Abstract

ベースウェブおよびベースウェブ上でハイドロエンタングリングされたエアレイ法で形成された繊維からなるウェブ。ウェブは、合成繊維、エアレイ法で形成されたセルロース繊維、あるいは、ベースウェブ上でフラフの形でエアレイ法で形成された合成繊維と混合された合成繊維もしくはセルロース繊維からなるベースウェブを含む。ウェブの重さは、80〜2000g/mの間の重さである。本発明の特に丈夫なウェブは、例えば、段ボールあるいは熱および/または音を遮断する材料を製造するために有用に用いられ得る。

本発明は、少なくとも、主に、合成繊維、エアレイ法で形成された(air−laid)セルロース繊維、または、ベースウェブ上でフラフ(fluff)の形でエアレイ法で形成された合成繊維と混合された合成繊維もしくはセルロース繊維からなるベースウェブを含むウェブ、ならびに、フラフをベースウェブ上でハイドロエンタングリング(hydroentangling)することによって得られる構造に関する。

ハイドロエンタングリングプロセスの間、例えば100バールの高さの圧力の影響下で、水のジェットが、多数のノズルからベースウェブ上の繊維フラフに向かって噴出される。

ベースウェブは、水のジェットからの重い負荷に耐えるために十分な強度を有する必要があり、従って、通常、合成繊維から製造される。

いくつかの場合において、ベースウェブは、スパンボンデッド/メルトブローン(SMMS)ウェブであってもよいが、通常は、エアレイ法で形成された繊維フラフのハイドロエンタングリングの間にエアレイ法で形成された繊維フラフのベースとして用いられる前に、ハイドロエンタングリングされ、乾燥された、カード法で形成された繊維から形成される。

Claims (9)

  1. 少なくとも、主に、合成繊維、エアレイ法で形成されたセルロース繊維、または、ベースウェブ上でフラフの形でエアレイ法で形成された合成繊維と混ぜられた合成繊維もしくはセルロース繊維からなるベースウェブと、
    該フラフを該ベースウェブ上でハイドロエンタングリングすることによって得られる構造と
    を含むウェブであって、該ウェブは、80〜2000g/mの間の重さである、ウェブ。
  2. 前記ベースウェブ上でエアレイ法で形成されたフラフは、合成繊維と混合されたセルロース繊維からなり、該合成繊維は、熱処理によって、該セルロース繊維に結合され、互いに結合される、請求項1に記載のウェブ。
  3. 前記ウェブは、ストリーム(stream)を、該ウェブにダストを結合するため噴出することによって得られる構造を有する、請求項1に記載のウェブ。
  4. 前記ウェブの少なくとも1つの側面上にホットメルトされたプラスチックの層と、
    該ウェブの少なくとも1つの側面上の少なくとも1つの不織布ウェブと
    を含む、請求項1に記載のウェブ。
  5. 前記ウェブの少なくとも1つの側面上に、メルトブローン繊維(SMMS)または複合繊維、ならびに/あるいは、これらの組合せの少なくとも1つの層を含む、請求項1に記載のウェブ。
  6. 前記ウェブの少なくとも1つの側面上に、少なくとも1つのカード法で形成されたウェブを含む、請求項1に記載のウェブ。
  7. 前記ウェブの少なくとも1つの側面上に、少なくとも1つのカード法で形成されたウェブと、
    該ウェブの少なくとも1つの側面上に、例えばプラスチックの膜と
    を含む、請求項1に記載のウェブ。
  8. 前記ウェブの少なくとも1つの側面上にバインダを含む、請求項1に記載のウェブ。
  9. 前記ウェブはカレンダー法にかけられる、請求項1に記載のウェブ。
