Abstract
Description
【0001】

[Prior art]
Conventionally, a POS (Point Of Sales) system using a bar code has been introduced in stores. The POS system is a system that manages sales by inputting product names, prices, etc. into a computer using a bar code reader or the like of the store, and manages the sales of the entire store. By introducing the POS system, it is possible to save the cash register, simplify the sales management, and improve the efficiency of data collection (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
In addition, a system for performing inventory management by attaching a non-contact IC tag to an article in a warehouse and detecting the non-contact IC tag attached to the article by a sensor has been inquired (for example, see Patent Document 2). In such a system, it has become possible to efficiently perform operations that required individual inspection of all articles using a barcode reader or the like in order to inspect the previous inventory using non-contact IC tags and sensors. [Problems to be solved by the invention]
In a store that sells shoes or the like, it is common to display only shoes of a predetermined size for a sample on the sales floor side, and keep a stock of shoes of various sizes in the backyard. The customers who come to the store often don't buy the sample shoes immediately after buying them, but often buy them after trying their favorite shoes and checking their comfort.
[0006]
Therefore, there are shoes that are tried on by many customers but are not purchased in the end, shoes that are almost always purchased when they are tried on, shoes that do not attract any attention and therefore are not tried on. If it becomes clear what kind of shoes are in the above-described state, it is possible to increase the stock in advance, return the goods, or change the place where the samples are placed.
[0007]
In addition, in the store, a salesperson carries shoes to customers for trial wear from the backyard to the sales floor for customer service. In addition, if the customer does not like the shoes they tried on, the shoes that have been tried on once are returned from the sales floor to the back yard, and new shoes are carried from the back yard to the sales floor. In this way, the salesperson will be serving customers while going back and forth between the sales floor and the backyard, but some salespersons are spending meaninglessly without waiting for customers, and from the backyard There are those who cannot immediately take out the shoes they want. If it becomes clear how the salesperson is performing in the store, it becomes possible to efficiently evaluate the salesperson and maintain the sales floor and the backyard.
[0008]
However, in the conventional POS system, data can be input only when a product is read by a barcode reader or the like. That is, only information when selling products to customers can be collected, and valuable information as described above cannot be collected.
[0009]
Then, an object of this invention is to provide the information collection method using the non-contact IC tag which can grasp | ascertain efficiently the goods in a store, and the movement situation of a salesperson.
[0010]
It is another object of the present invention to provide an information collecting method using a non-contact IC tag that enables the salesperson to know the customer service time in the store.
[0011]
Furthermore, an object of the present invention is to provide an information collecting method using a non-contact IC tag capable of grasping a staying time in which a salesperson stays in a backyard in a store.
[0012]
Furthermore, an object of the present invention is to provide an information collecting method using a non-contact IC tag that can be associated with a product that a customer first puts on a trial wear with a product that is next put on a trial wear.
[0013]
Furthermore, an object of the present invention is to provide an information collecting method using a non-contact IC tag that can grasp a degree of attention indicating how much a product attracts customer attention.
[0014]
Furthermore, an object of the present invention is to provide an information collecting method using a non-contact IC tag that can grasp a return rate indicating how much a product put on a trial wear leads to sales.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the information collection method according to the present invention provides a gate between a sales floor in a store and a back yard, holds a product, and has a salesperson contacted by a salesperson who passes through the gate. Acquire salesperson tag information from the IC tag, acquire product tag information from the product non-contact IC tag attached to the product passing through the gate, and acquire the salesperson tag information and the product tag information and date / time information. The salesperson tag information, the product tag information, and the date / time information are connected to each other to form a database. The merchandise and salesperson passing through the gate are recorded in the database together with the passage date and time information so that the movement information of the merchandise and the salesperson in the store can be grasped.
[0016]
The information collecting method according to the present invention is further characterized in that the customer service time at which the salesperson has been at the sales floor is obtained by calculation using information recorded in the database.
[0017]
In addition, the information collecting method according to the present invention is further characterized in that the residence time that the salesperson has been in the backyard is obtained by calculation using the information recorded in the database.
[0018]
In addition, the information collection method according to the present invention is further characterized by using the information recorded in the database and associating the products that have passed through the gate with each other and recording them in the database.
[0019]
In addition, the information collection method according to the present invention is further characterized in that the degree (attention level) of the product being taken from the backyard to the sales floor is obtained using the information recorded in the database.
[0020]
In addition, the information collection method according to the present invention further uses the information recorded in the database to determine the degree (return rate) that the product passes through the gate from the backyard to the sales floor and then passes through the gate from the sales floor to the backyard. It is characterized by calculating | requiring.
