Abstract

Claims (21)
- 建造物の外部に設けられる外部部分を少なくとも有する電力ネットワークであって、
1MHzよりも高い搬送周波数を有する電気通信信号を前記ネットワークの第1の相導体に入力するための入力手段と、
前記ネットワークから前記電気通信信号を取出して、前記電気通信信号を出力するための出力手段とを含み、
前記電気通信信号は、前記ネットワークの前記外部部分を伝わって伝送され、
前記搬送周波数は、それによって前記電気通信信号によって伝達可能なデータの容量を増加させる、ネットワーク。 - 前記ネットワークは、複数の離れた建造物を接続し、前記電気通信信号は、前記建造物の間を伝送される、請求項1に記載のネットワーク。
- 前記電気通信信号は、前記第1の相導体の電位と接地電位との間の電位差の変動によって伝送される、請求項1または2に記載のネットワーク。
- 前記ネットワークは、第2、第3の相導体をさらに含み、
前記入力手段は、前記電気通信信号を前記第1の相導体に入力し、
前記出力手段は、少なくとも前記第2、第3の相導体のうちのひとつから前記電気通信信号を取出す、請求項1に記載のネットワーク。 - 前記入力手段は、前記第1〜第3の相導体のうちの前記第1の相導体のみに対する入力のためのものである、請求項4に記載のネットワーク。

前記ネットワークへの前記電気通信信号の入力と、前記ネットワークからの前記電気通信信号の取出の、いずれか一方または両方を行なうための結合素子とを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のネットワーク。 - 前記通信装置は、
前記通信装置に接続された前記ネットワークの一端を前記ネットワークの特性インピーダンスで終端する終端素子をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のネットワーク。 - 前記通信装置は、
受信装置または伝送装置と前記電力ネットワークとの間のインピーダンス整合を行なうためのインピーダンス整合手段をさらに含む、請求項7または8に記載のネットワーク。 - 前記低域通過フィルタは、
幹線電気入力と幹線電気出力との間に配置され、前記幹線電気入力の端部で第1のキャパシタと接続され、前記幹線電気出力の端部で第2のキャパシタと接続されるインダクタを含み、
前記第1のキャパシタは、前記幹線電気入力を信号入出力線に接続し、
前記第2のキャパシタは、前記幹線電気出力を接地に接続する、請求項8または9に記載のネットワーク。 - 前記第1のキャパシタは、結合キャパシタとして動作し、使用される際には、高周波数の通信信号が前記信号入出力線から実質的な減衰無しに通ることを可能とし、かつ、信号の低周波数成分を減衰させる、請求項10に記載のネットワーク。
- 前記通信装置は、前記ネットワークと前記構造物の内部の電気的ネットワークとの間のインターフェースに接続される、請求項6ないし10のいずれかに記載のネットワーク。
- 信号伝送方法であって、
1MHzよりも高い搬送周波数を有する電気通信信号を、建造物の外部に設けられる外部部分を少なくとも有する電力ネットワークの第1の相導体に入力するステップと、
前記電気通信信号を引き続いて受信するステップとを含み、
前記電気通信信号は、前記ネットワークの前記外部部分を伝って伝送され、
前記搬送周波数は、それによって前記電気通信信号によって伝達可能なデータの容量を増加させる、信号伝送方法。 - 前記ネットワークは、複数の離れた建造物を接続し、前記電気通信信号は、前記建造物の間を伝送される、請求項13に記載の信号伝送方法。
- 前記電気通信信号は、前記第1の相導体の電位と接地電位との間の電位差の変動によって伝送される、請求項13または14に記載のネットワーク。
- 前記ネットワークは、第2、第3の相導体をさらに含み、

- 前記電気通信信号は、通信装置を用いて、前記ネットワークに入力されかつ前記ネットワークから受信され、
前記装置は、
低周波数で高振幅の幹線電力信号が前記ネットワークから前記建造物へ通るのを可能にし、かつ、前記建造物からの電気的雑音が前記建造物の外部にある前記ネットワークの部分に入るのを防止するための低域通過フィルタ部と、
前記ネットワークへの前記電気通信信号の入力と、前記ネットワークからの前記電気通信信号の取出の、いずれか一方または両方を行なうための結合素子とを含む、請求項13〜18のいずれかに記載の信号伝送方法。 - 前記低域通過フィルタ部は、前記ネットワークから電力を受けるために前記ネットワークに結合される要素に起因してインピーダンスが変化する低周波数負荷が、前記ネットワーク上に存在する高周波数の電気通信信号を大きく減衰させるのを阻止する、請求項19に記載の信号伝送方法。
- 前記通信装置は、前記電気通信信号を建造物から前記ネットワーク上に送出するように配置される、請求項19に記載の信号伝送方法。
