Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a banknote identification device used in a vending machine that can use banknotes.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this kind of banknote identification device, an identification unit for identifying a banknote inserted from a banknote slot, a transport mechanism for transporting a banknote to a predetermined position in the main body of the identification apparatus, and a banknote transported to a predetermined position are predetermined. What is provided with the press mechanism which presses in a direction, and the banknote accommodation unit which receives the banknote pressed by the press mechanism is known (for example, refer to patent documents 1).
[0003]
However, in a vending machine equipped with the banknote identification device, after inserting a genuine banknote connected with tape, piano wire, tegus, etc. at the end, and once discriminating the authenticity by the identification unit, purchase a product, There is a case in which a fraudulent act of pulling out a banknote stored in the banknote storage unit to the outside with a tape or the like may be performed.

[0032]
The banknote support plate 73 is formed in a flat plate shape that is slightly smaller than the inner shape of the unit main body 71, and is disposed so as to correspond to the pressing plate 62 of the pressing unit 60.
[0033]
The spring 74 is a coiled spring that is simplified in illustration, and is interposed between the bill support plate 73 and the unit cover 72 in a compressed state. In this case, the spring 74 is formed so that the winding diameter gradually increases from the unit cover 72 toward the bill support plate 73.
[0034]
The open / close cover 75 is formed so as to cover the upper ends of the unit main body 71 and the unit cover 72, and the rear end sides of both side surfaces in the width direction are rotatably engaged with the connecting portions 72 a of the unit cover 72.
[0035]
According to the banknote identification device configured as described above, when a banknote is inserted into the banknote slot 20b of the slot cover 20, the motor 36 of the first transport unit 30 is activated, and the first and second The bills are transported between the pressing unit 60 and the bill storage unit 70 by the guide rollers 32 and 42 of the transport units 30 and 40. In that case, the authenticity and denomination of a banknote are determined by the identification part 50 when the conveyed banknote passes between each light-emitting body 51 and each light-receiving body 52 of the identification part 50. FIG. Moreover, if a banknote is conveyed between the press unit 60 and the banknote storage unit 70, the motor 65 of the press unit 60 will act | operate and the press plate 62 will move to the banknote storage unit 70 side. As a result, the banknote is pressed toward the banknote storage unit 70 by the pressing plate 62 and is carried into the banknote storage unit 70. At that time, the pressing plate 62 moves the bill support plate 73 backward together with the bill against the spring 74, and when the pressing plate 62 returns to the standby position, the bill support plate 73 is also returned forward together with the bill by the spring 74.
[0036]
When the bill 65 is pressed by the pressing plate 62, when the motor 65 of the pressing unit 60 rotates, the rotational force is transmitted to the rotating plate 64 via each gear 66, and the rotating plate 64 rotates in a predetermined direction. Thereby, the rotational motion of the rotating plate 64 is converted into the reciprocating motion of the pressing plate 62 by the connecting member 63. At that time, the respective engagement shafts 62a of the pressing plate 62 slide in the respective engaging cylinders 61a of the unit main body 61 in the front-rear direction, so that the pressing plate 62 is guided by the respective engaging cylinders 61a and the bill support plate. It moves in the front-rear direction while maintaining the parallel state with 73.
[0037]
When the banknotes A are transported by the transport units 30 and 40, a locking member 43 is interposed between the passage surfaces 31a and 41a of the banknote transport path B as shown in FIG. Since the tip of the member 43 is arranged with the banknote conveying direction, as shown in FIG. 9 (b), the member 43 rotates to one of the passage surfaces 40 a by contact with the banknote A without disturbing the conveyance of the banknote A. The passage of the bill A is allowed.
[0038]
In addition, as a fraudulent act against the banknote identification device, a genuine banknote A having a tape or the like connected to the end portion is inserted, and after the product is purchased by the identification section 50 once determined to be authentic, it is stored in the banknote storage unit. When the banknote A is to be pulled out with a tape or the like, the banknote A is prevented from being pulled out as follows.
[0039]
That is, when the stored bill A is pulled back, the tip of the bill A is locked to the locking member 43 as shown in FIG. At that time, since the locking member 43 is arranged with the leading end directed in the banknote conveyance direction, even if a force in the direction opposite to the banknote conveyance direction is applied to the banknote A, the locking member 43 is in contact with the other passage surface 31a. The rotation is restricted by the contact, and the withdrawal of the bill A is prevented. Moreover, since the front end side of the locking member 43 is received in the hole 31b, the bill A does not pass between the front end of the locking member 43 and the other passage surface 31a.
[0040]
On the other hand, when the bill A is pulled back while the locking member 43 is rotated to the one passage surface 41a side by the tape, for example, a tape (not shown) connected to the bill A is formed wide. The banknote A passes between the front end of the locking member 43 and the other passage surface 31a, and the locking member 43 cannot prevent the banknote A from being pulled out. However, in this case, since the bill A is pressed against the other passage surface 31a by the locking member 43, the leading end of the bill A is placed on the step portion 31c of the other passage surface 31a as shown in FIG. The banknote A is prevented from being pulled out.
[0041]
Thus, according to the banknote identification device of the present embodiment, the locking member 43 that locks the banknote A in the direction opposite to the transport direction on one of the passage surfaces 31a and 41a facing the banknote transport path B therebetween. By preventing the banknote A from being pulled out by the locking member 43, and when the banknote A passes between the leading end of the locking member 43 and the other passage surface 31 a, Since the banknote A pressed to the passage surface 31a side is locked to the stepped portion 31c provided on the other passageway 31a, the banknote A is prevented from being pulled out by the stepped portion 31c. It is possible to reliably prevent cheating. In this case, since the banknote A can be prevented from being pulled out by the step portion 31c of the other passage surface 31a, there is no need to provide the locking member 43 on the other passage surface 31a side, and the number of components is reduced and the construction is inexpensive. be able to. Moreover, since the latching member 43 is comprised so that it may rotate by the contact with the banknote A, banknote clogging does not arise and conveyance failure can be prevented.
[0042]
Moreover, since the said level | step difference part 31c was formed covering the full width of the banknote conveyance path B, the banknote A can be latched to the level difference part 31c in any position of the width direction of the banknote conveyance path B, and the level | step-difference part 31c and It is possible to more reliably prevent the banknote A from being pulled out by the locking.
[0043]
Further, since the hole 31b for receiving the leading end side of the locking member 43 is provided in the other passage surface 31a, the bill A to be locked to the locking member 43 is inserted into the leading end of the locking member 43 and the other passage surface 31a. The banknote A can be more reliably prevented from being pulled out by being locked with the locking member 43.
[0044]
In addition, in the said embodiment, although what provided the level | step-difference part 30c of the other channel | path surface 30a in one place was shown, if it is provided in two or more places of a banknote conveyance direction, it will be made into the banknote A to the some level | step-difference part 30c. The banknote A can be more reliably prevented from being pulled out.
[0045]
In the above embodiment, each locking member 43 is biased toward the passage surface 31a of the first transport unit 30 by a biasing means (not shown). However, as shown in FIG. By shifting the center of gravity G toward the passage surface 31a side by a predetermined distance L from the center of the support shaft 43a, it is possible to form the locking member 43 so that it can be pressed against the passage surface 31a by its own weight. This eliminates the need for additional urging means for pressing the locking member 43 toward the passage surface 31a, so that the number of components can be reduced and the configuration can be reduced.
[0046]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the banknote identification device of the first aspect, the banknote can be prevented from being pulled out by being locked with the locking member provided on the one passage surface side of the banknote transport path. Since the withdrawal of the banknote can be prevented even when passing between the front end of the locking member and the other passage surface, it is possible to reliably prevent an illegal act due to the withdrawal of the banknote. In this case, since it is not necessary to provide the locking member on the other passage surface side, the number of parts can be reduced and the construction can be made inexpensively, and bill jams are not generated during normal conveyance, so that conveyance failure can be reliably ensured. Can be prevented.
[0047]
Moreover, according to the banknote identification device of claim 2, in addition to the effect of claim 1, the banknote can be locked to the plurality of stepped portions, so that the withdrawal of the banknote can be more reliably prevented.
[0048]
According to the bill identifying device of claim 3, in addition to the effect of claim 1 or 2, the bill can be locked to the step portion at any position in the width direction of the bill transport path. It is possible to more reliably prevent withdrawal of banknotes due to locking.
[0049]
According to the bill identifying device of the fourth aspect, in addition to the effect of the first, second or third aspect, the bill to be locked to the locking member is between the tip of the locking member and the other passage surface. Since it does not pass through, it is possible to more reliably prevent withdrawal of banknotes due to locking with the locking member.
[0050]
According to the bill identifying device of claim 5, in addition to the effect of claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, there is no need for an urging means for pressing the locking member against the other passage surface side. Therefore, the number of parts can be reduced and the configuration can be made inexpensively.
