Claims (9)
- ビスマス又はビスマスを主成分とする合金から形成したことを特徴とする極低温蓄冷材。
- HoCu2からなる磁性蓄冷材を併用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の極低温蓄冷材。
- 一般式RxO2S又は(R1−yR´y)xO2S(R、R´は少なくとも一種類の希土類元素、0.1≦x≦9、0≦y≦1)で表わされる磁性蓄冷材を、更に併用することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の極低温蓄冷材。
- 請求項1、2又は3に記載の極低温蓄冷材を充填したことを特徴とする極低温蓄冷器。
- 請求項4に記載の極低温蓄冷器を備えたことを特徴とする蓄冷型極低温冷凍機。
- 請求項5に記載の蓄冷型極低温冷凍機を備えたことを特徴とする超電導磁石装置。
- 請求項5に記載の蓄冷型極低温冷凍機を備えたことを特徴とするMRI装置。
- 請求項5に記載の蓄冷型極低温冷凍機を備えたことを特徴とするクライオポンプ。
- 請求項5に記載の蓄冷型極低温冷凍機を備えたことを特徴とするジョセフソン電圧標準装置。
