Abstract
Description
【0001】

[0013]
FIG. 1 is a front view of a chair provided with the armrest mounting structure of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a side view.
As shown in FIG. 1, the chair (A) to which the armrest mounting structure in the chair of the present invention is applied is fixed to a pair of left and right dorsal fins (1) and (1) and intermediate portions of the respective dorsal fins (1). A pair of left and right front legs (3) refracted in an inverted L shape, a seat (4) mounted on the front legs (3) and (3), and upper ends of both dorsal fins (1) and (1) A back shell (5) having both side parts attached to the part, and an armrest (2) attached to the upper end of each backpack (1). This armrest (2) is attached as follows.
[0014]
FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing a state before the armrest is attached.
As shown in FIG. 3, a mounting shaft (5) for mounting an armrest (2) is provided at the upper end of the backrest (1), and a backrest is formed at the upper end of the backrest (1). A back shell (9) is attached. The mounting shaft (5) is non-circular as described later, and an armrest (2) is fitted to the mounting shaft (5) and screwed.
[0015]
FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing details of the backpack (1), the mounting shaft (5), and the bracket (20) for mounting the back shell, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the armrest (2) as viewed from below. .
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 4, the dorsal fin (1) is constituted by a cylindrical pipe, and a positioning recess (19) is formed in a part of the edge of the upper end. A through hole (6) for welding is formed on the side near the upper end of the backpack (1). The mounting shaft (5) is a non-circular surface (8a) formed by cutting both sides of a cylindrical portion (7) and a cylinder having a smaller diameter than the cylindrical portion (7) at the upper end of the cylindrical portion (7). And an axis (8). A tapered surface (10) is formed on the upper end surface of the cylindrical portion (7) around the lower end portion of the non-circular shaft (8), and a positioning projection protruding on one side on the tapered surface (10). (11) is formed. A screw hole (12) is provided at the upper end of the non-circular shaft (8).
[0017]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the armrest (2) is formed by forming a cylindrical attachment portion (15) facing the vertical direction at the base of the armrest body (14). As shown in FIG. 5, a non-circular hole (16) substantially complementary to the non-circular shaft portion (8) is formed at the lower end of the mounting portion (15) upward, A notch (17) that engages with the protrusion (11) is formed at a part of the edge. On one side of the attachment portion (15), a long projection (18) is formed in the vertical direction that serves as a spacer when the chair is stacked (stacked in a plurality of stages). Further, a small diameter screw insertion hole (16a) communicating with the non-circular hole (16) is formed in the upper surface of the attachment portion (15).
[0018]
6 is a plan view of a state in which a bracket is attached to the dorsal fin, FIG. 7 is a front view, and FIG. 8 is a side view.
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6 to 8, the bracket (20) has a mounting attachment portion (21) bent at a substantially right angle at one end of a plate-like base piece (20a). A notch (22) is formed in the middle of the part (21), and a mounting hole (23) for attaching the back shell is formed in the base piece (20a).
[0019]
The bracket (20) and the armrest (2) are assembled as follows.
[0020]
First, the mounting shaft (5) is fitted to the upper end of the backpack (1) so that the positioning projection (11) of the mounting shaft (5) engages with the recess (19) of the backpack (1). . As a result, the mounting shaft (5) is positioned in the vertical direction and the circumferential direction. The positioning projection (11) is slightly larger than the depth of the recess (19) and protrudes slightly upward from the recess (19). Next, the attachment shaft (5) is fixed to the dorsal fin (1) by performing welding at the portion of the through hole (6).
[0021]
Next, the mounting portion (21) of the bracket (20) is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the backpack (1) so that the notch (22) is aligned with the through hole (6) of the backpack (1). Thus, the mounting position of the bracket (20) is determined. Next, the contact portion between the attachment portion (21) and the dorsal fin (1) is welded. The cross hatched portion (25) shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 is a welded portion. In this state, the upper end of the bracket (20) protrudes upward halfway along the noncircular shaft (8), and a gap (24) is formed between the protruding portion and the noncircular shaft (8).
[0022]
Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the armrest (2) is fitted into the non-circular shaft (8). Thereby, the recessed part (19) of the attaching part (15) is engaged with the protrusion (11). Since the direction of the armrest (2) is determined by the circumferential direction of the non-circular shaft (8), the recess (19) and the protrusion (11) may not be engaged. A set screw (26) is inserted into the screw insertion hole (16a) from the upper end of the mounting portion (15) of the armrest (2) and screwed into the screw hole (12) of the non-circular shaft (8) to be fixed.
[0023]
In the above embodiment, the mounting shaft (5) is welded first through the through hole (6) and then the bracket (20) is welded. Conversely, the bracket (20) is welded first. Then, the attachment shaft (5) may be welded through the through hole (6). If the mounting shaft (5) is welded first, the through hole (6) can be swelled by welding, but this can be escaped by the notch (22). When the bracket (5) is welded first, the through hole (6) is opened at the notch (22), so that the mounting shaft (5) is welded later through the through hole (6). Can be done.
[0024]
FIG. 9 is a side view showing a state where the chair (A) is stacked. In the stacking state, the adjacent armrest mounting portions (15) and (15) are brought into contact with each other via the protrusion (18) serving as a spacer, so that the seat (4) and the like are prevented from contacting the hard portion. And scratches caused by rubbing can be prevented.
