蛍光標識された二本鎖DNAを含む溶液と転写因子TFIIDとを混合するステップと、
前記転写因子TFIIDを混合した溶液に転写因子TFIIBを混合するステップと、
蛍光相関分光法により混合溶液中の蛍光標識を有する物質の並進拡散時間を求めるステップと
を有することを特徴とする転写因子TFIIDと二本鎖DNAの結合を検出する方法。
【請求項2】
前記転写因子TFIIBを混合するステップの後に、
前記転写因子TFIIBを混合した溶液に抗TFIIB抗体を混合するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1の転写因子TFIIDと二本鎖DNAの結合を検出する方法。
【請求項3】
前記蛍光相関分光法のコンフォーカルボリューム中における前記蛍光標識された二本鎖DNAの粒子数が2〜5であることを特徴とする請求項1または2の転写因子TFIIDと二本鎖DNAの結合を検出する方法。
