BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an ankle adhesive member and a method of using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to an ankle part pressure-sensitive adhesive member used for fixing an ankle joint and the like in the fields of medical treatment, sports, and body modification, and a method of using the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The ankle is a part that supports the whole body and gains weight, and is also a part where sprains and the like are likely to occur in sports, daily activities, and the like. Since the ankle is deeply involved in walking movement, daily movement becomes difficult when pain occurs in the ankle. Therefore, there is a strong demand for measures to reduce pain in the ankle. For example, a measure for fixing an ankle joint or the like is taken.
As a method for fixing an ankle joint or the like without requiring specialized knowledge, there is a method of attaching a supporter to the ankle (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Therefore, it is impossible to wear shoes or the like in a worn state, which is inconvenient for daily operations. In addition, it was equipped with an anchor strap that wraps around the ankle, a figure eight strap that wraps the instep and bottom of the foot in a figure-eight shape, and a star-up strap that wraps around the sole from the inner fruit through the outer fruit. Although there is an ankle joint supporter made of a stretchable tape-like body (see, for example, Patent Document 2), after wearing, loosening occurred over time, and sufficient ankle joint and the like could not be fixed.
Fixing an ankle joint with an adhesive tape (taping) in order to reduce ankle pain is a treatment method conventionally performed in the fields of sports and medicine. If appropriate taping is applied, the ankle can be sufficiently fixed to alleviate pain, and it does not reduce the exercise capacity of the ankle, etc. However, there is a disadvantage that it cannot be easily performed. Further, in order to strengthen the support and fixing force, there has been a problem that local circulatory disturbance and neurological disorder due to excessive tightening are likely to occur when taping is performed in which the adhesive tape is wound around the ankle in a convoluted manner.

【Example】
Examples of the present invention will be described below and will be described in more detail. However, the present invention is not limited to these examples, and various applications are possible without departing from the technical idea of the present invention.
[0029]
Example 1
An acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive was obtained by copolymerizing a mixture of 90 parts by weight of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate and 9 parts by weight of acrylic acid with ethyl acetate under an inert gas atmosphere. This acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive was applied to a treated surface of a release liner obtained by applying silicone treatment to a surface of polyethylene laminated on high-quality paper so that the thickness after drying was 80 μm, and dried at 120 ° C. for 3 minutes. An adhesive layer was formed. On top of this adhesive layer, a stretchable knitted fabric with a thickness of 450 μm, in which polyester 75 denier yarn prepared as a base material is knitted so as to be stretched and contracted smoothly, is laminated and bonded to form a base material / adhesive layer / peeling A laminate having a liner layer structure was obtained. The stretch knitted fabric had a tensile stress of 2.5 N / 19 mm width when stretched by 20%, a hysteresis of 92% when stretched by 80%, and a tensile stress of 19 N / 19 mm width.
The obtained laminated body was punched to obtain an ankle portion adhesive member composed of an H-shaped adhesive member and an auxiliary adhesive member having a shape as shown in FIG. However, the rectangular shape of the outer shape of the H-shaped adhesive member has a short side length (W10) of 90 mm, a long side length (L10) of 410 mm, a bottom part length of 70 mm, and a tape part length of 140 mm. W11: W12 = 5: 4. Further, the length (L20) of the auxiliary pressure-sensitive adhesive member was 250 mm, and the width (W20) was 70 mm. In addition, the release liner was split at the boundary between each part, and a continuous number stamp indicating the sticking order was pressed. Using the obtained ankle part adhesive member, taping was performed on the ankle part according to the above method A.
[0030]
Example 2
An oily gel adhesive is applied to the treated surface of a release liner that has been treated with silicone on the surface of polyethylene laminated on high-quality paper so that the thickness after drying is 70 μm, and is dried by drying at 120 ° C. for 3 minutes. A layer was formed. On this adhesive layer, a base material similar to that of Example 1, a polyester 75 denier yarn knitted so as to be stretched and contracted by smooth knitting, and an elastic knitted fabric having a thickness of 450 μm are stacked and bonded together. A laminate having a layer configuration of material / adhesive layer / release liner was obtained.
The obtained laminated body was punched to obtain an ankle portion pressure-sensitive adhesive member having an H-shaped pressure-sensitive adhesive member and an auxiliary pressure-sensitive adhesive member having a shape as shown in FIG. However, the rectangular shape of the outer shape of the H-shaped adhesive member has a short side length (W10) of 90 mm, a long side length (L10) of 450 mm, a bottom portion length of 70 mm, and a tape portion length of 170 mm. W-11 was 50 mm and W-12 was 40 mm. The length (L20) of the I-shaped auxiliary pressure-sensitive adhesive member was 200 mm, and the width (W20) was 50 mm. As in Example 1, the release liner was split and stamped with consecutive numbers.
Using the obtained ankle part adhesive member (H-shaped adhesive member and auxiliary adhesive member), taping was performed on the ankle part according to Method B above.
[0031]
Comparative Example 1
Taping was performed by a general method using a normal tape generally known as a sports taping tape. That is, first, an underwrap tape is applied around the ankle. Next, two non-stretchable anchor tapes (38 mm width) are pasted at a position about 5 cm above the ankle. However, the two anchor tapes are shifted by about 1/3 to 1/2, and are wound around. Next, the star-up tape (38 mm width) is attached by pulling up from the position of the inner anchor tape through the inner hook to the position of the outer anchor tape. However, three star-up tapes are attached so as to be shifted by about 1/3 to 1/2. Then, in order to stop the end part of the star-up tape with the anchor tape, two anchor tapes are wound and stuck at a position about 5 cm above the ankle. Next, in order to prevent the ankle from wobbling by applying pressure to the area around the ankle, the figure eight tape starts from the position of the Achilles tendon, passes through the outer heel from here to the back of the foot, passes through the arch, and again Cross over, return to the starting point through the inner heel, and further past the Achilles tendon and wrap around the outer half. Thereafter, heel lock taping is performed. In other words, the elastic twisted tape of the strong twist cloth starts from the back of the foot, passes from behind the heel to the arch through the lower side of the outer heel, and crosses again at the upper. Next, it passes over the outer heel, turns to the heel via the Achilles tendon, passes obliquely through the arch through the lower side of the inner heel, and then turns to the instep. This operation is repeated to continuously wind up to the position of the anchor tape attached above the ankle.
[0032]
In the taping method shown in Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Example 1 above, the age group has an adhesive member affixed to the ankles of 20 volunteers in their 30s or more. Based on the following criteria, taping operability, and We had you evaluate state immediately after taping. In addition, after sticking the adhesive member, jogging was performed for 1 hour, and then the adhesion durability and fixing ability after exercise were evaluated based on the following criteria. Table 1 shows the number of people for each evaluation standard.

[0034]
[Table 1]
[0035]
As is apparent from Table 1, when taping was performed by the methods of Examples 1 and 2 using the ankle portion adhesive members of Examples 1 and 2, the operability of taping, the state immediately after taping, and In all evaluations of adhesion persistence and fixing ability after exercise, more than 17 out of 20 gave the highest level. That is, it was found that the wearing feeling and operability were good and the taping function was sufficient.
On the other hand, in Comparative Example 1 in which taping was performed by a conventional method, it was found that taping took time, and there were many people who complained about the wearing feeling of taping.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, if the adhesive member for an ankle portion of the present invention is used, even a person who does not have taping expertise can easily and quickly perform taping according to the order displayed on the release liner, for example. Appropriate taping can be performed. In addition, since anyone can easily tap tap in this way, it is useful for preventing recurrence of sprains that tend to be habitual, and can prevent large injuries.
By using the ankle adhesive member of the present invention, the ankle joint and the like can be sufficiently fixed, and the fixing ability is maintained, so that walking, jogging, mountain climbers, various athletes, ankle joint functional recovery It can be used conveniently by trainers. Moreover, if the adhesive member for an ankle part according to the present invention is used, sticking does not occur and inconvenience is not felt in daily life, so normal shoes can be worn and use of shoes of athletes and the like is not hindered. .
According to the taping method of the present invention, it is possible to perform the taping while putting the weight on the heel surface of the H-shaped adhesive member so that the weight is applied. Taping can be performed. Therefore, it is easy to obtain an effective taping effect.
According to the taping method of the present invention, since it is not wound around the ankle in a convoluted manner, local circulatory disturbance or nerve damage due to excessive tightening does not occur.
