在水刺工艺过程中,压力高达例如100巴的水射流通过多个喷嘴向着位于基网上的纤维绒毛喷射。
所述基网必须足够坚固,以经得起由水射流产生的大负荷,因此该基网通常由合成纤维制成。
在有些情形中,基网可以是纺粘/熔喷(SMMS)纤维网,但是通常是由梳理过的纤维形成,在被用作水刺过程中气流成网纤维绒毛的基网之前被水刺和烘干。

Claims (9)

1.一种纤维网,所述纤维网的重量介于80-2000克/平方米之间,包括:
-一个基网,该基网至少主要由合成纤维构成,气流铺设的纤维素纤维、或合成纤维、或与合成纤维混合的纤维素纤维,它们都以绒毛的形式气流铺设在所述基网上;
-通过将所述绒毛水刺在所述基网上而获得的一种结构;
其特征在于,
-粉尘通过喷射蒸汽粘接到所述纤维网上,从而获得所述纤维网的一种结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纤维网,包括:
-位于所述纤维网至少一侧上的热熔塑料层,
-以及位于所述纤维网至少一侧上的至少一个无纺织物纤维网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纤维网,包括:位于所述纤维网至少一侧上的、由熔喷纤维或双组分纤维,和/或熔喷纤维与双组分纤维的组合形成的、至少一个层。

5.根据权利要求1所述的纤维网,包括:
-位于所述纤维网至少一侧上的至少一个梳理纤维网;
-和位于所述纤维网至少一侧上的薄膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的纤维网,其特征在于,所述薄膜为塑料薄膜。
7.根据权利要求1所述的纤维网,包括:位于所述纤维网至少一侧上的粘合剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的纤维网,其特征在于,所述纤维网被轧光。
9.根据权利要求1所述的纤维网,其中气流铺设在所述基网上的绒毛由与合成纤维混合的纤维素纤维构成,其特征在于所述合成纤维经过热处理与所述纤维素纤维粘接,以及合成纤维之间也彼此粘接到一起。
