Abstract
【解決手段】鉄筋結束機1の捩じりモータ9の背面側に冷却ファン17を配置し、電源回路基板8と制御回路基板16とに感熱素子23を搭載して、電動モータの近傍に電源回路基板を配置する。制御部は、感熱素子の検出温度に基づき、トリガ信号入力時点で内部温度が基準値以上のときは冷却ファンを起動し、一定時間後に停止する。複数の感熱素子を分散配置したことによって、高精度な温度検出ができるとともに、発熱量の大きい捩じりモータと電源回路基板を近接配置し、捩じりモータの軸線上に冷却ファンを配置したので、電動モータと電源回路基板の両方を効率的に冷却することができる。

Claims (3)
- 結束線を送り出して鉄筋の周囲に掛け回す結束線送り機構と、上記鉄筋に掛け回した結束線ループを把持して回転することにより上記鉄筋を結束する結束線捩り機構と、少なくとも上記結束線捩り機構を駆動する電動モータとを工具筐体に備えた鉄筋結束機において、
上記工具筐体の内部を冷却する冷却ファンと、上記冷却ファンを駆動する冷却ファン駆動手段と、上記工具筐体の内部温度を検出して該内部温度と基準温度とを比較した結果に基づいて上記冷却ファンを制御するファン駆動制御手段とを有し、上記ファン駆動制御手段は、上記内部温度を検出する感熱素子を少なくとも備えた基板部材として設けられ、上記基板部材は、上記電動モータの付近に配設されていることを特徴とする鉄筋結束機。 - 請求項1に記載の鉄筋結束機において、上記基板部材は、電源回路基板と制御回路基板とからなり、上記感熱素子は、上記電源回路基板と上記制御回路基板との其々に設けられていることを特徴とする鉄筋結束機。
- 請求項2に記載の鉄筋結束機において、上記電源回路基板は、上記制御回路基板よりも上記電動モータに近い部位に配設されて、上記冷却ファンは、上記電動モータの背面側且つ上記電動モータの軸線上或いは軸線近傍に配置されていることを特徴とする鉄筋結束機。
