Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cosmetic pigment powder blended in makeup cosmetics such as foundations, eyeshadows, cheeks, etc., or sunscreen cosmetics, a method for producing the same, and a cosmetic containing the cosmetic pigment powder. It is about.
。 In general, makeup pigments such as foundations, eye shadows and cheeks, or cosmetic pigments contained in sunscreen cosmetics, have no water repellency, depending on the skin sweating, water quality such as tears and rain. It is easy to cause makeup loss, and if it does not have oil repellency, it tends to cause makeup failure due to skin lipids. In view of this, it has been proposed to impart water and oil repellency to a pigment by coating the surface of the pigment with a perfluoroalkyl phosphate compound (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 to 3).
However, in the cosmetic prepared by blending the pigment powder surface-coated with the perfluoroalkyl phosphate ester compound, makeup loss due to water, sebum, etc. is less likely to occur, It was. For this reason, it is made to supplement a feeling of use by mix | blending combining silicon processing pigment powder, lauroyl lysine processing pigment powder, etc.
However, according to the method of combining the silicon-treated pigment powder, lauroyllysine-treated pigment powder, and the like, there is a problem that the oil repellency is lowered and the makeup loss is likely to occur slightly.
On the other hand, when the pigment powder surface-treated with the perfluoroalkyl phosphate compound is blended as a cosmetic, a fluorine-based oil such as perfluoropolyether, perfluorodecane, and perfluorooctane is used. There are many cases. For this reason, there is a problem that it is difficult to simultaneously mix components that are soluble in water and effective against the skin.
The present invention has been made in order to solve such problems, and exhibits water and oil repellency when formulated as a cosmetic material, hardly causes makeup slippage, and has a perfluoroalkyl phosphate ester. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cosmetic pigment powder that does not have a powdery characteristic of cosmetics containing a surface-coated pigment and that can also carry active ingredients on the skin, and a method for producing the same. An object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic containing a pigment powder for a cosmetic.
In order to achieve the above object, a cosmetic pigment powder according to the first invention comprises:
The following general formula is applied to the pigment powder as a raw material.
The first component comprising phosphoric acid having a perfluoroalkyl group represented by the above and the second component that is a compound that forms a colloidal state that is soluble in water or a solvent are simultaneously surface-treated. Is.
The second component is preferably cellulose microcrystals that form a colloidal state in water (second invention).
Next, a method for producing a cosmetic pigment powder according to the third invention comprises:
Into the water or solvent in which the first component and the second component described in the first invention or the second invention are dissolved or formed in a colloidal state and dispersed, the raw material pigment powder is charged and dispersed and mixed. The slurry is sprayed at a high pressure and dried by spraying, and the surface of the pigment powder is coated.
Next, a cosmetic according to the fourth invention is characterized in that the cosmetic pigment powder according to the first invention or the second invention is blended.
According to the cosmetic pigment powder of the present invention, it is possible to prepare a cosmetic having water and oil repellency and excellent usability. Further, an active ingredient soluble in water or a solvent, such as vitamins, can be carried on the cosmetic pigment powder.
In the present invention, the coating amount of the phosphoric acid compound having a perfluoroalkyl group is preferably 30% by weight or less, and the coating amount of the second component is preferably 20% by weight or less. Here, the coating amount of the phosphoric acid compound having a perfluoroalkyl group varies depending on the particle diameter of the raw material powder to be coated and should be determined where sufficient water and oil repellency is exhibited. If the amount exceeds 30% by weight, the phosphoric acid compound itself having a perfluoroalkyl group will be precipitated, and when blended as a cosmetic, it may adversely affect the touch. Is good. Also, the second component is preferably 20% by weight or less for the same reason.
Further, by adopting the configuration of the second invention, the effects of the first invention can be obtained more satisfactorily.
Next, according to the third invention, water or solvent evaporates all at once, and other components adhere to the surface of the raw material powder. Therefore, the cosmetic pigment powder of the first invention or the second invention can be easily prepared. And it can manufacture reliably.
Furthermore, according to the fourth aspect of the invention, it is possible to obtain a cosmetic that has excellent water and oil repellency, good usability, and can contain an active ingredient in the skin.
Next, specific embodiments of a cosmetic pigment powder according to the present invention, a production method thereof, and a cosmetic containing the cosmetic pigment powder will be described with reference to the drawings.
In the cosmetic pigment powder in the present embodiment, the following general formula
As the phosphoric acid (first component) having a perfluoroalkyl group represented by the formula (1), those having n of 6 to 12 are particularly preferred, and generally an isopropyl alcohol dispersion having a solid content of 50% by weight is preferred.
On the other hand, as the second component, which is a compound that is soluble in water or a solvent or forms a colloidal state, cellulose microcrystal (becomes a colloidal state in water), vitamin C (soluble in water), agar (soluble in hot water) ), Lauroyl taurine calcium (soluble in a mixed solvent of water and isopropyl alcohol), natural sphingosine derivative (soluble in ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, hexane, etc.) selected from ceramide, sugar ceramide, sphingomyelin, glycosphingolipid, etc. Can be mentioned. In particular, among the cellulose microcrystals, secondary agglomerate powders of fine cellulose crystals commercially available from Asahi Kasei Kogyo Co., Ltd. under the name Avicel RC-591NF can be mentioned. This product is produced by coating the surface of fine cellulose crystals of primary particles with a water-soluble polymer and drying them, and is a powder that forms secondary aggregates. Further, when this product is dispersed in water and stirred while applying a strong shearing force with a homomixer, a bead mill or the like, the secondary aggregates are easily loosened and become a colloidal state. Other cellulose microcrystals include those commercially available from Asahi Kasei Kogyo Co., Ltd. under the name Theolas Cream FP-03. In this product, fine crystalline cellulose is uniformly dispersed in water and creamed.
The surface coverage of the perfluoroalkyl phosphoric acid (first component) and the surface coverage of the second component are not particularly limited, but the former surface coverage is 0.1 to 30% by weight, and the latter The surface coating amount is preferably 0.05 to 20% by weight. By doing so, it is possible to obtain a pigment powder for cosmetics that exhibits appropriate water and oil repellency when blended as a cosmetic, has a good feeling in use, and exhibits effective properties for the skin. .
Examples of the pigment powder as the raw material to be surface-coated according to the present embodiment include inorganic / organic pigment powder and resin powder. Examples of the inorganic pigment powder include titanium oxide, bengara, yellow iron oxide, black iron oxide, ultramarine, zinc white, magnesium oxide, zirconium oxide, mica, sericite, talc, silica, kaolin, calcium carbonate, chromium hydroxide, Examples thereof include magnesium silicate, aluminum oxide, barium sulfate, and titanium-coated mica. Examples of the organic pigment powder include Risol Rubin B, Lake Red C, Risol Red, Rhodamine B, Herringdon Pink CN, Permanent Red, Benzidine Orange G, and Phthalocyanine Blue. Resin powder includes nylon powder, Examples include acrylic powder and silicon powder.
As a manufacturing method for coating the surface of the pigment powder for cosmetics simultaneously with the perfluoroalkyl phosphoric acid (first component) and the second component (compound that is soluble in water or a solvent or forms a colloidal state), There are many ways.
First, a predetermined amount of the second component to be coated on the raw material pigment powder is dissolved or dispersed in water or a solvent, and then a specific amount of the pigment powder is added and stirred with a homomixer to form a slurry. The slurry is warmed to 50-70 ° C. with stirring. In addition, when heating, temperature control is required according to the boiling point of the solvent.
Next, a dispersion obtained by diluting a 50 wt% isopropyl alcohol dispersion containing a predetermined amount of perfluoroalkyl phosphoric acid with isopropyl alcohol about 20 times is added to the slurry, and the temperature is kept at 50 to 70 ° C. Stir using a homomixer for ~ 60 minutes. Then, this slurry-like material is sent to a spray dryer and sprayed at a spray pressure of 2 kgf / cm 2 using a two-fluid nozzle and dried at once. At this time, the temperature of the air fed into the spray dryer needs to be kept above the boiling point of the solvent. Furthermore, it is necessary to set the temperature at which the slurry-like material to be sprayed is 5% or less and the flow rate of the slurry-like material in the measurement of loss on drying (weight loss at 105 ° C. for 2 hours). In this manner, a cosmetic pigment powder in which both the first component and the second component are coated on the surface can be obtained.
In the present embodiment, when a cosmetic pigment powder in which perfluoroalkyl phosphoric acid (first component) and the second component are simultaneously coated by the production method is blended into a cosmetic, the blending amount Is preferably 0.1 to 100% by weight, more preferably 1 to 60% by weight, based on the total amount of the cosmetic. As the cosmetic dosage form, conventionally known dosage forms such as two-layered, water-in-oil emulsion, oil-in-water emulsion, gel, spray, mousse, oily, solid state, etc. can be used. .
Next, specific examples of cosmetic pigment powder according to the present embodiment, a method for producing the same, and a cosmetic containing the cosmetic pigment powder will be described. In addition, this embodiment is not limited to the Example described below.
(Production Example 1)
Commercially available Asola Kasei Kogyo Co., Ltd.'s Theorus Cream FP-03 (contents are 10% crystalline cellulose and 90% water) so that the crystalline cellulose content is 5% by weight with respect to titanium oxide as a raw material. Add about 10 times the amount of water to this to form a slurry (water slurry) and stir at 70 ° C. for about 30 minutes. Apart from this, the following formula
The perfluoroalkyl phosphate dispersion containing a perfluoroalkyl phosphate represented by the formula (1) is weighed so that the perfluoroalkyl phosphate content is 5% by weight with respect to titanium oxide, and this is about 20 times. Of isopropyl alcohol, and a dispersion liquid prepared by stirring and mixing at about 70 ° C. is prepared.
A separately prepared perfluoroalkyl phosphate dispersion is added to the water slurry and stirred for about 30 minutes. The mixed slurry thus obtained is supplied to a spray dryer equipped with a two-fluid spray nozzle. At this time, the inlet hot air temperature of the spray dryer is set to 200 ° C., and the spray pressure of the two-fluid nozzle is set to 0.55 MPa. In this way, a surface-coated titanium oxide having 5% by weight of microcrystalline cellulose and 5% by weight of perfluoroalkyl phosphate adhered simultaneously was obtained.
(Production Examples 2 to 7)
Except that the raw material pigment powder was sericite, talc, mica, yellow iron oxide, and black iron oxide, the same procedure as in Production Example 1 was carried out. A cosmetic pigment powder adhered by weight% was produced, and designated as Production Examples 2 to 7 in order.
Here, in order to confirm the water / oil repellency of the cosmetic pigment powder according to the present embodiment, the contact angle with water and the contact angle with paraffin were measured using a goniometer type contact angle measuring device manufactured by Elmer. Measured. Table 1 shows the results of Production Examples 1-7.
On the other hand, in order to confirm the moisture absorption and moisturizing effect of the cosmetic pigment according to the present embodiment, the cosmetic pigment (sericite) prepared in Production Example 2 was tested as an example. In this test, after the sample was completely dried, the sample was placed in a constant temperature and humidity chamber at a relative humidity of 60% and a temperature of 23 ° C. and left for 7 days, and its moisture retention and moisture content was measured. Is to judge. The test results are shown in FIG.
As FIG. 1 shows, the sericite of manufacture example 2 has shown the moisture absorption and retention effect outstanding compared with the untreated sericite.
