Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a glass lining device such as a chemical reaction tank in which a surface of a base metal is coated with a glass lining layer and a method for manufacturing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As is well known, glass lining is a technique in which glass is fused and coated on the metal surface by repeatedly applying glazing and firing to the base metal surface, and in various fields such as the chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, etc. Widely used in the world.
[0003]
In particular, in the field of fine chemicals where sanitary finishing is required, such as pharmaceuticals, many reaction vessels are used in which the surface of the base metal is covered with a glass lining layer.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Thus, since the chemical | medical agent etc. adhere to the reaction tank which coat | covered the surface of the base metal with the glass lining layer, it is necessary to wash | clean the inner surface of a reaction tank after use.
[0005]
However, the glass lining layer in the conventional glass lining equipment is generally colored in a dark color such as dark blue, and therefore the inside of the reaction vessel is difficult to see, so it is not always necessary to determine whether or not chemicals are attached. It's not easy.
[0006]
Further, since the inside of the reaction vessel is colored in a dark color such as dark blue and it is difficult to see the inside of the reaction vessel, there is also a problem that it is not possible to easily determine how much the liquid is contained even during use of the reaction vessel.
[0007]
On the other hand, there is a glass lining product with the surface color of the glass lining layer colored white, but in this case the interior of the reaction vessel is brighter than the product with the glass lining layer colored dark as described above. Although it is easy to see, in this case, since it is white, it is difficult to see the adhesion of chemicals and the like, and as a result, it is difficult to determine the state of the adhesion.
[0008]
The present invention has been made to solve all such problems, and can easily determine whether or not chemicals or the like housed inside remain attached after use. It is an object of the present invention to provide glass lining equipment such as a reaction tank and a stirring tank that can easily determine how much the liquid is stored even during use.
[0009]
