本発明はOHRミキサーを船舶のバラストポンプの吐出菅に取り付け、海洋生物を死滅させることにより、地球の自然環境の破壊に繋がる海洋生物の遠隔地移動を防止する装置である。
一般的にバラスト水の中にいる海洋生物死滅の手段としてUV照射、流れの中に設置したスリットで発生するキャビテーションの使用、オゾンの添加などが考えられているが、効率の悪さや装置の海水通過部の目詰まりの防止等が必要で、その構造は複雑かつ高価な物となっている。
本発明は高能率のラインミキサーとして知られるOHRミキサーを船舶のバラストポンプの吐出管側に取り付けて、船外からのバラスト水取り入れ時又は、船外への排出時にOHRミキサー内部で発生する渦流の激しいせん断力、衝撃力によってバラスト水と共に流れる海洋生物を効率良く死滅させる装置である。
この海洋生物死滅のためにバラストポンプを動かすことは船舶にバラスト水の張り込みや排出時だけでなく、航海中にバラストタンク内のバラスト水を、OHRミキサーを吐出管に装備したバラストポンプで吸入し、バラストタンクに返すという使い方でも良い。
また航海中にバラストポンプを使用しバラスト水をOHRミキサー内を通して海洋生物の死滅化を行うためにはバラストポンプ吐出管に直接OHRミキサーを取り付けるのではなく吐出管のバイパス管として取り付け可能なために、バラストタンクに対するバラスト水の張り込み、排出のためにOHRミキサーの流れ抵抗を考慮する必要が無く、使用するOHRミキサーの容量を小さく出来る。The present invention is an apparatus for preventing remote movement of marine organisms, which leads to destruction of the natural environment of the earth, by attaching an OHR mixer to a discharge rod of a ship's ballast pump and killing marine organisms.

You can use it by returning it to the ballast tank.
In addition, in order to kill marine organisms through the OHR mixer by using a ballast pump during voyage, the ballast pump can be installed as a bypass pipe instead of an OHR mixer directly on the discharge pipe. In addition, it is not necessary to consider the flow resistance of the OHR mixer for filling and discharging the ballast water with respect to the ballast tank, and the capacity of the OHR mixer to be used can be reduced.
