昇降機に関する情報をインターネットを介して顧客の端末へ提供する昇降機の電子商取引システムであって、
顧客の認証情報を含む顧客情報を格納した顧客情報格納手段と、
上記顧客情報とリンクして各顧客毎の現在設置されている昇降機の詳細情報である昇降機仕様情報を格納した顧客昇降機仕様情報格納手段と、
昇降機を構成するリフォーム可能な単位である各項目毎の現在設置されているものに対するリフォーム仕様案を格納したリフォーム仕様案格納手段と、
入力された顧客の認証情報に基づき上記顧客昇降機仕様情報格納手段から該顧客の現在設置されている昇降機の昇降機仕様情報を検索して求める昇降機仕様情報検索手段、およびこの求められた昇降機仕様情報に基づき上記リフォーム仕様案格納手段から現在設置されているものに対するリフォーム仕様案を検索して求め上記顧客の端末に表示するリフォーム仕様案検索・表示手段を含むリフォーム仕様案作成手段と、
