Abstract
Description
【0001】

すなわち、透過光L101の透過率T101(λ)は、T101(λ)=T2(λ)である。
【0011】
すなわち、透過光L102の透過率T102(λ)は、T102(λ)=T2(λ)R2(λ)である。
のそれぞれの透過率T101(λ),T102(λ),T103(λ)…
【0033】
<変形例1>
【0036】
<変形例2>
【0040】
<実施例1>

【0050】
<実施例3>
【0056】
<実施例4>

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a laser cut filter that attenuates laser light in a predetermined wavelength range.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, when measuring the distance to a certain object, ruby laser light (wavelength λ = 694 nm) or YAG laser light (wavelength λ = 1064 nm) is used. If these laser lights are incident on an optical device having a condensing function such as binoculars or a telescope by mistake, the condensing power of the optical device is applied to the eyes of an observer who is performing visual observation using them. May cause damage to the eyes. In addition, even when laser light is incident on an imaging device having a light collecting function such as a television camera, the imaging device or the like may be damaged. For this reason, the above-described optical apparatus and imaging apparatus are provided with a laser cut filter that attenuates laser light having a predetermined wavelength.
[0003]
As such a laser cut filter, an interference film (light attenuating film) made of a multi-layered thin film using a colored glass that absorbs laser light or a thin film forming means such as vacuum deposition on a glass substrate is used. A formed one (for example, see Patent Document 1) or a combination of both (for example, see Patent Document 2) is known.
[0004]
Each of the laser cut filters using the interference film (light attenuation film) has an interference film (light attenuation film) provided on one side of a substrate such as glass. As an example in which a light attenuating film is provided on both sides of a substrate, there is a light attenuating filter disclosed in

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, as a laser cut filter applied to binoculars, a telescope, etc., it has a higher transmittance in the visible light region or a wavelength region with high visibility, and a lower transmittance (that is, higher in the wavelength of laser light). It is necessary to have an attenuation rate. In addition, as a laser cut filter applied to an imaging device such as a television camera, the laser device has a higher transmittance in a wavelength region where the sensitivity of the imaging device is high, or a wavelength region where an image is to be acquired, and laser light. It is necessary to have a lower transmittance at a wavelength of. In many cases, the laser cut filter applied to such a use is required to have a laser beam transmittance of at least 0.01% or less, preferably 0.001% or less.
[0007]
However, in the laser cut filter using the interference film as in Patent Document 1, the laser light transmittance is about 0.05%, which is sufficiently reduced (a sufficient attenuation rate is obtained). It's hard to say. Further, in a laser cut filter using an interference film and colored glass in combination as in
[0008]
As a method for improving the shortage of the attenuation rate of the laser light in the interference film without using colored glass, it is conceivable to increase the total number of interference films. However, even the interference film used in the laser cut filter of Patent Document 1 is attenuated so that the total number of films is 50 or more and 0.01% or less, preferably 0.001% or less. In order to do this, a considerable number of films must be increased. This not only increases the cost of forming the interference film, but also increases the stress of the interference film itself, resulting in problems such as increased warpage of the substrate and peeling of the interference film from the substrate. is not.
[0009]
As another method for improving the shortage of the attenuation rate of the laser beam, a method of using two interference films having a transmittance of about 0.05% as shown in FIG. FIG. 11 conceptually shows an optical path followed by a laser beam having a wavelength λ incident on the

[0015]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and its purpose is to have a simple structure, while ensuring a sufficient amount of light necessary for visual observation or sufficient amount of light necessary for photographing. Another object of the present invention is to provide a laser cut filter capable of attenuating laser light.
[0016]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The laser cut filter according to the present invention is disposed opposite to each other, reflects laser light having a predetermined wavelength, and transmits at least two interference films that transmit light having a wavelength different from the laser light. It is provided between the interference films and includes at least an absorber that absorbs laser light. Here, the “facing arrangement” does not necessarily mean only the state in which the two interference films are completely parallel, but broadly deviates from perfect parallel within a range of manufacturing error. Including state. However, in reality, the interference film is arranged with a parallelism such that the total transmission amount of the laser light reaches a practically hindered level due to the accumulation of the multiple reflected light of the laser light generated between the interference films. Means state. The “laser light having a predetermined wavelength” is not limited to laser light having a single wavelength, but also includes mixed light of laser light having a plurality of different wavelengths. “Reflection” does not necessarily mean that the light is reflected with a reflectance of 100%, but includes a case where the light is reflected with a reflectance of less than 100%. However, in reality, this means a reflectance that is large enough that the total amount of laser light transmitted reaches a practically hindered level due to the accumulation of multiple reflected light of the laser light generated between the interference films. The “interference film” may be a single layer or a multilayer, but in reality, it is configured by laminating about several dozen layers of high refractive index layers and low refractive index layers alternately. “Absorption” does not necessarily mean absorption at a 100% absorption rate, but includes a case where the amount of light is slightly reduced even if the absorption rate is less than 100%. The “absorber” may be solid, liquid, or gas, but in reality, solid is preferable. The phrase “provided between the two interference films” means that the absorber is present somewhere between the two interference films, and the absorber is not necessarily between the two interference films. It does not mean that they are filled without gaps.
[0017]
In the laser cut filter according to the present invention, laser light having a predetermined wavelength is reflected by the two interference films and absorbed by the absorber due to the above configuration.
[0018]
In the laser cut filter according to the present invention, the absorber may exhibit a flat transmittance over the entire wavelength range. Here, “flat” means substantially constant regardless of the wavelength, and means, for example, a fluctuation range within 10%.
[0019]
In the laser cut filter according to the present invention, the interference film may reflect at least one of ruby laser light having a wavelength of 694 nm or YAG laser light having a wavelength of 1064 nm. In that case, it is desirable to be made of a material that absorbs more ruby laser light and YAG laser light than visible light having a shorter wavelength than ruby laser light. Here, “ruby laser beam having a wavelength of 694 nm” or “YAG laser beam having a wavelength of 1064 nm” means light having a steep waveform having a peak at a wavelength of 694 nm or 1064 nm. “Visible light” refers to light in a wavelength range that contributes to image formation by the human eye.
[0020]
In the laser cut filter according to the present invention, it is desirable that the transmittance of the absorber with respect to the laser light is 90.0% or less and the transmittance of the interference film with respect to the laser light is 0.3% or less.
[0021]
Further, the laser cut filter according to the present invention may be configured such that two interference films are formed on both surfaces of the absorber.
[0022]
In the laser cut filter according to the present invention, two or more substrates including at least one absorption plate functioning as an absorber are bonded to each other or arranged to face each other, and at least the outermost surface of these two or more substrates. In addition, an interference film may be formed. In that case, an interference film may be further formed on either one of the two surfaces where two or more substrates are bonded to each other, or on either one of the two surfaces opposed to each other. .

More specifically, for example, the internal transmittance TB (550) for light having a wavelength of 550 nm is 0.958 (95.8%), while the internal transmittance TB (694) for ruby laser light is 0.73. It is relatively small (73%).
[0047]
Here, the total transmittance TF (550) for light having a wavelength of 550 nm is calculated as follows. First, from FIG. 7, the internal transmittance TB (550) of the
It becomes. This value is larger than the total transmittance TF (550) of Example 1 shown in Formula (6), that is, it was found that the transmittance with respect to light having a wavelength of 550 nm was further improved.
[0048]
On the other hand, when the total transmittance TF (694) is calculated for the ruby laser beam, it is as follows. First, from FIG. 7, the internal transmittance TB (694) of the
It becomes. This value is about 2/5 smaller than the value of the total transmittance TF (694) of Example 1 shown in Expression (7), that is, the transmittance for ruby laser light is reduced. It was confirmed that it could be further reduced.
[0049]
Thus, according to the present embodiment, the

[0057]
The present invention has been described with reference to the embodiment, some modified examples, and some examples. However, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, modified examples, and examples, and various modifications are possible. Is possible. For example, in the above-described embodiment, modifications, and examples, the laser cut filter in which the interference film is provided on at least one surface of the absorber has been described, but the present invention is not necessarily limited thereto. For example, as shown in FIG. 10, a laser cut filter may be configured by sandwiching two glass substrates each having an interference film between one absorber. Specifically, after the first and
[0058]
In the first and second modifications, both of the two substrates function as the absorber, but any one of these two substrates may function as the absorber. Further, the two substrates are directly bonded to each other. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, an air gap may be provided by sandwiching a spacer having a hole in a portion through which a light beam is transmitted.
[0059]
Moreover, in the said Example, as shown in FIG. 5, the absorber (Example 1) in which internal transmittance is flat, or a short wavelength side as shown in FIG. 6 or FIG. Although the case where the absorber (Examples 2 and 3) having greatly different internal transmittances on the long wavelength side has been described, it is not limited thereto. The absorber only needs to absorb a predetermined laser beam (for example, ruby laser beam or YAG laser beam) even a little. With such an absorber, the multiple reflection components of the laser light between the two interference films can be removed, and as a result, the amount of laser light transmitted through the laser cut filter can be sufficiently attenuated. it can. In this case, in particular, it is desirable that the internal transmittance at a wavelength other than the wavelength corresponding to the laser beam is higher. This is because the amount of light necessary for visual observation, photographing, and the like becomes a condition that is easier to obtain. Even if the absorber has an internal transmittance at a wavelength other than that of the laser beam, the internal transmittance of the laser beam is lower than that of the laser beam. Is less than 100%, it can be applied to the laser cut filter of the present invention. In this case, the conditions are somewhat unfavorable for visual observation, photographing, etc., but it is effective in terms of removing the multiple reflection components between the interference films of the laser light.
[0060]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the laser cut filter of the present invention, the interference of at least two surfaces that are arranged to face each other, reflect laser light having a predetermined wavelength, and transmit light having a wavelength different from the laser light. Since it is provided with a film and an absorber that absorbs at least laser light provided between these interference films, laser light having a predetermined wavelength is reflected by the interference film and absorbed by the absorber. The laser beam attenuation effect of the two interference films can be fully demonstrated, and the influence of multiple reflections between the interference films can be reduced to reduce the total transmittance for the laser beam, ensuring high safety. it can.
[0061]
In particular, the laser light includes at least one of ruby laser light having a wavelength of 694 nm or YAG laser light having a wavelength of 1064 nm, and the interference film is at least one of the ruby laser light or the YAG laser light. In the case where the absorber is made of a material that absorbs more ruby laser light and YAG laser light than visible light having a shorter wavelength than ruby laser light, it is shorter than ruby laser light. Since visible light having a wavelength passes through the interference film and the absorber with a relatively high total transmittance, the amount of light necessary for visual observation and photographing can be easily obtained.
[0062]
In particular, when the transmittance of the absorber to the laser beam is 90.0% or less and the transmittance of the interference film to the laser beam is 0.3% or less, the total transmittance to the laser beam. Can be made 0.01% or less, and safety is further improved as compared with the conventional case.
[0063]
In particular, when two interference films are formed on both sides of the absorber, a more compact configuration can be achieved.
[0064]
In particular, two or more substrates including at least one absorbing plate functioning as an absorber are bonded to each other or arranged to face each other so as to form an interference film on at least the outermost surface of these two or more substrates. In this case, it is possible to manufacture more easily than the case where the two interference films are formed on both surfaces of the absorbing plate, and the yield is improved. In this case, particularly when an interference film is further formed on either one of the two surfaces where two or more substrates are bonded to each other, or on either one of the two surfaces opposed to each other. Further, the laser beam can be attenuated, and the total transmittance for the laser beam can be further reduced.
