BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a W / O emulsified cosmetic, and more particularly to a W / O emulsified cosmetic that reduces the stickiness of a water-soluble L-ascorbic acid derivative and is excellent in stability.
[0002]
2. Description of the Related Art Various water-soluble L-ascorbic acid derivatives have been used for the purpose of imparting a whitening effect and an antioxidant effect. (Patent Documents 1 and 2) Disclosed is an emulsified cosmetic containing a modified silicone for the purpose of suppressing the stickiness of a water-soluble L-ascorbic acid derivative. (Patent Document 3)

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-243014 [Patent Document 2]
JP-A-5-41409 [Patent Document 3]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-81757
However, when a water-soluble ascorbic acid derivative is applied to an emulsified cosmetic, there is a problem that a sticky feeling is produced. Therefore, there has been a demand for the development of a W / O emulsified cosmetic material that has little stickiness even when a water-soluble L-ascorbic acid derivative is blended and has good stability.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems] In view of the above problems, the present inventors have made extensive studies, and as a result, by incorporating a specific cross-linked polyether-modified silicone, a water-soluble L-ascorbic acid derivative can be obtained. It has been found that an emulsified cosmetic with reduced stickiness and excellent stability can be obtained, and the present invention has been completed.
That is, the present invention provides the following components (A) to (D):
(A) A specific cross-linked polyether-modified silicone (B) a water-soluble L-ascorbic acid derivative (C) an organic acid salt (D) containing a silicone oil.
Details will be described below.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The crosslinked polyether-modified silicone of component (A) used in the present invention is a polysiloxane obtained by addition polymerization of methyl hydrogen polysiloxane and polyoxyethylene diallyl ether. Cross-linked with oxyethylene. Specifically, there are KSG-210, KSG-31 (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.) and the like. One or two or more of these can be appropriately selected and used according to the purpose.
The content of these components (A) is not particularly limited and can be appropriately selected depending on the dosage form, but is preferably 0.1 to 20% by weight (hereinafter simply referred to as “%”), more preferably. 0.5 to 10%. If it is 0.1% or less, satisfactory emulsification may not be possible, and if it is 20% or more, the effect is not enhanced.
The water-soluble L-ascorbic acid derivative of the component (B) used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is water-soluble. Specific examples include sodium L-ascorbate, potassium L-ascorbate, L -Magnesium ascorbate, sodium L-ascorbate phosphate, magnesium L-ascorbate phosphate, calcium L-ascorbate phosphate, sodium L-ascorbate sulfate, magnesium L-ascorbate sulfate, calcium L-ascorbate sulfate, etc. One or two or more of these can be appropriately selected and blended. Among these, magnesium L-ascorbate phosphate, sodium L-ascorbate phosphate, and sodium L-ascorbate sulfate are preferable.
The organic acid of component (C) used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is an organic acid, but is preferably citrate, sulfate, or hydrochloride. More preferred are sodium citrate, potassium citrate, magnesium sulfate and sodium chloride. Although content of these components (C) is not specifically limited, Preferably it is 0.1 to 10%, More preferably, it is 0.5 to 6%. This is because if 0.1% or less, the stability of W / O emulsification may not be maintained, and if it is 10% or more, stability may not be maintained.
Further, the silicone oil of component (D) used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is a silicone oil, but preferably cyclomethicone (D4, D5, D6), dimethicone (1-30CS), methylphenyl. Polysiloxane and cross-linked silicone. Although content of these components (D) is not specifically limited, Preferably it is 3 to 50%, More preferably, it is 5 to 20%. This is because the stability of W / O emulsification may not be maintained at 3% or less, and the stability may not be maintained at 50% or more.
In the transparent cosmetics of the present invention, in addition to the above essential components, components generally incorporated in cosmetics such as surfactants, powders, water-soluble polymers, organic acid salts, humectants, preservatives. , Fragrances, various drugs and the like can be blended within a range not impairing the effects of the present invention.
[0013]
EXAMPLES Next, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.
The W / O emulsion compositions having the compositions shown in Tables 1 to 6 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 shown in Table 1 below were produced and evaluated for use feeling and stability.
[0015]
[Table 1]
Figure 2005041809
[0016]
(Production method) A water system in which part B was uniformly mixed and dissolved in the silicone system in which part A was dissolved was added and mixed to obtain a W / O emulsion composition.
(Evaluation Method 1)
Usability: An actual use test was conducted by 10 professional evaluation panels. The obtained W / O emulsified composition was evaluated on the basis of the following criteria for “no stickiness” when applied to the skin, and further judged from the average score.
[Evaluation]
5 points: Very good.
4 points: Good.
3 points: Normal.
2 points: Somewhat bad.
1 point: Very bad.
[Evaluation]
◎: Average point 4.5 points or more ○: Average point 3.5 points or more and less than 4.5 points △: Average point 2.5 points or more and less than 3.5 points ×: Average point less than 2.5 points [0018] Evaluation method 2)
Stability: The condition at 40 ° C. for one month was visually evaluated. If there was no significant change in hardness and separation, ◎, and a case where there was a significant change in hardness and separation was judged as x. The obtained results are also shown in Table 1.
As is apparent from the results in Table 1, the W / O emulsion compositions of Examples 1 to 6 according to the present invention were excellent in both the feeling of use and stability. On the other hand, in the comparative example, a result that could satisfy all the evaluation items was not obtained.
