Description

【0001】

It is locked to the horizontal member 2 of a building frame (not shown).
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 2, the baseboard 3 for a scaffold board according to the present invention has a baseboard body 4 placed in a standing posture on a side edge 5 of the scaffold board 1. At the front and rear ends of the skirting board body 4, the end cap 10 and the outer end face 6 of the scaffolding board 1 in a state where the skirting board body 4 is placed in a standing posture on the side edge part 5 of the scaffolding board 1. The catch guide 12 is engaged with the horizontal frame 2 of the scaffolding frame (not shown), and the catch guide 12 is engaged with the horizontal frame 2 of the scaffolding frame and locked. The catch guide 12 is pivotally attached to the upper end of the end cap 10 so as to be swingable in the front-rear direction, and the lower end engaging portion 12a of the catch guide 12 is hooked to the scaffolding plate locking hook 8. In the position close to the inner side surface 8 a of the scaffolding board 1, it enters between the front and rear end faces 7 of the scaffolding plate 1 and the horizontal frame 2 of the scaffolding frame, and the lock piece 13 swings up and down on the inner side surface of the baseboard body 4. The catch guide 12 is moved forward by being pivotally attached and depressing one end side. And dynamic, and is adapted to engage the lower engaging portion 12a to the horizontal member 2 of the scaffold Kenwaku.
[0010]
The end cap 10 is attached and fixed to each of the front and rear ends of the skirting board body 4, and a single metal plate is folded in half, and the end opposite to the bent end is approximately L in a plan view. The cap body 10a has a substantially U-shape when viewed from above and a mounting base portion 10b that is approximately L-shaped when viewed from above. The lower end of the cap body 10a has a front end formed in an arc shape when viewed from the side, and forms a horizontal member engaging portion 14 for positioning that can be engaged with the horizontal member 2 of the scaffolding frame when the baseboard is attached. In addition, the rear end side of the lower end of the cap body 10a forms a scaffold plate engaging step portion 15 that can be engaged with the front and rear end portions of the scaffold plate 1 with a margin, so that the horizontal member engaging portion 14 and the scaffold plate are formed. A projecting piece 16 formed between the engaging step portions 15 enters between the front and rear end surfaces 7 of the scaffolding plate 1 and the horizontal member 2 of the scaffolding frame when the baseboard is attached.
[0011]
The catch guide 12 is inserted into the cap main body 10a of the end cap 10, and the upper end of the catch guide 12 is pivotally attached to the cap main body 10a by the pivot shaft 17, and is suspended so as to be swingable in the front-rear direction. 12a protrudes between the front-and-rear end surface 7 of the scaffold board 1 and the horizontal frame 2 of the scaffolding frame so as to be movable back and forth. The front end surface of the lower end engaging portion 12a of the catch guide 12 forms an engaging recess 12o that engages with the horizontal member 2 of the scaffold building frame. Further, the catch guide 12 has a taper t at the rear end portion with which the tip end portion 13a of the lock piece 13 abuts, so that when the catch guide 12 is pushed down by pushing down the tip end side of the lock piece 13 Due to the wedge effect of the taper t, the catch guide 12 can be pushed into the horizontal member 2 accurately and firmly.
[0012]
As shown on the left side of FIG. 5 (B), the catch guide 12 has a lower end engaging portion 12a of the front and rear end surfaces 7 of the scaffolding plate 1 and the scaffolding building frame when not locked by the locking piece 13. It is pivotally attached to the end cap 10 by a pivot shaft 17 so as not to engage with the horizontal frame 2 of the building frame for scaffolding, being positioned in the middle of the horizontal frame 2. Further, a guide groove 18 (see FIGS. 3 and 4) having a certain length that opens in the front end side is formed in the middle portion of the catch guide 12, and the guide shaft 18 extends from the catch guide 12 side to the guide groove 18. 19 is inserted so that the catch guide 12 swings smoothly.
[0013]
The lock piece 13 is formed by pressing a metal band plate material. As can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 4, the lock piece 13 has a horizontally long shape in which the plate surface is parallel to the inner side surface of the skirting board body 4 and has a longitudinal shape. The middle part in the direction is pivotally attached to the skirting board body 4 by the pivot shaft 20, and the rear side of the pivotal part is used for the binding work by the number wire to push down the distal end side of the lock piece 13. Cylindrical rod-shaped bracket insertion portion 21 for inserting a rod-shaped bracket such as “Shino” is also provided. A hitting portion 22 is provided for hitting from above with a hammer or the like to push down.
[0014]
Further, the rear side from the pivoting portion of the lock piece 13 is in contact with the inner side surface of the skirting board main body 4, and the front side from the pivoting portion is bent away from the inner side surface of the skirting board main body 4, The distal end portion 13 a of the lock piece 13 extends in parallel with the inner side surface of the skirting board body 4, enters the slit 23 provided in the mounting base portion 10 b of the end cap 10, and contacts the rear end surface of the catch guide 12. It is like that. The hitting portion 22 is an upper end surface portion of a portion where the lock portion 13 is bent in a substantially U shape in plan view on the front side from the pivoting portion.
[0015]
Further, the pivot shaft 20 for pivotally attaching the lock piece 13 to the skirting board body 4 is composed of a bolt having a threaded portion 20a at the tip as shown in FIG. The out guide 11 attached to the outer side surface of the main body 4 is inserted and the skirting board main body 4 is inserted to project the screw portion 20a toward the inner side surface of the skirting board main body 4. The screw portion 20a is screwed into the screw of the lock piece 13. It is screwed and fixed in the hole 24.
[0016]
In this case, a resin is applied to the screw portion 20a of the bolt to prevent loosening, and the screw portion 20a is screwed into the screw hole 24 of the lock portion piece 13, whereby the lock portion piece 13 which is a bolt is locked. It is made to integrate with 13 without loosening. Accordingly, the pivot shaft 20 is rotatable with respect to the skirting board body 4 and rotates integrally with the lock piece 13. The lock piece 13 is pivoted from the pivoting portion so that it cannot be easily swung and rotated unless the rod-like metal fitting is inserted into the rod-like metal fitting insertion portion 21 or the hitting portion 22 is hit with a hammer or the like. Since the rear side is attached in a state where it is pressed against the inner side surface of the skirting board main body 4 with an appropriate contact frictional force, the locked state and unlocked state of the catch guide 12 can be reliably held.
[0017]
Thus, when the lock piece 13 is in the forwardly raised state with the tip end lifted as shown on the left side of FIG. 5B, the catch guide 12 has its lower end engaging portion 12a of the scaffolding plate 1. It is located between the front and rear end faces 7 and the scaffolding frame horizontal member 2 and is in an unlocked state where it does not engage with the scaffolding frame horizontal member 2. By inserting a bar-shaped metal fitting such as “Shino” into the bar-shaped metal fitting insertion portion 21 and prying, the tip of the lock piece 13 is pushed down, or the hitting portion 22 of the lock piece 13 is hit with a hammer from above. By pushing down the tip of the lock piece 13 to bring the lock piece 13 into a horizontal position as shown on the right side of FIG. 5B, the tip 13a of the lock piece 13 moves the catch guide 12 forward. To the lower end engaging portion 12a The horizontal member 2 of the scaffold Kenwaku is engaged, thereby catch guide 12 is locked.
[0018]
When releasing the lock state of the catch guide 12, the rod-shaped metal fitting is inserted again into the bar-shaped metal fitting insertion portion 21 of the lock piece 13, and the tip end side of the lock piece 13 is pushed up, or the bar-shaped metal fitting insertion portion 21 is pushed. Is pushed from above with a hammer or the like to push up the distal end side of the lock piece 13 so that the lower end engaging portion 12a of the catch guide 12 is detached from the horizontal member 2 of the scaffolding frame, and the lock is released.
[0019]
As can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3, the out guide 11 is attached to the outer surface of the baseboard body 4 with rivets, and the outer guide 11 protrudes integrally from the lower end of the mounting plate 11 b. It consists of a support plate part 11a that is in contact with and supported by the end face 6, and the mounting plate part 11b is cut to avoid interference with the lock piece 13 when the baseboards are stacked when packing the baseboard 3 or the like. A portion 25 is formed. A reinforcing rib 11o is formed at one end of the mounting plate portion 11b and the support plate portion 11a of the out guide 11.
[0020]
In order to attach the scaffold board skirting board 3 constructed as described above to the scaffold board 1, as shown in FIG. 2, the skirting board 3 is brought above the side edge portion 5 of the scaffold board 1, and this scaffold The skirting board 3 is lowered as it is from above the board side edge 5, the skirting board main body 4 is placed on the side edge 5 of the scaffold board 1, and the out guides provided at the front and rear ends of the base board body 4, respectively. 11 is supported by the outer end surface 6 of the scaffolding plate 1, and the lower end engaging portion 12 a of the catch guide 12 is disposed between the front and rear end surfaces 7 of the scaffolding plate 1 and the scaffolding frame horizontal member 2. Rush into. At this time, since the horizontal member engaging portion 14 at the lower end portion of the cap body 10a of the end cap 12 is engaged and positioned on the horizontal member 2 of the scaffolding frame, the skirting board main body 4 falls down. Without being on the side edge 5 of the scaffolding plate 1.
[0021]
After that, by inserting a bar-shaped bracket such as “Shino” into the bar-shaped bracket insertion portion 21 of the lock piece 13 that is in the forwardly raised posture, the tip of the lock piece 13 is pushed down, or the lock piece 13 The hitting portion 22 is hit with a hammer from above to push down the tip end portion of the lock piece 13 so that the tip end portion 13a of the lock piece 13 pushes the catch guide 12 forward, and the lower end engaging portion 12a is used as a scaffold. The catch guide 12 is locked by engaging with the horizontal member 2 of the building frame.
[0022]
As described above, the baseboard body 4 is placed on the side edge portion 5 of the scaffold plate 1, the support plate portion 11 a of the out guide 11 is brought into contact with and supported by the outer end surface 6 of the scaffold plate 1, and the lower end of the catch guide 12. By causing the hooking portion 12a to enter between the front and rear end surfaces 7 of the scaffolding plate 1 and the horizontal frame member 2 of the scaffolding frame, the lateral movement and falling of the baseboard body 4 are prevented. This is because, as can be seen from FIG. 2, the locking hook 8 of the scaffold plate 1 is sandwiched between the out guide 11 and the lower end engaging portion 12 a of the catch guide 12. And the movement of the baseboard main body 4 in the front-rear direction is prevented by engaging the lower end engaging portion 12a of the catch guide 12 with the horizontal frame member 2 of the building frame for scaffolding. It is securely held and fixed in an upright posture on the side edge portion 5.
[0023]
Further, when removing this skirting board 3, the rod-shaped metal fitting is inserted again into the bar-shaped metal fitting insertion portion 21 of the lock piece 13, and the tip end side of the lock piece 13 is pushed up, or the bar-shaped metal fitting insertion portion 21 is moved to the hammer. If the top end of the lock piece 13 is pushed up by pushing up the top end of the lock piece 13 or the like, the lower end hooking portion 12a of the catch guide 12 is detached from the horizontal frame 2 of the scaffolding frame, and the lock is released. By simply lifting the main body 4 as it is, it can be easily and easily detached from the scaffold plate 1.
[0024]
Further, the action of the catch guide 12 will be further described with reference to FIG. 5. In FIG. 5B, the catch guide 12 on the right side is in the locked state, and the catch guide 12 on the left side is in the unlocked state. However, when the catch guide 12 on the left side is also locked, the catch guides 12 and 12 on both the front and rear sides of the baseboard body 4 are engaged with the horizontal members 2 and 2 of the building frame for both scaffolds. Since it is in the stretched state, the longitudinal movement of the skirting board body 4 is completely prevented.
[0025]
In addition, in this case, the catch guide 12 is pivotally supported in the end cap 10 so as to be swingable in the front-rear direction, and its lower end engaging portion 12a is located next to the front-rear end surface 7 of the scaffold plate 1 and the scaffolding frame. Since it is possible to move back and forth at a position where it has entered between the frame member 2, the locking recess 12 o of the lower end engagement portion 12 a is engaged with the horizontal member 2 by locking the catch guide 12 at this position. Therefore, even if the base plate length Lb of the scaffold board main body 1a shown in FIG. Is attached to the scaffold board 1, the skirting board 3 does not rattle or shift in the longitudinal direction.
[0026]
FIG. 6 shows a state when a plurality of skirting boards 3 are stacked when packing the skirting boards 3 or the like. As can be seen from this figure, when the skirting boards 3 are stacked together, the protruding height of the lock piece 13 protruding from the inner surface of the skirting board body 4 and the protruding height of the end cap 10 are the same. If nothing is attached to the outer surface of the base plate 4, there is no problem, but an out guide 11 is attached to the outer side surface of the skirting board body 4, and the out guide 11 is reinforced at one end. Since the rib 11o is formed, especially when stacking, the bar-shaped metal fitting insertion part 21 of the lock piece 13 and the out guide 11 interfere with each other, and the interval between the adjacent baseboards 3 is undesirably increased. The stacked state of the trees 3 becomes unstable. In order to avoid such an inconvenience, a cutout portion 25 for avoiding interference with the lock piece 13 is formed in the mounting plate portion 11b of the out guide 11, so that the adjacent baseboards 3, 3 are adjacent to each other. The rod-shaped metal fitting insertion portion 21 of the lock piece 13 on one side of the base plate 3 is fitted into the cut portion 25 of the mounting plate portion 11b of the out guide 11 on the side of the other base plate 3, and accordingly, the interval between the base plates 3 Is not spread, and the rod-shaped metal fitting insertion part 21 of the lock piece 13 is fitted into the cut part 25, so that the lateral displacement of the skirting board 3 is prevented and the stacked state of the skirting board 3 is very stable. Become.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
According to the skirting board of the first aspect of the invention, when attaching the skirting board to the scaffolding board, the baseboard body is placed on the side edge of the scaffolding board, and the out guide is brought into contact with and supported by the outer end face of the scaffolding board. At the same time, the lower hook engaging portion of the catch guide is inserted between the front and rear end faces of the scaffolding plate and the horizontal frame of the scaffolding frame so that the hook for locking the scaffolding plate is hooked by the lower hook engaging portion of the out guide and the catch guide. The skirting board main body can be prevented from moving in the right-and-left direction and falling down, and the lower end of the catch guide is engaged with the horizontal frame of the scaffolding frame, so that the skirting board main body is moved in the front-rear direction. Thus, the skirting board main body can be held and fixed in an upright posture on the side edge of the scaffolding plate.
[0028]
In this case, simply pushing down the front end of the lock piece and pushing the catch guide forward makes the lower end hooked portion engage with the horizontal frame 2 of the scaffolding frame. can do. Also, when removing the skirting board, it is only necessary to lift the skirting board as it is after pushing up the distal end side of the lock piece to release the lock, and therefore the removal of the skirting board becomes very simple and easy.
[0029]
Further, according to the skirting board of the present invention, the catch guide is pivotally supported by the end cap so as to be swingable in the front-rear direction in a suspended state, and the lower end engaging portion is horizontally mounted between the front and rear end surfaces of the scaffolding plate and the scaffolding frame. Since it is possible to move back and forth at the position where it entered between the material, if you lock the catch guide at this position, the baseboard body will move in the front-rear direction at the position where the lower end engaging part is engaged with the horizontal member Therefore, even if the base plate length of the scaffolding plate body varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, when the baseboard is attached to the scaffolding plate, the baseboard will rattle or shift in the longitudinal direction. There is nothing. In addition, since the baseboard of the present invention does not require any processing for attaching the baseboard on the side of the scaffold board, the conventional scaffold board can be used as it is.
[0030]
According to the skirting board of the invention according to claim 2, in order to lock the catch guide, it is only necessary to insert the rod-like metal fitting into the rod-like metal fitting insertion portion of the lock piece and push down the tip of the lock piece, and to lock the catch guide. When unlocking the piece, it is only necessary to insert the rod-shaped metal fitting into the rod-shaped metal fitting insertion portion and push up the tip of the lock piece, so that the catch guide can be locked and unlocked more easily.
[0031]
According to the skirting board of the invention according to claim 3, the out guide includes a mounting plate part attached to the outer side surface of the skirting board main body, and a support that protrudes from the lower end of the mounting plate part and is abutted and supported by the outer end surface of the scaffolding board Since the base plate is formed with a cutout for avoiding interference with the lock piece when the baseboards are stacked together when packing baseboards, etc. In between, the rod-shaped bracket insertion part of the lock piece on one side of the skirting board is fitted into the cutout part of the mounting plate part of the out guide on the other side of the skirting board, so that the interval between the skirting boards does not widen, In addition, the lateral displacement of the skirting board is prevented, and the skirting board stacking state can be very stabilized.
