Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a chair including a synthetic resin seat shell whose upper surface is covered with a cushion material and a skin material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In this type of chair, when a cushioning material is attached to the upper surface of the seat shell and the upper surface is covered with a skin material such as a cover, the skin material is pulled by the weight of the seated person or due to rough movements while sitting. It is necessary to fix the peripheral end portion to the seat shell so as not to come off.
[0003]
Conventionally, the peripheral end portion of the skin material is bonded and fixed to the lower surface of the peripheral end portion of the seat shell (seat plate) (see, for example, Patent Document 1), or the seat shell is composed of an inner shell and an outer shell. The front end portion of the skin material covering the upper surface of the cushion material attached to the upper surface of the inner shell is fitted into a U-shaped cross-section fitting groove formed in the downward bent portion of the front end portion of the outer shell, and the front end portion of the inner shell. The provided engagement piece is fixed by folding and engaging with the skin material, and the left and right end portions of the inner shell are bent downward, and the bent portion together with the left and right ends of the skin material are For example, they are fitted and fixed to stepped portions provided on the left and right sides (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
If the peripheral edge part of the skin material is bonded and fixed to the lower surface of the seat shell as in Patent Document 1, the fixing work is troublesome and the work efficiency is poor.
In addition, when the worn skin material is replaced, the adhesive is difficult to peel off, and the replacement work becomes troublesome.
[0006]
In the chair described in Patent Document 2, the peripheral end portion of the front end portion of the skin material is firmly fixed. However, in the peripheral end portions on the left and right sides, the outer shell and the inner shell are formed at the step portion of the outer shell. Since it is only sandwiched from the side by the bent portion with the shell, if the skin material is forcibly pulled in the left-right direction, there is a possibility that the peripheral end portion may come off or shift.
[0007]
Moreover, in both the chairs of Patent Documents 1 and 2, in order to increase the rigidity of the seat, the entire outer shell is made thick or a reinforcing protrusion is provided on the seat plate, so the seat bends downward. There is also a problem that it is difficult and uncomfortable to sit.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and the peripheral edge portion of the skin material can be easily and firmly fixed to the seat shell, and the seat flexibility is improved to improve the seating comfort. The purpose is to provide a chair.
[0009]

And the peripheral edge of the skin material, which is a plate-shaped seat shell made of a synthetic resin whose center part can be elastically deformed downward, is folded back to the lower surface thereof, and the upper surface of the seat frame is supported on the upper surface of the seat frame. It fits so that it may be pinched | interposed by the lower surface of the outer peripheral part of a shell.
[0010]
(2) In the above item (1), frame-like pieces that are in sliding contact with the inner surface of the upward piece of the seat frame are erected on the left and right ends and the rear end of the seat shell.
[0011]
(3) In the above item (1) or (2), a plurality of engagement pieces having an upward hook-like engagement claw at the lower end are provided on the lower surface of the outer peripheral portion of the seat shell, and the engagement of each engagement piece. The seat shell is detachably fitted to the seat frame by elastically engaging the pawl with a locking hole provided in the inward support portion of the seat frame or an inner peripheral edge lower surface of the support portion.
[0012]
(4) In any one of the above items (1) to (3), an outward flange piece is connected to the upper ends of the left and right upward pieces of the seat frame, and both flange pieces are connected to the upper surfaces of the left and right support rods. The seat frame is provided between the left and right support rods.
[0013]
(5) In any one of the above items (1) to (4), a seat support member facing in the left-right direction is horizontally placed between the front and rear surfaces of the left and right support rods, and the rear end of the seat frame The lower surface of the seat and the lower surface of the front end of the seat shell are supported by the rear seat support member and the front seat support member, respectively, and screws are screwed into the seat shell from below the front and rear seat support members. Fix the frame and seat shell to the leg frame.

An engaging piece (36) having an outward J-shaped cross section is provided so as to protrude downward.
[0042]
The upper ends on the free end side of the left and right engaging pieces (36) are elastically deformed inward and pressed when the seat shell (11) is fitted into the seat frame (10). 10) is engaged with the lower surface of the locking protrusion (24) protruding from the left and right inward support pieces (14) (see FIG. 9).
[0043]
As shown in FIG. 3, the upper end on the free end side of the engagement piece (36) at the center of the rear end is elastically engaged with the lower surface of the inward support piece (14) on the rear side of the seat frame (10). It has become.
[0044]
In order to assemble the seat (2), first, the cushion material (12) is inserted into the frame of the seat shell (11) and placed, and the surface of the cushion material is covered with the skin material (11) as follows. cover.
[0045]
The peripheral part of the skin material (13) superimposed on the upper surface of the cushion material (12) was slightly folded back to the lower surface side of the seat shell (11), and then inserted into the bag-like edge (13a) of the skin material (13). The tightening string (37) is tightened and tensioned, and the surface of the cushion material (12) and the peripheral end of the seat shell (11) are wrapped and covered.
[0046]
Next, the seat shell (11) is fixed in the frame of the seat frame (10) as follows.
That is, first, the engaging claws (35a) of the pair of engaging pieces (35) provided on the lower surface of the front end portion of the bottom plate (25) of the seat shell (11) are connected to the front frame (10c) of the seat frame (10). After engaging the locking holes (22) of the pair of locking pieces (23) provided on the rear piece (20b), the entire seat shell (11) is pressed downward, and the left and right sides of the bottom plate (25) As described above, the three engagement pieces (36) provided at the front and rear end portions are elastically engaged with the lower surface of the locking projection piece (24) and the inward support piece (14) of the seat frame (10). Let
[0047]
Thus, the seat shell (11) is supported by the inward support pieces (14) of the seat frame (10) at the left and right side portions and the rear side lower surface of the bottom plate (25), and the front frame piece (11b). Is stably fixed in the frame of the seat frame (10) in a state where the lower surface is in contact with the upper surface of the front frame (10c) of the seat frame (10).
[0048]
At this time, the left and right sides of the skin material (13) folded back to the lower surface side of the seat shell (11) and the peripheral end portions on the rear side are inward support pieces (14) and upward pieces (15) of the seat frame (10). ) And the frame-shaped piece (11a) of the seat shell (11) and the lower surface of the bottom plate (25), and the front end of the front frame (10c) of the seat frame (10) is sandwiched between them. And the front frame piece (11b) of the seat shell (11), so that the sandwiching area of the entire peripheral edge of the skin material (13) is large, and the seat shell (11) is easily detached. There is no fear (see Figure 3).
[0049]
In order to attach the seat (2) thus assembled to the frame (1) of the chair, first, the left and right outwards of the seat frame (10) are placed on the upper surfaces of the support rods (3a) of the left and right leg frames (3). The flange piece (16) is placed, and the inward horizontal piece (14) on the rear side of the seat frame (10) is placed on the upper surface of the horizontal support plate (5a) of the rear seat support member (5). A reinforcing rib (19) is brought into contact with the front surface of the directional support plate (5b), and at the same time, a lower surface of the front end portion of the bottom plate (25) of the seat shell (11) attached to the seat frame (10) is provided thereon. Positioning is performed by the front and rear ridges (31) and (31), and they are placed on the upper end of the front seat support member (4).
[0050]
Next, the front and rear tapping screws (34) inserted from below the front and rear seat support members (4) and (5) are screwed together toward the mounting boss (33) of the seat shell (11).
[0051]
Thereby, the seat (2) is stably fixed to the upper part of the leg frame (3) so that the seat shell (11) and the cushion material (12) are positioned between the left and right support rods (3a). (See FIG. 3).
[0052]
Further, when the seat (2) is attached, the seat shell (11) is attracted to the seat frame (10) and strongly fixed by the front and rear tapping screws (34), so that the seat shell (11) is attached to the lower surface of the seat shell (11). The peripheral end portion of the folded skin material (13) is the inward support piece (14) of the seat frame (10), the lower surface of the bottom plate (25) of the seat shell (11), and the front frame of the seat frame (10) ( 10c) and the lower surface of the front frame piece (11b) of the seat shell (11) are strongly pinched.
[0053]
Therefore, even if the skin material (13) is strongly pulled in the front-rear and left-right directions, there is no fear that the peripheral end portion will be detached from or displaced from the seat shell (11).
[0054]
When seated on the seat (2) after the mounting, as shown in FIG. 10 (the cushion material and the skin material are not shown), the central portion of the bottom plate (25) of the seat shell (11) is a flexible groove (26 ) Around the opening of the seat frame (10).
[0055]
That is, when the load of the seated person's buttocks is applied to the central portion of the bottom plate (25) surrounded by the flexible recess (26), the thin flexible recess (26) becomes 2 in FIG. By elastically deforming in the expanding direction as indicated by a dotted line, the center portion of the bottom plate (25) is bent in an arc shape so as to sink downward.
[0056]
In addition, since the flexible recess (26) is provided with a plurality of slits (28) and is discontinuous, its flexural rigidity is reduced and the flexibility of the central portion of the bottom plate (25) is large. As a result, sitting comfort is improved.
[0057]
Since the base of the slit (28) is reinforced by the rib (30), even if the central portion of the bottom plate (25) is repeatedly greatly bent, the base plate (25) is cracked from the base of the slit (28). There is no fear of generating.
[0058]
Since a large number of small holes (27) are formed in the central portion of the bottom plate (25), the portions can be easily bent along the heel portion, and the sitting comfort is further improved.
[0059]
Side-view substantially L-shaped cross section comprising a horizontal support plate (5a) and an upward support plate (5a) standing up rearward between the rear ends of the horizontal rods (3a) in the left and right leg frames (3) The rear seat support member (5) having high rigidity is provided on the lower surface and the front surface thereof, and on the rear surface of the upward frame (15) and the inclined flange piece (17) of the rear frame (10b) of the seat frame (10). Since the rear end and the lower surface of the large number of reinforcing ribs (19) are in contact with each other, the rear frame (10b) of the seat frame (10), that is, the seat frame (10), the seat shell (11), and the cushion material The support area of the rear end portion of the seat (2) made of (12) and the skin material (13) increases, the load at the time of sitting is dispersed, and the surface pressure decreases.
[0060]
As a result, the bending deformation of the rear portion of the seat frame (10) is reduced, the rear portion of the seat (2) is stably supported, and the support strength is also increased.
[0061]
Moreover, since the lower surface and the rear surface of the rear frame (10b) are covered with the metal rear seat support member (5), a large number of chairs having the same shape are stacked with the rear seat support member (5) facing downward. When storing and storing, the lower surface and the rear surface of the rear frame (10b) are protected and are prevented from being scratched.
[0062]
Moreover, even if the load of many stacked chairs acts as an upward reaction force on the rear seat support member (5) of the lowermost chair and the inclined flange piece (17) of the seat frame (10), many reinforcements Since the rib (19) is provided, there is no possibility that a problem such as a large bending upward and breakage occurs.
[0063]
In the above embodiment, the seat shell (11) has the frame-shaped piece (11a). However, when the seat shell (11) is relatively thick and has a large flexural rigidity, the frame-shaped piece (11a) is used. ) May be omitted to form a flat plate, or the left and right side parts or the rear part may be omitted.
[0064]
Three engagement pieces (36) on the lower surface of the seat shell (11) are connected to the lower surface of the engagement piece (24) of the inward support piece (14) in the seat frame (10) and the inward support piece (14). Although it is elastically engaged with the lower surface of the inner peripheral edge, an engagement hole is formed in the inward support piece (14), and each engagement piece (36) is elastically engaged with this engagement hole. Good.
[0065]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the seat shell is fitted to the seat frame, the peripheral portion of the skin material folded back on the lower surface of the seat shell is sandwiched from above and below to be easily and firmly fixed. The Therefore, there is no possibility that the skin material will come off or shift without using a conventional adhesive.
[0066]
In addition, since the peripheral end of the seat shell is supported by a rigid frame-like seat frame having upward pieces on the left and right side frames and the rear frame, the seat shell is made relatively thin, etc. The flexibility of the central part at the time of the seating can be increased, and the sitting comfort of the seat is improved.
[0067]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the rigidity of the peripheral end portion of the seat shell is increased and the sandwiching area of the peripheral end portion of the skin material is increased, so that the skin material is more firmly fixed.
[0068]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the seat shell can be easily fixed simply by being pushed into the seat frame, and can be easily detached, so that the skin material can be easily replaced.
[0069]
According to the invention of claim 4, the seat frame and the seat shell and the cushion material fitted to the seat frame can be provided between the left and right support rods while preventing the displacement in the left-right direction. Since the upper surface of the support rod is covered with the flange piece, the appearance is improved.
Further, the rigidity of the left and right side frames of the seat frame is further increased by providing the flange pieces.
[0070]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the seat frame and the seat shell can be stably supported by the front and rear seat support members without impairing the flexibility of the central portion of the seat shell.
In addition, by screwing the screw into the seat shell from below the front and rear seat support members, the lower surface of the outer peripheral portion of the seat shell comes into strong contact with the upper surface of the inward support portion of the seat frame, and the skin material sandwiched between them When the peripheral end portion of this is strongly clamped, the fixing strength is further increased.
