本発明は、エレベータの防犯運転方法に係り、特に、防犯運転を設定することにより乗かごを利用した犯罪を防止するエレベータの防犯運転方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
エレベータ利用客のかご呼びを優先する運転種類として、いわゆる専用運転とかご呼び優先運転とがある。専用運転は会社幹部などの重要人物が階床間移動をスムーズに実施するため、専用運転切替スイッチの操作により乗場呼びに応答せずにかご呼びで登録された目的階に乗かごを直接走行させるものである。また、かご呼び優先運転は宿泊施設等で利用客同士が顔を合わせることを回避するため、常時かご呼び優先運転を行い、乗かごが走行中に乗場呼びが登録されても応答せず、かご呼びで登録された目的階へ直接走行させ、かご呼びの登録の消磁に応じて先に登録された乗場呼びに応答するものである。

そして、従来、このような専用運転およびかご呼び優先運転を防犯運転装置として適用している。すなわち、マンション等の集合住宅に住んでいる女性が夜間外出から帰り自宅のある階床までエレベータを利用する際、見知らぬ不審者と乗かごに同乗しないように、通常外部と出入口を介してつながっている1階床で乗場の周囲を見渡し、誰もいないことを確認してからエレベータを利用している。1階床の安全を確認して乗かごに乗込んでも、通常運転では1階床と階段で行き来できる、例えば2階床から不審者が乗かごに乗り込んでくる可能性があったが、前述したような専用運転やかご呼び優先運転を実施することにより、他階床の乗場呼びを利用して不審者が乗かごを停止させ、乗込んでくることを防ぐことができる。

従来、この種の防犯運転装置として、乗場にカードリーダを設置し、このカードリーダにカードを読ませることにより専用運転を実施するものがある。(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、前者の特開平2−204283公報に記載のものでは、カードをカードリーダに挿入することにより目的階まで専用運転を行い、到着後専用運転が解除され乗場呼びが有効になる。しかし、先の利用者の利用階床、すなわち目的階は、乗かごの走行時間により比較的簡単に判明する。このため例えば利用者の少ない夜間にカード所有者が専用運転で目的階へ出発した後、不審者は乗かごの走行時間からカード所有者の目的階を割り出し、乗場で乗場呼びを登録し続け、専用運転終了後に乗場呼びに応答した乗かごに乗り込み、対象となる目的階に移動することが可能であった。また、この防犯運転装置にあっては、かご位置表示灯のかご位置により先の利用者の目的階を割り出すことを防止するため、専用運転に応じて乗場呼びが有効となるまでかご位置を非表示としているが、先の利用者の目的階の割り出しを防止する反面、他の利用者がエレベータの故障と勘違いする恐れがあった。

また、後者の特開平7−53153号公報に記載のものは、侵入者の侵入した階床に警備員等が素早く到達できるようにするものであるが、侵入者の侵入後にエレベータの利用を阻止するものであり、防犯運転装置として、先の利用者の目的階を不審者が知り、この利用者の利用後、エレベータに乗り込み、対象となる目的階へ移動することを防止することはできない。

本発明はこのような従来技術における実情に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的は、不審者が先の利用者の目的階にエレベータを利用して移動することを防ぐことのできるエレベータの防犯運転装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この目的を達成するために本発明は、乗場に設置された乗場釦の操作により乗場呼びを登録し乗かごを呼び寄せるとともに、乗かご内に設置されるかご呼び釦の操作によりかご呼びを登録し目的階へ乗かごを走行させるエレベータにあって、防犯運転を設定することにより前記乗かごを利用した犯罪を防止するエレベータの防犯運転方法において、乗場および乗かご内の少なくとも一方に設けられた設定手段の操作に応じて、前記かご呼びの登録から前記乗かごの目的階への到着まで前記乗場呼びを無効とする第1の工程、および前記設定手段の操作から所定時間、前記乗かごが目的階へ到着した後も継続して前記乗場呼びを無効とする第2の工程から成る防犯運転が設定されるようにしてある。

本発明によれば、利用者が設定手段を操作することにより、利用者によるかご呼びの登録から乗かごの目的階への到着まで乗場呼びは無効となる。これにより不審者が他の階床で乗場呼びを登録して乗かごを停止させ、乗かごに乗り込むことを防ぐ。また、乗かごは目的階に到着後も所定時間、継続して乗場呼びは無効となる。これにより不審者が乗場呼びを登録し続けても目的階に着床した乗かごは乗場呼びにすぐに応答することがなく、したがって先の利用者を不審者がエレベータを利用して後から追いかけることを防ぐことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明のエレベータの防犯運転方法の実施の形態を図に基づいて説明する。

図1は本発明のエレベータの防犯運転方法の一実施形態を示す回路図である。なお、本発明の防犯運転方法を適用するエレベータが設置されている集合住宅は5階建であり、1階床が外部とつながる出入口階床であり、かつ乗かごが復帰する基準階として設定されているものとして説明を行なう。
