Description

The present invention relates to an injection mold and a resin molded product.

Conventionally, a resin molded product manufactured by injection molding using a mold is taken out by supplying and filling a resin from a gate into a cavity in the mold and opening the mold after cooling. If the resin does not reach all corners of the cavity simply by supplying it from the gate, the auxiliary runner may assist the flow, but the resin will flow to other parts of the resin molded product. There is a problem that a sufficient flow rate cannot be secured to the auxiliary runner. For example, Patent Documents 1 and 2 disclose techniques for dealing with such problems relating to resin molding.

According to the present invention, it is possible to secure a flow rate to the auxiliary runner and reduce the required clamping force.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an external view of a resin molded product molded by a mold according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of a portion A in FIG. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing the main configuration of the mold of the present invention.
The resin molded product shown in FIG. 1 shows a state when the mold is opened. A box-shaped resin molded product 1 having an open front surface has two gate transfer portions 2 and one on the upper surface. Is provided with a gate transfer portion 3 for supporting the flow, and an auxiliary runner transfer portion 4 for supporting a substantially U-shaped flow from the upper part to the lower part of the front opening. The gate transfer portion 2 is one in which the resin remaining in the gate of the mold is taken out in a state of being continuous with the molded product 1 after being opened. The gate transfer portion 3 for flow support is a shape portion transferred from an auxiliary gate provided in addition to the two original gates. In this example, the resin is smoothly supplied to the auxiliary runner 4A shown in FIG. The shape of the resin supply path for converting into a shape is transferred.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the shape of the upper surface of the molded product connecting the gate transfer portion 3 and the auxiliary runner transfer portion 4 for flow support, and around the joint between the tip of the gate transfer portion 3 and the upper surface of the molded product. Has a high area (thick part) 5 with a required area and a flat upper surface, a U-shaped groove 6 on the outer periphery of the high area 5, and a flat surface 7 (the flat surface 7 is thick on the outside of the groove 6). 7 may be thinner than the meat part 5). The height 5 is continuous with the upper part of the auxiliary runner transfer portion 4 at the front edge.
FIG. 3 is a configuration diagram of a main part of a mold for producing the shape as shown in FIG. 2, and this mold has a fixed mold 10, a movable mold 11, and a slide mold 12. A cavity 15 for molding the molded product 1 is formed by the molds 10, 11, and 12. On the lower surface of the fixed mold 10, there are formed a recess 10a and a protrusion 10b for forming a height 5 and a groove 6 of the molded product, respectively. A flow path support gate 3 </ b> A reaching the recess 10 a is formed through the fixed mold 10. In addition, an auxiliary runner 4 </ b> A that forms the auxiliary runner transfer portion 4 is formed between the movable mold 11 and the slide mold 12.
The resin supplied into the cavity 15 supplied from the flow path support gate 3A enters the auxiliary runner 4A through the path indicated by the arrow, and forms the auxiliary runner transfer portion 4 shown in FIG. That is, the resin flowing down from the flow path support gate 3A enters a wide cavity between the recess 10a and the upper surface of the movable mold 11 to improve the fluidity, and further aim toward the auxiliary runner 4A. It flows and flows into the auxiliary runner 4 </ b> A, and further flows down through the auxiliary runner 4 </ b> A and can be developed to the bottom of the cavity 15. In particular, by shortening the distance a between the flow support gate 3A and the auxiliary runner 4A, it is possible to secure a larger amount of resin flow toward the auxiliary runner.
Thus, in the mold for molding the resin molded product 1 of the present invention, a flow support gate 3A for flow support is provided separately from the original gate for molding the resin molded product, In addition to the flow support gate 3A, there is an auxiliary runner 4A for flow support. By providing the flow support gate 3A separately from the gate for molding the resin molded product 1, the flow rate of the resin to the auxiliary runner 4A for flow support can be sufficiently secured.
Moreover, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the flow rate of resin can be ensured more by shortening the distance a between the flow support gate 3A and the auxiliary runner 4A. Moreover, in this embodiment, since the shape of a metal mold | die is comprised so that the thick part 5 and the groove | channel 6 may be formed between 3 A of flow assistance gates, and auxiliary runner 4A compared with others, auxiliary runner 4A. It is possible to secure a flow rate toward Only one of the thick part 5 and the groove 6 may be formed. Further, instead of the thick part 5, a thin part may be provided.
By adopting such a structure, it is possible to further enhance the effect of securing the flow rate to the auxiliary runner 4A for flow support by suppressing the flow of the resin to the other part of the resin molded product.
