[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-247086
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, it is difficult to adjust the positions of the shielding plate and the bent portion so that the shielding plate does not collide with the bent portion when the door is closed and the gap is made as small as possible when the door is closed. It takes time to install and adjust the doors. In addition, the gap between the upper frame of the entrance / exit frame and the landing door could not be shielded. Therefore, smoke insulation and sound insulation are reduced.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to obtain an elevator door device capable of improving smoke insulation and sound insulation.
[0006]

An elevator door device according to the present invention is provided at a first portion that is one of a door body that opens and closes an entrance and exit, an upper frame disposed at an upper portion of the entrance and an upper end of the door body, and The second part, which is the other of the frame and the upper end of the door body, can be contacted and separated, and includes a movable shield extending along the width direction of the door body. The movable shield is in a door-closed state. Sometimes it contacts the second part and is separated from the second part during the opening and closing operation of the door body.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
Embodiment 1 FIG.
1 is a front view showing a landing door device for an elevator according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. In the drawing, an entrance / exit frame (three-way frame) 2 is fixed to both sides and an upper portion of the landing entrance 1. The entrance / exit frame 2 includes a pair of vertical frames 3 extending vertically and an upper frame 4 provided horizontally between the upper ends of the vertical frames 3. The hall entrance 1 is opened and closed by a pair of door bodies 5. The landing door device of the first embodiment is a center opening type.
[0008]
FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line II-II in FIG. A rail support member 6 is fixed to the upper frame 4. A hanger rail 7 that supports the door body 5 and guides the opening and closing of the door body 5 is fixed to the rail support member 6. The hanger rail 7 extends parallel to the entrance direction of the hall entrance 1.
[0009]
A door hanger 8 is fixed to the upper end portion of the door body 5. The door hanger 8 is provided with a plurality of hanger rollers 9 that roll along the hanger rail 7 when the door body 5 is opened and closed.
[0010]
A metal flat plate-shaped movable shield 11 is fixed to the upper frame 4 that is the first part. The movable shield 11 can be brought into contact with and separated from the upper end of the door body 5 which is the second part by being rotationally displaced. That is, the movable shield 11 contacts the upper end of the door main body 5 when the door is closed, and when not in the door closed state (during the door opening and opening / closing operation), as shown in FIG. It is separated from the upper end of the main body 5. Further, the movable shield 11 extends continuously along the width direction of the door body 5 and is provided over the entire width direction of the door body 5.
[0011]
The movable shield 11 is connected to the upper frame 4 via a spring-equipped hinge 12 that is a biasing means. Further, the movable shield 11 is biased in a direction to be separated from the door body 5 by a spring-equipped hinge 12.
[0012]
4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line IV-IV in FIG. 2, FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line V-V in FIG. 3, and FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the main part of FIG. 4 to 6, the door hanger 8 is omitted. An engagement fitting 13 is fixed to the upper end of the door bag side end surface (door opening side end surface) of the door body 5. The engagement fitting 13 is provided with an inclined portion 13 a as an engagement portion that engages with an end portion of the movable shield 11. The inclined portion 13 a engages with the movable shield 11 when the door is closed, and brings the movable shield 11 into contact with the upper end of the door body 5 against the spring-equipped hinge 12.
[0013]
In such a landing door device, when the door is closed, the movable shield 11 is brought down so as to engage with the inclined portion 13a and come into contact with the door main body 5, so that the upper end portion of the door main body 5 and the upper frame 4 A gap between the two is shielded by the movable shield 11. Therefore, smoke insulation and sound insulation can be improved. Further, the light shielding property can be improved.
[0014]
Further, during the opening / closing operation of the door body 5, the movable shield 11 is separated from the door body 5 by the spring-equipped hinge 12, so that the opening / closing resistance is not increased by the movable shield 11, and the opening / closing performance of the door body 5 is improved. Can be maintained.
[0015]
Furthermore, since the movable shield 11 is separated from the door body 5 by the spring-equipped hinge 12, and is brought into contact with the door body 5 by engagement with the inclined portion 13a, the movable shield 11 has a simple configuration. Can be rotationally displaced.
[0016]
Embodiment 2. FIG.
Next, FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of an elevator landing door device according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention, FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the movable shield of FIG. 7 is separated from the door body, and FIG. FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line XX of FIG. 8. In this example, the movable shield 11 has an elastic body 14 that is in contact with and separated from the upper end of the door body 5. The elastic body 14 is made of, for example, rubber or sponge. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.
[0017]
Thus, by providing the movable shield 11 with the elastic body 14, the gap between the upper end portion of the door body 5 and the upper frame 4 can be more reliably shielded when the door is closed, and the shield Smoke and sound insulation can be further improved. Moreover, generation | occurrence | production of the noise at the time of the movable shield 11 contact | abutting to the door main body 5 can be suppressed. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent the door body 5 from being damaged by the contact of the movable shield 11. Furthermore, the elastic deformation of the elastic body 14 can absorb a change in the size of the gap between the upper end portion of the door body 5 and the upper frame 4 to some extent.
[0018]
The elastic body may be provided at a portion where the movable shield of the second part contacts, for example, at the upper end of the door body 5.
[0019]
Embodiment 3 FIG.
11 is a cross-sectional view of an elevator landing door device according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention, FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the movable shield shown in FIG. 11 is separated from the door body, and FIG. 14 is a sectional view taken along line XIII-XIII, FIG. 14 is a sectional view taken along line XIV-XIV in FIG. 12, and FIG. 15 is a perspective view showing an essential part of FIG.
[0020]
In this example, the engagement fitting 15 is fixed to the end portion of the door body 5 on the door pocket side. The engagement fitting 15 is provided with an inclined portion 15 a as an engagement portion that engages with an end portion of the movable shield 11. The inclined portion 15 a engages with the movable shield 11 when the door is closed, and brings the movable shield 11 into contact with the upper end portion of the door body 5 against the spring-equipped hinge 12. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.
[0021]
In such a landing door device, since the engagement fitting 15 is fixed to the upper end surface of the door body 5, the engagement fitting does not protrude from the door bag side end surface of the door body 5, and when the door is open. The space of the landing door can be reduced, and the space for the hoistway can be saved.
[0022]
In the above example, the spring-equipped hinge 12 is shown as the biasing means, but the biasing means is not limited to this, and for example, a rubber plate connected between the upper frame and the movable shield It may be.
[0023]
Embodiment 4 FIG.
Next, FIG. 16 is a sectional view of an elevator landing door device according to Embodiment 4 of the present invention, FIG. 17 is a sectional view showing a state in which the movable shield of FIG. 16 is separated from the door body, and FIG. FIG. 19 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XIX-XIX in FIG. 17.
[0024]
In the figure, a horizontal support surface 4a is bent and formed on the upper frame 4 which is the first part. On the support surface 4a, a flat movable shield 21 made of metal is supported. The movable shield 21 can be brought into contact with and separated from the upper end of the door body 5 which is the second part by sliding and moving horizontally on the support surface 4a. The movable shield 21 has an elastic body 22 that contacts and separates from the upper end of the door body 5. Furthermore, the movable shield 21 extends continuously along the width direction of the door body 5 and is provided over the entire width direction of the door body 5.
[0025]
The support surface 4a is provided with a long hole 4b for guiding the slide of the movable shield 21. A tension spring 23 is provided between the movable shield 21 and the upper frame 4 as urging means for urging the movable shield 21 in a direction away from the door body 5. When the door is closed, the inclined portion 13 a is engaged with the movable shield 21, whereby the movable shield 21 is brought into contact with the upper end portion of the door body 5 against the pulling spring 23. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.
[0026]
As described above, even when the sliding movable shield 21 and the tension spring 23 are used, the gap between the upper end portion of the door body 5 and the upper frame 4 is not movable when the door is closed. It is shielded by 21 and can improve smoke insulation and sound insulation. Further, during the opening / closing operation of the door body 5, the movable shield 21 is separated from the door body 5 by the pull spring 23, so that the opening / closing performance of the door body 5 can be maintained.
[0027]
In the above example, the movable shield is provided on the upper frame side. However, a movable shield may be provided on the upper end portion of the door body so as to be in contact with and separated from the upper frame. That is, the upper end of the door body may be the first part and the upper frame may be the second part.
[0028]
Moreover, although the center opening type door apparatus was shown in said example, this invention is applicable also to a single opening type door apparatus. Further, the number of door bodies is not limited to two.
Furthermore, in the above example, the landing door device has been described. However, the present invention can also be applied to a car door device, and the light shielding property and smoke shielding property between the car room and the outside can be improved.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the elevator door device according to the present invention is either the upper frame or the upper end portion of the door main body, and the first portion which is either the upper frame or the upper end portion of the door main body. A movable shield that can be brought into and out of contact with the second part is provided. The movable shield comes into contact with the second part when the door is closed, and is separated from the second part during the opening / closing operation of the door body. Therefore, when the door is closed, the gap between the upper end portion of the door body and the upper frame can be shielded by the movable shield, and smoke insulation and sound insulation can be improved. Moreover, since the movable shield is separated from the second part during the opening / closing operation of the door body, the opening / closing performance of the door body can be maintained.
