JP-A-6-263118

The prior art is for judging the adhesion quality of hot melt to the flap of the side plate before the lid face plate is bonded, and does not inspect the actual adhesion failure of the flap of the side plate bonded to the face plate. Poor reliability.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to 100% inspect the presence or absence of actual adhesion failure between a face plate and a side plate constituting a paper container with high productivity, high accuracy, and high probability.

The invention of claim 1 is a paper container adhesion failure inspection device in which a flap connected to the side plate is bonded to the inner surface of the face plate at the intersection of the face plate and the side plate. In the bonded state, the bonded portions do not peel, but in the poor bonded state, the expansion jig expands by the amount of forced expansion leading to the separation, and the expansion from the face plate or the side plate expanded by the expansion jig. After the jig is removed, the detection means for making it possible to detect the remaining spread amount remaining on the face plate or the side plate due to the spread, and the remaining spread amount applied to the face plate or the side plate in the normal adhesive state of the flap. It is determined in advance as a reference value, and has a determination means for determining a flap adhesion failure when the detected remaining spread amount exceeds the reference value.

The adhesion failure inspection apparatus 10 in FIG. 1 is for inspecting the presence or absence of adhesion failure of the lid 1 attached to the box to constitute a paper container. As shown in FIG. 4, the lid 1 has front and rear face plates 3, 4 and left and right side plates 5, 6 connected to each of the four sides around the top plate 2, and glued flaps on both sides of the side plates 5, 6. 5A and 6A are provided. The paper container 1 is formed by a box making machine at the intersection of the front and rear face plates 3 and 4 and the left and right side plates 5 and 6, and the flaps 5 </ b> A and 6 </ b> A of the both side plates 5 and 6. It is constituted by adhering to an adhesive K such as hot melt or vinyl acetate glue adhered to the substrate. The face plate 3 includes a sealing piece 3A, and the face plate 4 includes a hinge piece 4A.

The adhesion failure inspection apparatus 10 includes a transfer jig 11 that transfers the lid 1 from the box making machine to the expansion station. The transfer jig 11 includes an adsorbing tool 11A such as a vacuum pad that adsorbs the center of the surface of the top plate 2 of the lid 1 with negative pressure, and a support block 11B that supports both sides of the center of the surface of the top plate 2. Have.

The adhesion failure inspection apparatus 10 has an expansion jig 20 at an expansion station. The spreading jig 20 includes four suction tools 21 such as a vacuum pad for sucking the center part of the back surface of the top plate 2 of the lid 1 with negative pressure, and four side parts corresponding to both sides of the center part of the back surface of the top plate 2. It has the taper-shaped expansion block 22 (22A-22D).

As shown in FIG. 2, the four expansion blocks 22 (22 </ b> A to 22 </ b> D) of the expansion jig 20 are tapered expansion surfaces that push the left and right points of the inner surfaces of the front and rear face plates 3 and 4 of the lid 1. 23. The tapered expanded surface 23 is not limited to an oblique surface, and may be an R surface. The expansion block 22A and the expansion block 22B correspond to each other so that the front and rear face plates 3 and 4 can be expanded on the left side plate 5, and the expansion block 22C and the expansion block 22D correspond to the front and rear face plates 3 and 4 respectively. Corresponding to the right side plate 6 side.

The expansion block 22 (22A to 22D) of the expansion jig 20 is configured so that the adsorbing tool 21 receives the lid 1 adsorbed by the adsorbing tool 11A of the transfer jig 11 while the adsorbing tool 21 receives the lid 1. The taper-shaped expanding surface 23 is brought into contact with the rising edges having an initial interval (inner dimension) a so as to be pushed into the inner surfaces of the face plates 3 and 4 and expanded so as to be pushed outward. At this time, the expansion block 22A and the expansion block 22B are forcedly expanded to reach separation in a normal adhesion state of the flap 5A of the lid 1 with respect to the face plates 3 and 4 and in a defective adhesion state. The opposing space | interval of the face plates 3 and 4 which oppose by b is expanded. At the same time, the expansion block 22C and the expansion block 22D have a forced expansion amount b that does not cause separation in the normal adhesion state of the flap 6A with respect to the face plates 3 and 4 in the lid 1, but leads to separation in a defective adhesion state. The space between the opposed face plates 3 and 4 is expanded. In this embodiment, a = 94 mm and b = 111 mm. The expansion angle L of the face plates 3 and 4 at the forced expansion amount b was 22 degrees (FIG. 2).

The expansion jig 20 positions the tapered expansion surface 23 of the expansion block 22 at the pushing end to the inner surface of the face plates 3 and 4, and at the same time, adsorbs the back surface of the top plate 2 of the lid 1 by the suction tool 21. After the suction tool 11A of the transfer jig 11 cancels the suction of the lid 1 by applying a positive pressure or the like, the spreading jig 20 is used to open the lid 1 while the face plates 3 and 4 are spread by the spreading block 22. Transfer from the expansion station to the detection station.

The expanding jig 20 releases the adsorption of the lid 1 by placing the lid 1 on the conveyor belt 31 of the detection means 30 installed in the detection station and applying a positive pressure to the adsorption tool 21. The lid 1 is transferred onto the conveyor belt 31, and the suction tool 21 and the spreading block 22 are pulled away from the lid 1. The face plates 3 and 4 of the lid 1 from which the expanding blocks 22 (22A to 22D) are separated are restored so that their distances are close to the initial distance a by the elastic restoring action of the face plates 3 and 4, but (a) the spreading is performed. In the normal lid 1 in the bonded state in which the flaps 5A, 6A did not come off due to the above-described spreading action by the spreading block 22 of the jig 20, the amount of deformation remaining after restoration of the opposed face plates 3, 4 is small, The remaining expansion amount c of the face plates 3 and 4 including the deformation amount is small. On the other hand, (b) the flaps 5A and 6A are peeled off by the above-described spreading action by the spreading block 22 of the spreading jig 20, and in the poorly bonded lid 1, the restoration of the opposing face plates 3 and 4 does not progress much. The remaining expansion amount c of the face plates 3 and 4 is large. The detection means 30 determines the above-described remaining expansion amount c remaining on the opposing face plates 3 and 4 due to the effect of spreading after the spreading block 22 is detached from the face plates 3 and 4 spread by the spreading block 22. The detection means 40 using this detection result makes it possible to determine the quality of the adhesion state of the lid 1 based on the magnitude of the remaining expansion amount c.

As shown in FIG. 3, the detection unit 30 includes an illumination device 32 disposed on the back side of the conveyance belt 31 and a camera 33 disposed in an illumination area by the illumination device 32 above the conveyance belt 31. The illumination device 32 is before and after the expansion block 22A and the expansion block 22B of the expansion jig 20 and the expansion block 22C and the expansion block 22D are expanded with respect to the lid 1 placed on the conveyor belt 31, respectively. It is composed of red LED lamps that can detect two points corresponding to the left side plate 5 side and the right side plate 6 side of the face plates 3, 4, and the front and back face plates 3, 4 of the lid 1 are irradiated from behind. To do. In FIG. 3A, P indicates transmitted light. The camera 33 is a CCD camera, and images the front and back face plates 3 and 4 of the lid 1 irradiated by the illumination device 32 from the front. The imaging result of the camera 33 is transmitted to the image processing device 41 of the determination unit 40.

The determination unit 40 includes an image processing device 41, a setting controller 42, and a display 43. In the image processing apparatus 41, the reference value d is set in advance by the setting controller 42. The reference value d is an appropriate value that occurs in the lid 1 when the flaps 5A and 6A of the side plates 5 and 6 are in a normal adhesive state with respect to the face plates 3 and 4 and the opposing face plates 3 and 4 are spread after the spreading block 22 is applied. In this embodiment, c = 100 mm.

The image processing device 41 calculates the remaining expansion amount c remaining on the face plate 3, 4 of the lid 1 expanded by the expansion block 22 from the imaging result of the camera 33 of the detection means 30, and this detected remaining expansion amount c is If the reference value d is less than or equal to the reference value d, the adhesive state of the flaps 5A and 6A of the lid 1 is normal, and if the detected remaining spread c exceeds the reference value d, the adhesive state of the flaps 5A and 6A of the lid 1 is poor And the determination result can be displayed on the display unit 43. The poorly bonded lid 1 is rejected in a subsequent process of the conveyor belt 31.

The adhesion failure inspection of the lid 1 by the adhesion failure inspection apparatus 10 is performed as follows.
(1) The lid 1 bonded by the box making machine is carried into the expansion station. By the expansion block 22 of the expansion jig 20, the opposing face plates 3, 4 (initial inner dimension a) of the lid 1 are expanded by the forced expansion amount b.

(2) The lid 1 of (1) above is transferred to the detection station. The remaining expanded state remaining on the face plates 3 and 4 of the lid 1 from which the expansion block 22 has been removed is imaged using the illumination device 32 and the camera 33 of the detection means 30, and the remaining expansion state is detected in the image processing apparatus 41 of the determination means 40. The expansion amount c is calculated.

(3) The image processing apparatus 41 of the determination means 40 compares the remaining spread amount c with the reference value d, and determines the adhesion state between the flaps 5A and 6A of the side plates 5 and 6 and the face plates 3 and 4 in the lid 1 as c. If ≦ d, it is determined as normal, and if c> d, it is determined as defective.
