BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shaft body in which an elastic resin is provided on at least a portion of the shaft body that is to be gripped. Examples of shafts include writing instruments such as mechanical pencils, ballpoint pens, correction pens, tools such as cutters, engraving swords, and drivers, input pens used in PDAs (personal digital assistance) and electronic notebooks, and bicycle handles. Etc.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Various inventions have been made in order to give the gripping portion effects such as slip prevention and ease of gripping. As the anti-slip material, a configuration (grip) in which an elastic resin such as silicone or elastomer is disposed in the grip portion is employed, and a grip portion that is easy to hold is formed by changing the shape and hardness of the elastic resin. In particular, in the shape, a plurality of plate-like protrusions projecting radially on the outer peripheral surface of the grip body are formed so as to gradually increase toward the front side (Patent Document 1), or on the outer surface of the grip body, An example is one in which a plurality of groups of protruding pieces protruding in the outer diameter direction that can be bent by a gripping force are provided apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the grip body (Patent Document 2). By forming protrusions in the radial direction on the outer peripheral portion in this way, a soft feel can be obtained even if the grip is made of a relatively hard material, and the gripped finger is locally deep on the surface of the grip. It sinks, making it difficult for your fingertips to slip.

[Problem to solve the invention]
The plate-like protrusion described in Patent Document 1 is formed over the entire circumferential direction, and the plate-like protrusion protrudes in the outer diameter direction from the grip body. For this reason, the plate-like projections can fall and give a good feel when gripped, but the force that regulates the plate-like projections is weak, so even if the gripping force is released, the plate-like projections fall without being restored. There is a problem of being left. In addition, since the restoring force of the plate-like projections is further reduced by long-term use, there is a problem that the durability is poor. On the other hand, what was described in Patent Document 2 and provided with a plurality of groups of protruding pieces protruding in the outer diameter direction in the circumferential direction of the grip body is referred to as restoring force and durability of the protruding pieces. Although the problem has been solved in terms of point, there is a big difference in the difficulty of slipping between the part where the protruding piece part formed in the circumferential direction exists and the part where it does not exist, and it causes a sense of incongruity when writing was there.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and in a shaft body in which at least an elastic resin is disposed and / or integrally provided in a grip portion of the shaft body, the outer surface of the grip portion protrudes in an outer circumferential direction. The first gist is that a plurality of annular protrusions are provided and the width of the annular protrusions and / or the width of the annular groove parts are different, and at least an elastic resin is disposed and / or integrally provided in the grip portion of the shaft body. In the second shaft, a plurality of linear protrusions projecting in the longitudinal direction are provided on the outer surface of the gripping part, and the width of the linear protrusions and / or the width of the linear groove parts are different. It is what.
[0005]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail. In the shaft body 1 (a writing instrument in the present embodiment) having a gripping portion, the gripping portion 2 is provided at least at a portion of the outer periphery of the shaft body 1 where the fingertip of the gripper contacts. The material of the shaft body 1 other than the grip portion 2 may be any material that can be formed of metal, resin, wood, stone, or the like, as long as the material forming the grip portion 2 has sufficient strength to form the shaft body 1. The grip portion can be formed on the shaft body itself with the material, and is not particularly limited. These materials may be one kind or a mixture of two or more kinds.
[0006]
The shape of the gripping portion 2 is such that a plurality of annular protrusions 3 projecting in the outer circumferential direction are provided on the outer surface of the gripping portion 2 and at least one location where the width of the projection is different is provided in some of the annular projections. Good. That is, the annular protrusion 3 is formed by the narrow protrusion 3a and the wide protrusion 3b. Further, the annular protrusion 3 is changed by changing the interval between adjacent protrusions 3a (or protrusions 3b), that is, the width (4a, 4b) of the annular groove 4 formed by forming the annular protrusion 3. It may be formed. Furthermore, while providing the narrow protrusion 3a and the wide protrusion 3b, you may change 4b into the space | interval of the adjacent protrusion 3, ie, the wide groove part 4a, and a narrow groove | channel. Further, with the single annular protrusion 5, a wide protrusion 5 a and a narrow protrusion 5 b may be formed on the annular protrusion 5. At this time, during normal writing, since three fingers are in contact with the gripping portion, providing three locations with different widths at equal intervals in the circumferential direction makes it easier for the fingertip to hit a location that is easy to grip.
The heights and widths of the protrusions 3 and 5 and the widths of the grooves 4 and 6 are not particularly limited, but can be bent by a gripping force from a slight height and width of about 0.1 mm in a streak shape. It can be up to 1 mm or more in height and width, and may be appropriately selected according to the presence or absence of a tactile sensation and a bending deformation function. Further, the annular protrusion and the annular groove need not be parallel. Instead of an annular protrusion or an annular groove that circulates in a wavy shape, a protrusion or groove that is spirally connected may be used. Moreover, you may provide a height difference partially in a cyclic | annular protrusion. Specifically, even if the circumscribed circle of the protrusion is the same, the height of the protrusion may be partially changed toward the inner diameter direction. You may change partially the height of a protrusion toward radial direction.
Furthermore, although the annular protrusion has a parallel rectangular shape, it may be trapezoidal in consideration of releasability during molding.
In the above example, the shaft tube 1 and the gripping part 2 are molded as a single body by means of a two-color molding or insert molding method, whereby an inexpensive product can be provided. By using a separate member, the user can select the gripping part in various shapes, and two types of tactile sensations can be achieved by changing the insertion direction even with one type of gripping part. Can also be obtained.
[0007]
Another example will be described. The shape of the gripping portion 2 is provided with a plurality of linear protrusions 7 protruding in the longitudinal (vertical) direction of the outer surface of the gripping portion 2, and at least one portion where the widths of the protrusions differ in some of the linear protrusions. It suffices if there are places. That is, the linear protrusion 7 is formed by the narrow protrusion 7a and the wide protrusion 7b. At this time, during normal writing, since three fingers are in contact with the gripping portion, providing three locations with different widths at equal intervals in the circumferential direction makes it easier for the fingertip to hit a location that is easy to grip. Further, the linear protrusion is changed by changing the interval between the adjacent protrusions 7a (or protrusions 7b), that is, the width (8a, 8b) of the linear groove 8 formed by forming the linear protrusions 7. The part 7 may be formed. Furthermore, while providing the narrow protrusion 7a and the wide protrusion 7b, you may change 8b into the space | interval of the adjacent protrusion 7, ie, the wide groove part 8a and the narrow groove | channel. Further, with one linear protrusion 9, a wide protrusion 9a and a narrow protrusion 9b may be formed on the linear protrusion 9.
The heights and widths of the protrusions 7 and 9 and the widths of the groove portions 8 and 10 are not particularly limited, but can be bent by a gripping force from a slight height and width of about 0.1 mm in a streak shape. It can be up to 1 mm or more in height and width, and may be appropriately selected according to the presence or absence of a tactile sensation and a bending deformation function. Further, the linear protrusions and the linear grooves do not necessarily have to be parallel. It may be a wavy linear protrusion, a linear groove, or a helically connected protrusion or groove. Moreover, you may provide a height difference partially in a linear protrusion. Specifically, the outer surface of the protrusion may be the same surface, or the height of the protrusion may be partially changed toward the inner diameter direction, and the inner surface of the protrusion may be the same or the outer surface. You may change partially the height of a protrusion toward a direction.
Furthermore, although the linear protrusion has a parallel rectangular shape, it may be trapezoidal in consideration of releasability during molding.
