Abstract

Description

  The present invention relates to a method for patterning insects such as beetles, stag beetles and the like, and insects patterned thereby.

  Traditionally, insects such as beetles and stag beetles have been widely sold for breeding and viewing purposes, and the larger, the better, or the rarer species, the higher the value, and the higher the price. There is even what has been done.

  However, the actual value is determined only by the characteristics of each individual, such as the size of the body, the shape of the body, how rare it is, and how rare it is. In the past, no added value was found, and no prior art document suggesting such a situation could be found.

  Note that it is preferable to avoid undercoating a so-called base coat on the surface of the exoskeleton before drawing the pattern. This is because the base coat usually contains components such as butyl acetate, toluene, ethyl acetate, isopropanol and has a strong odor, which weakens the beetle.

<Procedure 3: Formation of polished layer>
A conventionally known colorless and transparent polish is applied onto the coating layer 5 and allowed to stand for a predetermined time to dry. By drying and hardening the polishing agent, a polishing layer 6 that covers the coating layer 5 is formed.
As the polish, the colored and transparent one can be used instead of the colorless one.
The polishing agent may be applied at least on the paint layer 5... But not only on the paint layer 5.
Further, when the polishing layer 6 is not necessary, the polishing procedure itself may be omitted.

<Procedure 4: Formation of protective coating layer>
A conventionally known colorless and transparent protective film forming agent is applied on the polishing layer 6 and allowed to stand for a predetermined time to dry (FIG. 3). If the polishing layer 6 is omitted, it is applied directly on the paint layer 5 (FIG. 4).
When this protective film forming agent is dried and cured, a protective film layer 7 covering the paint layer 5 (and the gloss layer 6) is formed, thereby completing the patterning of the beetle A (FIG. 2). .

  The protective coating layer 7 covers the coating layer 5 to protect the coating layer 5 from peeling off or cracking. However, the protective coating forming agent is applied to the coating layer 5. It may be applied only on the layer 6), or it may be applied to the entire surface of the exoskeleton and covered with a protective coating layer 7 over a wider range.
