m is used as the waterproof sheet. Conventionally, as shown in FIG. A plurality of long waterproof sheets 1a, 1b, 1c,... Are arranged in parallel to each other on the base surface 2, and the longitudinal edge portions 11a, 11b, 11c,. Overlapping and joining and integration are performed by heat fusion, solvent welding, or adhesive bonding, and the edge portions 12a, 12b, 12c... In the width direction are overlapped with each other in the same manner as the edge portions 11a, 11b, 11c. The edges 13a, 13b, 13c ... are butted together and bonded to the belt-like sheet 3 fixed on the lower ground 2 corresponding to the abutting position (connection). Welding or adhesive has been joined by an adhesive.
Therefore, in the part where both the longitudinal edge portions 11a, 11b, 11c... And the widthwise edge portions 12a, 12b, 12c... Of the waterproof sheets 1a, 1b, 1c. Since the waterproof sheets will be overlapped, the overlapping steps will be large, especially on the roof where you can walk, it will not only look bad, but it may also trip during walking, and with the joint between the waterproof sheets There is a possibility that a non-adhered portion is easily generated between them, and a water channel is formed.

In order to eliminate such a conventional defect, as shown in FIG. 4, it is made of a resin such as vinyl chloride or olefin resin, and is formed in a substantially T-shape, a substantially L-shape or a substantially I-shape in plan view and has an appropriate length from the tip. The thin strips (joint members) 4 and the strip-like sheet 3 formed with the inclined surfaces 31 and 41 that gradually become thicker to the range are used to form the joints L1, L2 of the adjacent waterproof sheets 1a, 1b,. In addition, a joint member 4 is selected, and the joint member 4 is placed on the base surface 2 so that the inclined surfaces 31 and 41 are overlapped with each other at positions corresponding to the vertical and horizontal connecting lines L1 and L2 of the waterproof sheets 1a, 1b. After that, the end portions of the waterproof sheets 1a, 1b,... Are joined on the joint member 4 and the belt-like sheet 3 so that the connecting lines L1, L2 are aligned. Engineering methods have been proposed (e.g., see Patent Document 1.).
According to this construction method, it is possible to make the step at the joining portion (edge portion) of the adjacent waterproof sheet smaller than that of the conventional construction method, but the step remains clearly streaked along the edge of the joint member. (See FIG. 4C). Moreover, in this construction method, it is necessary to prepare and prepare a joint member in accordance with the vertical and horizontal joint shape with the adjacent waterproof sheet, so that not only the cost is high, but the originally thin strip (joint member and strip sheet) ) Are fixed on the base surface so that the inclined surfaces are superposed on each other, which is a troublesome work on the top surface of the construction work, and there is a risk that the work efficiency may be reduced as compared with the conventional construction method. In addition, when the base expands and contracts, the superimposed inclined surfaces may be shifted and a water channel may be generated in the portion. Furthermore, since the widths of the joint member and the belt-like sheet are made to have constant dimensions, there is a possibility that a sufficient joining allowance cannot be ensured when an allocation error occurs.

The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and the step at the joint portion of the adjacent waterproof sheet can be made smaller than the conventional method, and the presence of the step can be made almost inconspicuous. It is possible to join any shape of connection in a watertight manner without the need for a joint member that matches the shape of the connection of the waterproof sheet, and even if the ground expands or contracts, There is no possibility of generating waterways, and even if there is an allocation error, a sufficient joining allowance can be secured at any time, and a waterproof sheet construction method that can be constructed easily and in a short period of time is not provided. It is what.

The construction method of the waterproof sheet according to claim 1 of the present invention that achieves such an object includes a plurality of thermoplastic resin waterproof sheets formed in a strip shape on a base surface, arranged in parallel with each other, and adjacent edges. A waterproof sheet construction method that joins each other in a watertight manner, and applies a liquid resin made of a thermoplastic resin on the lower ground corresponding to the joint line where the edges of the adjacent waterproof sheets face each other. Thus, a bonding film layer is formed, and the edge portion of the waterproof sheet is bonded and integrated with the bonding film layer by heat fusion, solvent welding, or adhesive bonding.
Further, the waterproof sheet construction method according to claim 2 is the waterproof sheet construction method according to claim 1, wherein a liquid resin made of a thermoplastic resin is applied on the base surface to form a bonding film layer. Before the bonding film layer is solidified, the edge portion of the waterproof sheet is bonded and integrated by pressure bonding.
And the construction method of the waterproof sheet which concerns on Claim 3 arrange | positions the several sheets of the thermoplastic resin waterproof sheet formed in strip shape on the base surface in parallel mutually, and adjoins the adjacent edges and makes it watertight A method of constructing a waterproof sheet to be joined, and after adhering and fixing the waterproof sheet with an adhesive on the base surface or mechanically fixing it with a screw or a fixed disk plate, the edge portion of the adjacent waterproof sheet By applying a liquid resin made of a thermoplastic resin over the entire surface to form a bonding film layer, adjacent waterproof sheets are bonded and integrated.
At this time, it is preferable that a reinforcing base material is included in the bonding film layer.
Further, in the construction method of the waterproof sheet according to claim 5, when an allocation error occurs, a liquid resin made of a thermoplastic resin is applied to the portion continuously with the bonding film layer to form an amplification bonding film layer. It is characterized by damaging.

Thus, the waterproof sheet construction method according to the present invention, in particular, according to the waterproof sheet construction method according to claim 1, the lower ground of the portion corresponding to the joint line where the edges of the adjacent waterproof sheets are butted together. A liquid resin made of a thermoplastic resin is applied to form a bonding film layer, and the edge portion of the waterproof sheet is bonded and integrated with the bonding film layer by heat fusion, solvent welding, or adhesive bonding. Therefore, the step at the joint part of the adjacent waterproof sheet can be made smaller than the conventional method, and at the same time, unlike the case of using the joint member or the belt-like sheet, the edge part of the joint film layer does not stand up. The presence of steps can be made almost inconspicuous.
Moreover, it does not require a joint member that matches the shape of the adjacent waterproof sheet joint as in the conventional construction method, and any shape of the joint in the sheet waterproof construction method can be easily and watertightly joined. Become.
In addition, the bonding film layer made of liquid resin is formed in a continuous body to match the shape of the connection of the adjacent waterproof sheet, so even if the base expands or contracts, the bonded portion is displaced or a water channel is generated. There is almost no fear.

Moreover, according to the construction method of the waterproof sheet according to claim 2, after forming the bonding film layer by applying a liquid resin made of a thermoplastic resin on the base surface, before the bonding film layer is solidified, Since the edge portion of the waterproof sheet is joined and integrated by pressure bonding, in addition to the above effects, the training period until the bonding film layer dries is unnecessary, so the work period can be shortened. Play.
According to the construction method of the waterproof sheet according to claim 3, after fixing the waterproof sheet on the base surface, a liquid resin made of a thermoplastic resin is applied over the edge portion of the adjacent waterproof sheet to form the bonding film layer. Since the adjacent waterproof sheets are joined and integrated by forming the waterproof construction, the waterproof construction becomes easy. In addition, if the liquid resin made of a thermoplastic resin that forms the bonding film layer is made the same color as the waterproof sheet to be laid, the presence of the bonding film layer becomes inconspicuous after waterproof construction and the appearance is improved. The design properties can be expressed by presenting the presence of the bonding film layers made of liquid resin in different colors in a striped tone.
Moreover, according to the construction method of the waterproof sheet according to claim 4, since the reinforcing base material is included in the bonding film layer in a layer shape, the tensile strength of the bonding film layer is improved, so that the base is temporarily expanded and contracted. Even in this case, there is almost no possibility that the joint portion is displaced or a water channel is generated.
Furthermore, according to the construction method of the waterproof sheet according to claim 5, when an allocation error occurs, a liquid resin made of a thermoplastic resin is applied to the portion continuously with the bonding film layer to amplify the bonding film layer. Therefore, even if an allocation error occurs during construction, a sufficient joining allowance can be secured at any time.

Hereinafter, specific preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Suitably used in the waterproof sheet construction method according to the present invention have a general form in this kind of technical field using a thermoplastic resin (for example, the thickness is 0). 5-5mm, a width of 500-2500mm, and a length of about 1-20m), a plurality of sheets placed in parallel on the upper surface 2 of the base consisting of ALC plate, plywood, mortar, slate plate, etc. Then, it is fixed with an adhesive, or mechanically fixed by driving a screw or the like. Further, edge portions 11a, 11b, 11c in the longitudinal direction and edge portions 12a, 12b, 12c in the width direction are Thermal bonding, solvent welding, or adhesive to the bonding film layer 5 formed on the lower ground 2 of the portion corresponding to the joints L1, L2 where the edges 13a, 13b, 13c,... Watertight by bonding It is if integrated.

As the thermoplastic resin forming the waterproof sheets 1a, 1b, 1c, ..., vinyl chloride resin, ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene / acrylic copolymer, olefin resin, chlorinated polyolefin, acrylic resin And thermoplastic elastomers (olefin-based, urethane-based, ester-based). These resins may be used alone or in combination of two or more, and if necessary, plasticizers, stabilizers, fillers, colorants, lubricants, antioxidants, light stabilizers, UV absorbers Additives such as antibacterial agents, fungicides, flame retardants and solvents can be mixed. Moreover, in order to prevent expansion and contraction, a waterproof sheet can be used in which a woven or non-woven fabric such as glass fiber or polyester fiber is laminated on the intermediate layer or the back surface.

Further, the adhesive used for bonding the waterproof sheets 1a, 1b, 1c,... On the base surface 2 is not particularly limited as long as it can be firmly bonded to the base surface 2, but the water resistance and heat resistance are not limited. For example, a two-component curable epoxy adhesive, a urethane adhesive, a nitrile rubber adhesive, a chloroprene rubber adhesive, and the like that are excellent in properties are preferably used.

Further, the bonding film layer 5 for bonding the edge portions 11a, 11b, 11c... And 12a, 12b, 12c... Of the waterproof sheets 1a, 1b, 1c. It is formed by applying to a width (H), specifically, a width of 50 to 200 mm. At this time, the reinforcing base material 5 a may be included in the bonding film layer 5. That is, after applying a liquid resin made of a thermoplastic resin on the base surface 2, the reinforcing base material 5a is placed thereon, and a liquid resin made of a thermoplastic resin is applied to the surface of the reinforcing base material 5a, In the bonding film layer 5, the reinforcing base material 5a is provided in a laminated form.

Examples of the reinforcing base include woven fabrics, nonwoven fabrics, knitted fabrics, or metal nets made of glass fibers, synthetic fibers (polyester fibers, nylon fibers, vinylon fibers, etc.) or natural fibers (hemp, cotton, etc.), A board, a synthetic resin tape, or the like can be used. Further, the above-described woven fabric, non-woven fabric, and knitted fabric may be combined in advance with the synthetic resin tape. Further, a waterproof sheet that is cut into a tape shape can be used as the reinforcing substrate. Among these, considering water resistance and stretchability, woven fabrics, nonwoven fabrics, and knitted fabrics made of glass fibers are preferably used.

As the thermoplastic resin forming the bonding film layer 5, a thermoplastic resin capable of either heat sealing, solvent welding, or adhesive bonding is used with the waterproof sheets 1 a, 1 b, 1 c. Specifically, the same thermoplastic resin as the above-described thermoplastic resin that forms the waterproof sheets 1a, 1b, 1c,.
In this case, it is preferable to use the same kind of thermoplastic resin as the waterproof sheets 1a, 1b, 1c,. For example, when the waterproof sheets 1a, 1b, 1c,... To be laid are made of vinyl chloride resin, the liquid resin forming the bonding film layer 5 is vinyl chloride resin or a blend of other resins with vinyl chloride resin. Is preferably used. However, other than the combination of the same kind of thermoplastic resins, a combination of materials having similar solubility parameters or a resin having good adhesion can be used preferably because they can be heat-sealed or solvent-welded.

The liquid resin for forming the bonding film layer 5 is generally obtained by adding a thermoplastic resin and other additives as required to a solvent and stirring and dissolving them. In the present invention, in addition to the solvent-based liquid resin, In addition, emulsion-based and solvent-free liquid resins can also be used. In addition, the viscosity of the liquid resin used in the present invention is usually in the range of 0.5 to 200 Pa · s, but is preferably in the range of 3 to 10 Pa · s in consideration of workability and strength.

The bonding film layer 5 itself needs to be watertight. Specifically, the thickness is preferably in the range of 0.2 to 2.0 mm, and more preferably in the range of 0.4 to 1.0 mm. Increasing the thickness of the bonding film layer 5 makes it possible to ensure higher water tightness. However, the thicker the bonding film layer 5, the more likely the step becomes conspicuous and the worse the finish. On the contrary, if the bonding film layer 5 is made thin, the level difference is not conspicuous and the finished state is improved, but the water tightness is deteriorated and there is a risk of water leakage. Therefore, in consideration of these things, it is preferable to set the thickness of the bonding film layer 5 in the range of 0.2 to 2.0 mm.
In addition, the preferable thickness of the above-described bonding film layer 5 needs to be maintained in the range of the preferable width (50 to 200 mm) of the bonding film layer 5 described above. Otherwise, there is a possibility that sufficient strength for joining the edge portions 11a, 11b, 11c,... And 12a, 12b, 12c,. Further, the portion outside the range of the preferred width (50 to 200 mm) of the bonding film layer 5 is formed so that the thickness thereof is gradually reduced. By doing so, the step due to the presence of the bonding film layer 5 can be made inconspicuous.
Furthermore, when the influence with the base 2 is taken into consideration, the bonding film layer 5 needs to have a strength and an elongation rate exceeding the standard in order to ensure watertightness. Specifically, in the tensile performance test method described in JIS A 6008, the tensile strength is preferably 20 N / cm or more, the elongation is 50% or more, more preferably the tensile strength is 50 N / cm or more, and the elongation is 100% or more.

In the construction method of the waterproof sheet according to the present invention, the edge portions 11a, 11b, 11c... Of the adjacent waterproof sheets 1a, 1b, 1c... And the edge ends 13a, 13b, 13c. In this case, the edges 13a, 13b, 13c,... May be abutted so that there is no gap between them. It is preferable to fill with the same liquid resin as the liquid resin to be formed. By doing so, since it is integrated with the bonding film layer (liquid resin) 5 formed on the base surface 2, the durability is improved.
In addition, 20 mm or less is preferable as a space | interval (gap) which opens edge 13a, 13b, 13c ... of waterproofing sheets 1a, 1b, 1c ..., and, More preferably, it is the range of 3-7mm.

In the waterproof sheet construction method according to the present invention, not only the waterproof sheets 1 a, 1 b, 1 c... But also the sheet waterproof construction method using the waterproof sheets 1 a, 1 b, 1 c. It is also possible to combine a waterproof coating method using a waterproof material. In this case, either the waterproof sheet or the waterproof coating material may be applied in either order, and the primer treatment is generally performed before the coating waterproof material is applied. Further, the abutting portion (joint portion) between the waterproof sheet and the waterproof coating material can be sealed with the liquid resin described above.
