Description

【0001】

[0010]
Scaffolding plate locking hooks 8, 8 project from the left and right end portions of the front and rear end surfaces 7 on the scaffolding plate 1, and the locking hooks 8, 8 on each end surface 7 are the horizontal members 2 of the building frame for the scaffolding. This state is shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B and FIG. 7A.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the scaffold board baseboard 3 according to the present invention has a baseboard body 4 placed in a standing posture on the side edge portion 5 of the scaffold board 1. ing. Then, at each front end of the skirting board main body 4, the end cap 12 and the skirting board main body 4 are placed on the side edge 5 of the scaffolding board 1 in an upright posture and the outside of the scaffolding board 1. The out guide 10 that is in contact with and supported by the end face 6, the catch guide 13 that is hooked to the horizontal member 2 of the scaffolding frame, and the catch guide 13 that is hooked to the horizontal member 2 of the scaffolding frame The catch guide 13 is pivotally supported by the end cap 12 so as to be swingable in the front-rear direction, and the lower end hooking portion 13a of the hook 8 for anchoring the scaffolding plate is provided. It enters between the front and rear end faces 7 of the scaffolding plate 1 and the horizontal member 2 of the scaffolding building frame at a position close to the side surface 8a, and is engaged and locked to the horizontal member 2 by the lock means 14.
[0012]
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the out guide 10 is made of a grooved steel material, with the groove portion of the grooved steel material facing outward and the back surface thereof being in contact with the outer surface of the skirting board body 4. The bottom end of the shape steel is fixed with a rivet or the like with the required length protruding from the lower end of the baseboard body 4, and the back side of the protruding portion from the lower end of the baseboard body 4 is brought into contact with the outer end face 6 of the scaffold plate 1. It is set as the support surface a supported in contact.
[0013]
The end cap 12 is attached and fixed to each of the front and rear ends of the skirting board body 4, and has a substantially U-shaped projecting part 12a projecting from the inner end part of the end surface of the skirting board body 4. The bottom surface b of the distal end portion of the U-shaped projecting portion 12a is positioned so as to contact the horizontal member 2 of the scaffolding frame when the skirting board 3 is attached. Further, projecting pieces 12b and 12b projecting downward from the lower ends of both side portions of the U-shaped projecting portion 12a are projected, and the projecting pieces 12b and 12b are provided on the front and rear end surfaces 7 of the scaffolding plate 1 when the skirting board 3 is attached. And the horizontal frame 2 of the building frame for scaffolding.
[0014]
The catch guide 13 is inserted into the U-shaped projecting portion 12a of the end cap 12, and its upper end is pivotally supported by the pivot shaft 15 so as to be swingable in the front-rear direction, and its lower end engaging portion 13a. Is inserted between the front and rear end surfaces 7 of the scaffolding plate 1 and the horizontal frame member 2 of the scaffolding frame so that the scaffolding plate locking hook 8 can be moved by the lower end engaging portion 13a and the out guide 10. It will be like a pinch. The front end surface of the lower end engaging portion 13a of the catch guide 13 forms an engaging recess c that engages with the horizontal member 2 of the scaffolding frame. In this case, as shown on the left side of FIG. 7 (B), the catch guide 13 has its lower end engaging portion 13a connected to the front and rear end surfaces 7 of the scaffolding plate 1 and the scaffolding frame when not locked by the locking means 14. It is pivotally attached to the end cap 12 by a pivot shaft 15 so as not to be engaged with the horizontal member 2 of the building frame for scaffolding.
[0015]
In short, the catch guide 13 is suspended like a pendulum so as to be swingable in the front-rear direction with the pivot shaft 15 at the upper end as a swing fulcrum. In the state close to the inner surface of the hook 8 for anchoring the scaffolding plate, it enters the intermediate position between the front and rear end surfaces 7 of the scaffolding plate 1 and the horizontal frame 2 of the scaffolding frame (the left part of FIG. 7B). (See Fig. 7), and by locking the locking means 14, the engaging recess c of the lower end engaging portion 13a is engaged with the horizontal member 2 as shown in the right portion of Fig. 7B to be in a locked state. When the lock means 14 is unlocked, the catch guide 13 returns to its original position due to its own weight, and the engagement recess c of the lower end engagement portion 13a is detached from the horizontal member 2, and FIG. It will be in the unlocked state as shown in the left part of. The pivot shaft 15 is composed of a bolt and a nut.
[0016]
In the U-shaped protruding portion 12a of the end cap 12, the locking means 14 moves forward and backward with respect to the rear end recessed portion 13b of the catch guide 13 at a position below the pivot shaft 15 (pivot mounting portion) of the catch guide 13. It consists of a lock bolt 16 screwed onto the screw. That is, as can be seen from FIG. 3, a nut 17 is attached to the U-shaped projecting portion 12a of the end cap 12 at a rear position of the rear end recessed portion 13b of the catch guide 13. 4, a lock bolt 16 inserted from the inside of the U-shaped protruding portion 12a is screwed, and the front end portion of the bolt protrudes into the rear end recessed portion 13b of the catch guide 13. The nut 17 is inserted from an opening O penetrating the U-shaped projecting portion 12a of the end cap 12 and fixed by welding.
[0017]
According to this locking means 14, when the lock bolt 16 is turned in the screwing direction, the bolt tip portion pushes the catch guide 13, and the engaging recess c of the lower end engaging portion 13a is horizontally mounted on the scaffolding frame. The material 2 is engaged and locked. This state is shown on the right side of FIG. Further, when the lock bolt 16 is loosened, the catch guide 13 returns to its original position due to its own weight, and the locking recess c of the catch guide lower end 13a is detached from the horizontal member 2 of the scaffolding frame and locked. The released state is entered, and this state is shown on the left side of FIG. Since the lock means 14 composed of the lock bolt 16 has a very simple structure, it is easy to manufacture.
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 8, one end of a baseboard connecting hook lever 18 is pivotally attached to each baseboard 3 on one end side end cap 12 of the baseboard body 4. The other end side end cap 12 is provided with a hook receiver 19 for receiving a hook 18 a formed at the free end of the hook lever 18. One end of the hook lever 18 is pivotally attached to the outer surface of the U-shaped protrusion 12 a of the end cap 12 by a bolt 20. The hook receiver 19 is formed on the lower portion of the bolt neck of the pivot shaft 15 that pivotally attaches the catch guide 13 to the U-shaped projecting portion 12a of the end cap 12 (see FIG. 3C). The hook 18a of the hook lever 18 is engaged. FIG. 8 shows a state in which one adjacent baseboard 3 and the other baseboard 3 are connected by a hook lever 18 and a hook receiver 19. By connecting the ends of the adjacent baseboards 3 and 3 with the hook lever 18 and the hook receiver 19 as described above, the adjacent baseboards 3 and 3 are integrated with each other so that the swinging and backlash of each baseboard 3 can be integrated. While eliminating sticking etc., the attachment state of each baseboard 3 with respect to the scaffold board 1 can be made stronger.
[0019]
In order to attach the scaffold board skirting board 3 configured as described above to the scaffold board 1, as shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 4, the skirting board 3 is positioned above the side edge 5 of the scaffold board 1. The baseboard 3 is lowered as it is from above the scaffolding board side edge 5 and the baseboard body 4 is placed on the side edge part 5 of the scaffolding board 1, and both front and rear ends of the baseboard body 4 The support surface a of the out guide 10 provided on each side is abutted on and supported by the outer end surface 6 of the scaffold plate 1, and the lower end engaging portion 13 a of the catch guide 13 is placed next to the front and rear end surfaces 7 of the scaffold plate 1 and the scaffold building frame. It rushes between the base material 2. At this time, the lower surface b of the front end of the end cap 12 is positioned on the horizontal member 2 of the building frame for scaffolding. Thereafter, the lock bolt 16 of the locking means 14 is tightened so that the lower end engaging portion 13a of the catch guide 13 is engaged with the horizontal member 2, and is locked in this engaged state.
[0020]
As described above, the baseboard body 4 is placed on the side edge portion 5 of the scaffold plate 1, the support surface a of the out guide 10 is brought into contact with and supported by the outer end surface 6 of the scaffold plate 1, and the lower end engaging portion of the catch guide 13 By causing 13a to enter between the front and rear end faces 7 of the scaffolding plate 1 and the horizontal frame 2 of the scaffolding frame, the horizontal base body 4 is prevented from moving and falling in the left-right direction. This is because, as can be seen from FIG. 3B, the locking hook 8 of the scaffold plate 1 is sandwiched between the out guide 10 and the lower end engaging portion 13 a of the catch guide 13. Further, by engaging the lower end engaging portion 13a of the catch guide 13 with the horizontal member 2 of the building frame for scaffolding, the baseboard body 4 is prevented from moving in the front-rear direction. 1 is held and fixed in a standing posture on one side edge portion 5. Further, when removing the skirting board 3, it is possible to remove the skirting board 3 from the scaffold board 1 easily and simply by lifting the skirting board body 4 as it is.
[0021]
The operation of the catch guide 13 will be further described with reference to FIG. 7. In FIG. 7B, the right catch guide 13 is in the locked state, and the left catch guide 13 is in the unlocked state. However, when the catch guide 13 on the left side is also locked, the catch guides 13 and 13 on both the front and rear sides of the skirting board body 4 are engaged with and stretched against the horizontal members 2 and 2 of the building frames for both scaffolds. Therefore, the movement of the baseboard body 4 in the front-rear direction is completely prevented.
[0022]
In addition, in this case, the catch guide 13 is pivotally supported by the end cap 12 so as to be swingable in the front-rear direction, and its lower end engaging portion 13a is horizontally mounted between the front-rear end surface 7 of the scaffold plate 1 and the scaffolding frame. Since it is possible to move back and forth at a position where it has entered between the material 2, the engaging recess c of the lower end engaging portion 13 a is engaged with the horizontal member 2 by locking the catch guide 13 at this position. Therefore, even if the base plate length Lb of the scaffold board main body 1a shown in FIG. Is attached to the scaffold plate 1 so that the baseboard 3 does not rattle or shift in the longitudinal direction. If the lock means 14 is unlocked, that is, if the lock bolt 16 is loosened, the catch guide 13 can be automatically returned to its original position by its own weight.
[0023]
9 to 12 show another embodiment of the lock means 14. 9A is a side view of one end of the skirting board 3 as viewed from the inner side, FIG. 9B is a left end view of FIG. 9A, and FIG. 9C is a plan view of FIG. 4 is a perspective view similar to FIG. 4 and shows a state where the skirting board 3 is about to be attached to the scaffolding board 1, and FIG. 11 is a perspective view similar to FIG. 5 and a state where the skirting board 3 is attached to the scaffolding board 1. Is shown.
[0024]
The locking means 14 is a lock pin 21 attached to the U-shaped projecting portion 12a of the end cap 12 so as to be movable back and forth with respect to the rear end recessed portion 13b of the catch guide 13 at a position lower than the pivoting portion 15 of the catch guide 13. And a coil spring 22 that urges the lock pin 21 so that the catch guide 13 is always unlocked. The lock pin 21 has a bent portion 21a at the rear end thereof. After pushing the catch guide 13 against the horizontal frame 2 of the scaffolding frame (not shown) against the urging force, the lock pin 21 is rotated about 90 degrees to The catch guide 13 is locked at a position where it is engaged with the horizontal member 2 by engaging the curved portion 21 with a stopper 23 provided on the skirting board main body 4 side.
[0025]
The lock pin 21 is inserted and supported by both side plate portions 24a and 24a of a pin receiving base 24 having a U-shaped frame attached to the inner side surface of the skirting board body 4, and is always urged rearward by a coil spring 22. Although the lock is released, the tip of the pin 21 is always in rush engagement with the rear end recess 13 b of the catch guide 13. Further, the lock pin 21 is rotated about 90 degrees in a state where the lock pin 21 is pushed forward against the urging force of the coil spring 22, and the rear end bent portion 21 is locked to the stopper 23. It can be locked at a position engaged with the horizontal member 2.
[0026]
According to the lock means 14 comprising the lock pin 21, the lock pin 21 is pushed forward against the urging force of the coil spring 22 and rotated by a required angle so that the rear end bent portion 21 is locked to the stopper 23. Since the guide 13 can be locked and unlocked only by removing the rear end bent portion 21 from the stopper 23, the locking operation and the unlocking operation can be performed quickly.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
According to the skirting board of the first aspect of the invention, when the skirting board is attached to the scaffolding board, the baseboard body is placed on the side edge of the scaffolding board, and the support surface of the out guide is brought into contact with the outer end face of the scaffolding board. In addition to supporting the lower end of the catch guide, the catch plate is locked by the lower guide of the catch guide and the lower end of the catch guide. As a result, the skirting board body can be prevented from moving in the left-right direction and falling down, and the locking means can be locked to prevent the skirting board body from moving in the longitudinal direction. In order to remove the skirting board, it is only necessary to release the locking means and lift the skirting board as it is, so that the attachment and removal of the skirting board becomes very simple and easy.
[0028]
Further, according to the skirting board of the present invention, the catch guide is pivotally supported by the end cap so as to be swingable in the front-rear direction, and the lower end engaging portion is a horizontal bridge between the front and rear end surfaces of the scaffold plate and the scaffolding frame. Since it is possible to move back and forth at the position where it entered between the material, if you lock the catch guide at this position, the baseboard body will move in the front-rear direction at the position where the lower end engaging part is engaged with the horizontal member Therefore, even if the base plate length of the scaffolding plate body varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, when the baseboard is attached to the scaffolding plate, the baseboard will rattle or shift in the longitudinal direction. There is nothing. Furthermore, since the baseboard of this invention does not need to perform any processing for baseboard attachment on the side of the scaffold board, the conventional scaffold board can be used as it is.
[0029]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, when the lock means is formed of a lock bolt, the structure is simple, so that the manufacture becomes easy.
[0030]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, when the lock means is formed of a lock pin, the lock operation and the lock release operation can be performed quickly and easily.
[0031]
5. One end of the baseboard coupling hook lever is pivotally attached to the one end side end cap of the baseboard main body, and the free end portion of the hook lever is attached to the other end side end cap of the baseboard main body. Because the hook receivers that receive the hooks are provided, the ends of the adjacent baseboards are connected by the hook lever and the hook receiver, so that the adjacent baseboards are integrated with each other so that each baseboard can be shaken or loosened. While eliminating sticking etc., the attachment state of each baseboard with respect to a scaffold board can be made stronger.
