Abstract

Claims (11)
- 励起ライン(16)に沿って、燐層(21)に当たり、かつ燐層(21)において放射光(17)を励起するのに適した励起光(12)を放射する、複数の個別の放射源(11)と、
この燐層(21)で励起された放射光(17)を検出するための検知器(25)とを有する、燐層に含まれる情報を検出するための装置であって、
これらの個別の放射源(11)から放射された励起光(12)を燐層(21)上に集束するための縦長の凹面鏡(14)を有することを特徴とする装置。 - 個別の放射源(11)が、一本の線に沿って配置され、特にこの線が、励起ライン(16)に対して平行に延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 個別の放射源(11)が、それぞれ励起光ビーム(13)を放射し、これらの励起光ビームが、凹面鏡によって、励起ライン(16)上に集束されて、励起ライン(16)上で少なくとも部分的に重なり合うことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 凹面鏡(14)が、励起ライン(16)に対して平行に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 凹面鏡(14)が、円柱ミラーとして構成され、この円柱ミラーの横断面が、円弧の形状であることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 凹面鏡(14)が、円柱ミラーとして構成され、この円柱ミラーの横断面が、非球面として展開することを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 凹面鏡(14)が、円柱ミラーとして構成され、この円柱ミラーの横断面が、楕円の湾曲または放物線の湾曲の形状であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 凹面鏡(14)の横断面内の光軸(5)が、この凹面鏡の頂点(S)を通り、放射源(11)が、それぞれこの凹面鏡(14)の光軸(5)に対して、この頂点(S)の周りに、ある傾斜角(ω)で傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項5から7までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 凹面鏡(14)の横断面内の光軸(5)に関する、放射源(11)および/または励起ライン(16)の、この凹面鏡の頂点(S)からの距離(d)が、d=Rcos2ωの関係を満たし、その際Rは、凹面鏡(14)の曲率半径を表すことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 放射源(11)が、1:Mの倍率で、燐層(21)上に投影され、その際Mが、0.5と2の間の値をとることを特徴とする請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 検知器(25)が、励起ライン(16)に対して平行に配置された複数の検知器素子を有することを特徴とする請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
