Abstract
【解決手段】硼珪酸塩ガラスから成る内側窓ガラス(1)と、有機又は無機バインダーを含む耐高温非エナメル塗料から成り、上記内側窓ガラスの片側の面に直接塗布される少なくとも1塗料層(2)と、上記内側窓ガラスの片側の上記少なくとも1塗料層(2)に塗布される少なくとも1赤外線反射層(3)とを含んで成る調理機器扉。

更なる検討が無くとも、以上の記載は本発明の要旨を、他者が現在の知識を適用することにより、従来技術の観点から見て本発明の一般的又は特定の側面の本質的特徴と公正に云える特長を省略することなく、種々の応用に直ちに適合できる程度まで十分に明らかにするものである。

Claims (8)
- 硼珪酸塩ガラスから成る内側窓ガラス(1)と、
有機又は無機バインダーを含む耐高温非エナメル塗料から成り、上記内側窓ガラスの片側の面に直接塗布される少なくとも1塗料層(2)と、
上記内側窓ガラスの片側の上記少なくとも1塗料層(2)に塗布される少なくとも1赤外線反射層(3)と、
を含んで成る調理機器扉。 - 前記少なくとも1塗料層(2)の厚みが10〜15μmである請求項1に記載の調理機器扉。
- 前記少なくとも1塗料層(2)が内側ガラス窓(1)に印刷される請求項1又は2に記載の調理機器扉。
- 前記少なくとも1赤外線反射層(3)が酸化錫を含有する請求項1に記載の調理機器扉。
- 前記少なくとも1赤外線反射層(3)がホットスプレー法で前記少なくとも1塗料層(2)に塗布される請求項1又は4に記載の調理機器扉。
- 調理材料を調理区画室(30)に配置するための開口の有る調理区画室(30)と該開口を閉じるための調理機器扉(20)を含んで成る調理機器(10)であって、該調理機器扉(20)が硼珪酸塩ガラスから成る内側窓ガラス(1)と、有機又は無機バインダーを含む耐高温非エナメル塗料から成り、該内側窓ガラスの片側の面に直接塗布される少なくとも1塗料層(2)と、上記内側窓ガラスの片側の上記少なくとも1塗料層(2)に塗布される少なくとも1赤外線反射層(3)とを含んで成る調理機器。
- 前記少なくとも1塗料層(2)の厚みが10〜15μmである請求項6に記載の調理機器。
- 前記少なくとも1赤外線反射層(3)が酸化錫を含有する請求項6に記載の調理機器。
