Description

【0001】

また、図3(b)では図3(a)のA−A断面図を示したものである。

[Industrial application fields]
When moving the optical filter in the process or when shipping it to the customer, the optical filter can be safely and reliably transported without damage to the main surface of the optical filter, preventing damage to the optical filter. The present invention relates to a transport tray structure that can be used.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An optical filter manufactured from a piezoelectric crystal material is a transparent thin plate such as a prism used to separate a light source inputted as an image from a lens into three primary colors of light, which is mainly an image capturing portion of an image equipment. . Because it has an important function to separate the light source that is the video input of the video equipment, the processing accuracy of the optical filter in the manufacturing process is very strict, and structurally, multiple thin plates are bonded together for one optical use. Even in a manufacturing method of forming a filter, a complicated manufacturing process and a precise surface treatment are performed.
[0003]
Therefore, the optical filter is handled very carefully in the manufacturing process, and a single product as an optical filter is made after passing through a plurality of processes. During the manufacturing process, in order to maximize the function as an optical filter, surface treatment processing with a polarization effect is applied to the main surface through which the light of the optical filter passes, such as chemicals and metals It is also necessary to perform surface coating with.
[0004]
Since the manufacturing process is performed through these manufacturing processes, the method for supporting and storing the transport tray of the optical filter when moving between the processes is such that the main surface portion as shown in FIG. 5 contacts the storage section of the tray. The form (FIG. 5 (a)) that supports the appearance and the shape that covers the optical filter (FIG. 5 (b)) were taken. The filter housed in the tray requires very careful handling against scratches, nicks and breakage, so that the tray itself has a very simple structure that is soft in terms of material.
[0005]
In addition, until now, since the same transport tray is used at the time of product shipment, there is an anxiety factor in order to transport the optical filter safely and reliably. When safety is important, transport tray management is also performed, such as preparing transport trays for shipment to customers.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-130175
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the optical filter requires transport trays used in the manufacturing process, transport trays used for shipment to customers, and transport tray management. Since the optical filter main surface is chemically coated, etc., and has a very delicate structure against damage to the main surface, the shape of the optical filter support by the transport tray is also the recess of the transport tray. In order to support the shape so that the optical filter is dropped on the main body and the main surface part is in contact with the storage part of the tray, dust or the like tends to accumulate in the concave part during the manufacturing process. Therefore, there is a problem in that the main surface of the optical filter is scratched due to the damaged residue generated from the breakage of the corner portion of the optical filter in the transport tray of the optical filter.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Used as a transport tray for transporting the optical filter in the transport tray without interfering with the workability, and also used as a transport tray for packing used for shipment to customers. In order to increase the strength by changing the transport tray to a strong shape and material formed by injection molding resin, the effect of the present invention is enhanced. Accordingly, the present invention provides a line contact (dot) on the corner of the main surface of the optical filter of the optical tray or the middle of the corner of the optical filter for fixing and supporting the optical filter. A support tray that abuts in contact) is formed, and the individual storage portion of the filter of the tray has a structure in which the main surface portion of the filter does not directly contact the bottom of the storage portion.
[0009]
In short, it is a transfer tray that can be used for both product transfer between factories and customers, and the main feature is that the main surface of the optical filter can maximize its function as an optical filter as described above. Since the main surface of the optical filter that allows light to pass through is subjected to surface treatment with a polarization effect, it has a support structure for storing the optical filter while avoiding the main surface from directly contacting the tray storage. Transport tray.
[0010]
As a result, the main surface of the optical filter does not come into contact with the transport tray at all. Therefore, the influence on the main surface such as support to the main surface and contact with the main surface such as scratches, nicks, or damage during storage. By eliminating the above, the workability of storing the optical filter in the transport tray is improved, and the problem is solved by transporting it safely and reliably.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In each figure, the same numerals indicate the same objects.
FIG. 1 shows a plan view of the transport tray 2 of the present invention. Conventionally, since the transport tray 2 is formed by vacuum molding of a resin material, the storage surface (contact surface) of the optical filter 1 is thin, for example, when it is transported, especially when the corner of the optical filter 1 is damaged. However, the contact surface of the optical filter 1 can be formed by molding the transport tray 2 by injection molding of resin while having a thick and strong structure. It can be made into the form of the conveyance tray 2 softer than the conventional conveyance tray 2. FIG.
[0012]
The optical filter 1 is housed in such a manner that the main surface through which the light laid sideways on the transport tray 2 passes is placed at a place where the transport tray 2 is stored, and the position and the support of the optical filter 1 are fixed by the support portion 3. Conventionally, the optical filter 1 is dropped into the transport tray 2 as shown in FIG. 5 or is supported on the main surface as in the present invention. In the present invention, the optical filter is supported and supported by the corners of the side surface portion and the main surface portion of the optical filter 1. Even if the occurrence of breakage and breakage at the corner edge 4 of 1 are temporarily present, the occurrence of defects can be greatly reduced by the support form of the structure that does not reflect these influences on the main surface portion of the filter 1.
[0013]
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a place where the optical filter 1 is accommodated. The support portion 3 is configured to be supported by “lines (dots)” corresponding to the corner edges 4 between the four side surfaces 5 and the main surface portion 6 of the optical filter 1. There is no place that contacts the main surface. In short, the main surface of the optical filter 1 is lifted from the transport tray 2 by the support portion of the present invention, thereby reducing the contact with the main surface such as broken debris and dust, which are problems.
[0014]
Then, a further enlarged view of FIG. 2 is drawn in FIG. In this example, one part of the support part 3 is shown as a center, but the support part 3 is in contact with the four corners of the optical filter 1 (FIG. 3A). FIG. 3B shows a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. As can be seen from the figure, the supporting portion 3 is supported by a “line” corresponding to the corner edge 4 between the side surface portion 5 and the main surface portion 6 of the optical filter 1 at the inclined portion of the optical filter 1. A support structure that eliminates environmental factors.
[0015]
The transport tray 2 according to the present invention can be used not only for use in a work process but also as a transport tray 2 for packing the optical filter 1 at the time of shipment to a customer. Since it has a strong structure that can be used as a transporting tray 2 for packaging and as a transporting tray 2 for packaging, it can be used once as a shipping tray 2 for shipping packaging to be delivered to customers once and collected again. Then, it can be used again in the manufacturing process or used as a transport tray 2 for packing. Here, although not particularly illustrated, the actual conveyance is performed by sandwiching the optical filter 1 with a storage tray as shown in FIG.
[0016]
On the other hand, FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the support portion 3 of the storage portion of the transport tray 2 with the optical filter 1 has a “bump” in an intermediate portion excluding the corner portion of the optical filter 1. By providing, it is possible to store the same effect as the present invention. As in FIG. 3, at least three protrusions are formed in the storage portion, and the optical filter 1 is supported as a floating portion using the support portion 3 as a support portion 3. FIG. 4A shows a storage state when the optical filter 1 is square. In this case, the support part 3 is arrange | positioned at four places. On the other hand, in FIG. 4B, in the case where the optical filter 1 is a round object, three support portions 3 are sufficient. In addition, the shape and size of the support part 3 shown in the present embodiment are merely examples, and are not particularly limited.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it is possible to share the transport tray used between the manufacturing processes and the transport tray used for packing, and further suppress the thickness (height) direction of the conventional transport tray while suppressing the main direction of the filter in the storage unit. Improve product quality by greatly reducing the impact on the main surface due to scratches, nicks and damage to the surface.
