Abstract
【解決手段】ケース4には、マイナス外部端子5、電圧変換外部端子6、およびプラス外部端子7が設けられる。二次電池1の正極と、プラス外部端子7との間には、温度保護素子2が設けられる。また、二次電池1の正極と、電圧変換外部端子6との間には、温度保護素子2および電圧変換器3が直列に接続される。マイナス外部端子5は、二次電池1の負極から導出される。

Description
このようにして、二次電池1の電池電圧が異常に高い場合に、充電を停止させて、二次電池1の劣化を防止する。負荷への放電は、寄生ダイオード36を介して行われる。

Claims (14)
- 二次電池が内蔵された電池パックにおいて、
1以上の電圧変換器と、
上記二次電池および上記電圧変換器の温度を検出する温度保護素子と、
2以上の異なる電圧を出力する複数の出力端子とを有し、
上記温度保護素子が上記二次電池および上記電圧変換器の両方に熱的に結合するようにした電池パック。 - さらに、上記二次電池を保護する二次電池保護手段を有し、
上記温度保護素子が上記二次電池、上記電圧変換器、および上記二次電池保護手段の全てに熱的に結合するようにした請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 上記温度保護素子の周囲に熱伝導率が0.4W/m・K以上の接着剤を塗布するようにした請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 上記温度保護素子の周囲に熱伝導率が0.4W/m・K以上のゲル状の充填剤を充填するようにした請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 上記二次電池と、上記電圧変換器と、上記温度保護素子とが共通のケース内に収納された請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 上記電圧変換器および上記温度保護素子は、上記二次電池の外装ケースの面に接触するように配置される請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 上記電圧変換器および上記温度保護素子は、上記二次電池の端部の金属フィルム溶着部に接触するように配置される請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 二次電池が内蔵された電池パックにおいて、
上記二次電池の放電時に使用する放電用電圧変換器と、
上記二次電池の充電時に使用する充電用電圧変換器と、
上記二次電池、上記放電用電圧変換器、および上記充電用電圧変換器の温度を検出する温度保護素子とを有し、
上記温度保護素子が上記二次電池、上記放電用電圧変換器、および上記充電用電圧変換器に熱的に結合するようにした電池パック。 - さらに、上記二次電池を保護する二次電池保護手段を有し、
上記温度保護素子が上記二次電池、上記放電用電圧変換器、上記充電用電圧変換器、および上記二次電池保護手段の全てに熱的に結合するようにした請求項8に記載の電池パック。 - 上記温度保護素子の周囲に熱伝導率が0.4W/m・K以上の接着剤を塗布するようにした請求項8に記載の電池パック。
- 上記温度保護素子の周囲に熱伝導率が0.4W/m・K以上のゲル状の充填剤を充填するようにした請求項8に記載の電池パック。
- 上記二次電池と、上記放電用電圧変換器と、上記充電用電圧変換器と、上記温度保護素子とが共通のケース内に収納された請求項8に記載の電池パック。
- 上記放電用電圧変換器、上記充電用電圧変換器、および上記温度保護素子は、上記二次電池の外装ケースの面に接触するように配置される請求項8に記載の電池パック。
- 上記放電用電圧変換器、上記充電用電圧変換器、および上記温度保護素子は、上記二次電池の端部の金属フィルム溶着部に接触するように配置される請求項8に記載の電池パック。
