Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure extremely high workability, enable a damaged floor material, if any, to be separated and renewed to a clean finished condition with relative ease, further enable excellent bonding quality to be maintained for a long period with good water and heat resistant characteristics, eliminate a need for sealing the boundary of the floor material with a sealant, and ensure an extremely clean condition to be kept, even upon occurrence of air layer expansion between a waterproof sheet and a floor material. CONSTITUTION:In the flat roof or the like having a soft polyvinyl chloride waterproof sheet 3 laid on the surface of a wall 2 to be waterproofed, while the required area of the sheet 3 such as a peripheral section being jointed to a jointing body 4 and most of other areas being left free, a long floor material 5 having the predetermined width and mainly composed of polyvinyl chloride, is cut into pieces having the predetermined length. These pieces are laid on the upper surface of the sheet 3. Also, the peripheral sections of the floor material pieces 5 or the nearby sections thereof are bonded to the sheet 3 over 20 to 60mm bonding width with a bonding agent of tetrahydrofuran solvent type.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, in a flat roof of a concrete structure, that is, on a roof of a building, or in an outer corridor of a housing complex, a veranda, etc., a waterproof sheet made of a synthetic resin such as soft polyvinyl chloride is used only for its minimum required portion. It is stretched by a so-called insulation method in which it is joined to a joint fixed to a wall surface to be waterproofed, and most of the rest is left alone. According to this insulation method, waterproofing can be performed reliably without being affected by the unevenness of the concrete wall surface during waterproofing.

However, according to the conventional method, since the floor material is entirely adhered to the upper surface of the waterproof sheet using the epoxy resin adhesive, the workability is extremely poor and the work time is long. If the floor material is long and the floor material is damaged, it is difficult to peel off the floor material and re-attachment work is not easy. Moreover, since the epoxy resin adhesive has poor water resistance and heat resistance, Not only is it difficult to maintain, but the entire circumference of the floor material needs to be sealed with a sealing material, which is troublesome. Further, when the air layer between the waterproof sheet and the floor material expands, there is a problem that the uneven shape is conspicuous and the appearance is extremely deteriorated.

An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art and to install a flooring material on the upper surface of a waterproof sheet-lined flat roof or the like, which is extremely excellent in workability and requires a large work time. It can be shortened, and even if the floor material is damaged, the floor material can be peeled off relatively easily, the refilling work can be done easily and the finish can be done cleanly, and the water resistance and heat resistance are good, It can maintain excellent adhesiveness for a long period of time, and it is not necessary to seal the entire circumference of the floor material with a sealing material, and even if the air layer between the waterproof sheet and the floor material expands, there are almost no irregular shapes. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for laying a floor material on a flat roof with a waterproof sheet that is inconspicuous and has a very beautiful appearance.

In the method of the present invention, since the waterproof sheet and the flooring material are both made of polyvinyl chloride sheet, the adhesive agent for joining them is tetrahydrofuran alone or a small amount of vinyl chloride resin in tetrahydrofuran, Alternatively, a tetrahydrofuran-based solution adhesive in which a resin such as a copolymer of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate is dissolved is used.

If the adhesive width of the flooring material is less than 20 mm, the adhesive strength of the flooring material is not sufficient, and if the pedestrian gets stuck or gets caught on the flooring material after stretching, the flooring material will be damaged. It is not preferable because the flooring material may peel off or may be easily blown off by wind pressure. Further, when the adhesive width of the floor material exceeds 60 mm, the adhesive strength of the floor material becomes too large, and for example, when the floor material is damaged, it is difficult to peel the floor material,
It is not preferable because it is not easy to change the work.

In addition, the side edges of the floor material are joined to the upper surface of the waterproof sheet over the entire circumference with a tetrahydrofuran solvent-based adhesive, but the side edges of adjacent floor materials are joined together. , For example, a non-joint joint tape with a width of 5 to 50 mm made of kraft paper or the like coated with an adhesive on one side is provided on the lower side of one of the side edge portions of both floor materials, or on the lower side of both sides. It is attached to the upper surface of the waterproof sheet or the lower surface of the floor material in advance so that it is located across, and the floor material is covered over this joint tape, and the side edge portion of the floor material is applied with a solvent-based adhesive. It may be joined to a waterproof sheet.

Also, together with such joint tape or separately from the joint tape, the above-mentioned 20 to 60 are provided inside the floor material.
If you open the part to be adhered with a width of mm and attach the adhesive flow prevention tape, you can effectively prevent the flow of the adhesive when applying the tetrahydrofuran solvent adhesive. This is preferable because the width of the joint portion of the peripheral portion of the floor material is constant, the workability is extremely excellent, and the working time can be greatly shortened.

As the above-mentioned joined body for joining the waterproof sheet,
A plate material such as a hard or semi-rigid synthetic resin plate, a metal plate, or a steel plate coated with vinyl chloride resin on one side or both sides to improve adhesion is used. In addition, for example, a circular joint and a flat strip-shaped joint are used in the middle portion of the concrete wall of the flat roof, and a strip-shaped joint having a substantially L-shaped cross section is used in the corner of the concrete wall. According to the above-mentioned method for stretching the flooring material, the peripheral edge portion or the peripheral edge portion of the flooring material is bonded to the surface of the waterproof sheet with an adhesive width of 20 to 60 mm by the tetrahydrofuran solvent adhesive. When re-covering the floor material, it is relatively easy to peel it off, and the old floor material can be easily removed. Similar to the case, an excellent adhesion effect is obtained, and therefore, the re-flooring work of a new floor material can be performed very easily and quickly, and the finish can be performed neatly without any unevenness.

As is clear from the results in the above table, the floor material
When the part near the periphery of (5) is joined to the waterproof sheet (3) with a tetrahydrofuran solvent-based adhesive, if the adhesive width of the floor material (5) is 10 mm, the adhesive strength of the floor material (5) is sufficient. Instead, the flooring (5) easily peels off. Also, if the adhesion width of the floor material (5) is 80 mm, the adhesion strength of the floor material (5) becomes too large and the floor material (5) cannot be easily peeled off. For example, when the floor material (5) is damaged. It is not easy to change the work.

Further, the tetrahydrofuran solvent adhesive has a low viscosity and is easy to apply,
Since the flooring material (5) can be stretched over the upper surface of the waterproof sheet (3) with excellent workability, the working time can be greatly reduced. Moreover, the solvent-based adhesive bonding layer (6) is formed by the polyvinyl chloride resins that compose the waterproof sheet (3) and the flooring material (5) being melted together, so that they are water and heat resistant. It has good durability, can maintain excellent adhesiveness for a long time, and has excellent durability.

As described above, the flooring method of the present invention joins the waterproof sheet made of soft polyvinyl chloride to the surface of the wall to be waterproofed to the bonded body only at the required portion such as the peripheral portion. And on the flat roof, etc., where the rest of the majority was stretched,
On the upper surface of the waterproof sheet, a long floor material having a required width and mainly made of polyvinyl chloride is cut to a required length and laid out. 20 to 60 mm through a solvent-based adhesive
With the adhesive width of, the tetrahydrofuran-based solvent-based adhesive has a low viscosity, is easy to apply, and has a small number of joints. It can be carried out, and the working time can be greatly shortened as compared with the case of whole surface adhesion using a conventional epoxy resin adhesive.

Further, since the floor material is bonded to the surface of the waterproof sheet only at the peripheral edge portion or a portion near the peripheral edge thereof with an adhesive width of 20 to 60 mm by the tetrahydrofuran solvent adhesive, the peeling is relatively easy. When re-covering the floor material, the old floor material can be easily removed.
Also, just by slightly shifting the position of the new floor joint with respect to the tarpaulin, the same excellent adhesive effect as in the initial case can be obtained, which makes renewal work of the new floor very easy and quick. Moreover, there is an effect that the finish can be performed neatly without producing unevenness.

In addition, since the solvent adhesive adhesive bonding layer is formed by mutually melting the polyvinyl chloride resins constituting the waterproof sheet and the flooring material, it has good water resistance and heat resistance and can be used for a long time. Excellent adhesion can be maintained, there is no need to seal the entire circumference of the floor with sealing material, and even if the air layer between the tarpaulin and the floor expands, the uneven shape is hardly noticeable The effect is that the appearance is very beautiful.
