Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pulverization method that includes a vertical pulverizer (sometimes referred to as a vertical mill), a vibrating sieve, and a ball mill, and mainly efficiently pulverizes cement clinker, cement raw material, inorganic substances, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a pulverizer for finely pulverizing a cement clinker or the like, a two-stage pulverizer equipped with a vertical pulverizer and a ball mill or an air-swept vertical pulverizer with a built-in rotary classifier has been used.
[0003]
The two-stage pulverizer takes out substantially all of the raw material pulverized by the vertical pulverizer from a lower intake provided at a lower portion of the vertical pulverizer, and then pulverizes the raw material by pulverizing with a ball mill. It is a crusher.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-4-338244 [0005]
For example, the technology disclosed in Patent Literature 1 is a pulverizing apparatus that pulverizes raw materials finely by re-pulverizing the raw materials pulverized by a vertical pulverizer and a ball mill while distributing the raw materials by a distribution unit. FIG. 5 shows an example of such a conventional pulverizing apparatus.
[0006]
As an air-swept vertical crusher incorporating the classifier, there is, for example, a crusher disclosed in Patent Document 2.
[0007]
[Patent Document 2]
JP-A-57-75156
The vertical pulverizer disclosed in Patent Document 2 is a rotary pulverizer in which a raw material pulverized between a pulverizing roller and a rotary table in a pulverizer is blown up by a gas introduced from below the rotary table and disposed above the rotary table. It is a pulverizer that classifies with a classifier, takes out the fine powder out of the apparatus, drops the coarse powder on a rotary table and pulverizes it again to efficiently pulverize the raw material. One example of such a conventional pulverizer Is shown in FIG.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional two-stage pulverizer has to be provided with both a vertical pulverizer and a ball mill as a configuration, so that the configuration of the apparatus is complicated and an operation control method is required to operate each apparatus efficiently. It's complicated.
In particular, a crusher using a vertical crusher and a ball mill as shown in FIG. 5 does not classify the raw material before being introduced into the ball mill, so that the particle size of the raw material charged into the ball mill is not constant. Cause problems. If a raw material having non-uniform particle size is pulverized using a ball mill having low pulverization efficiency, there is a problem that power consumption increases and efficiency is low.
In the conventional primary pulverization method, in which most of the pulverized product is taken out from below the vertical pulverizer, pulverization is often performed to a raw material having a small particle size that does not need to be pulverized. become. When a large amount of raw material having a small particle size that does not need to be pulverized is caught between a pulverizing roller and a rotary table of a vertical pulverizer, the vertical pulverizer generates vibrations and cannot operate stably.
[0010]
On the other hand, a vertical pulverizer incorporating a classifier shown in FIG. 6 (sometimes referred to as an air-swept vertical pulverizer) is a rotary pulverizer. It is necessary to blow up with the gas introduced from below, but in order to blow up the pulverized raw material with gas, a large amount of gas is required, and a large blower power (fan power) is required to blow the gas. There is a problem that
[0011]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and in a vertical pulverizer used as a primary pulverizer, a raw material having a small particle size that does not need to be pulverized by a vertical pulverizer is converted into a conventional air-swept type vertical pulverizer. An object of the present invention is to provide a pulverizing method for efficiently pulverizing a raw material by removing an appropriate amount from an upper outlet without greatly increasing the power of a blower as much as a mold pulverizer.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the pulverization method according to the present invention comprises:
(1) The raw material supplied from above the rotary table is pulverized between the rotary table and the crushing roller, and a part of the raw material is blown up by gas introduced from below the rotary table, taken out from the upper outlet, and taken out from the upper outlet. Using a vertical pulverizer that drops the raw material that cannot be removed from the lower part of the rotary table and removes the raw material from the lower outlet, the raw material removed from the upper outlet is fed to a ball mill and crushed, and the raw material is removed from the lower outlet. The raw material taken out is separated into coarse powder and fine powder by a classifier, and the coarse powder is returned to the vertical pulverizer and pulverized again, and the fine powder is fed to a ball mill and pulverized. Then, a ratio of 20 to 40% is taken out from the upper outlet with respect to a new amount of feedstock to be fed into the vertical mill.
[0013]
(2) In the grinding method described in (1), the raw material is a cement clinker.

Although the reason will be described later, the amount of the introduced gas is set so that the amount of the raw material taken out from the upper outlet 39 becomes 20 to 40% (% by weight) of the raw material charged into the vertical mill 1. It is preferred to adjust the amount. In the present embodiment, the blowing capacity of the blower 70 is controlled so that the amount of the raw material taken out from the upper outlet 39 is 30% by weight of the raw material newly introduced into the vertical mill 1. The amount of gas introduced was adjusted.

[0030]
Hereinafter, a preferred range of the amount of the raw material taken out from the upper opening 39 of the vertical crusher 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4.
Numerical values such as the gas transport raw material amount ratio described in the present invention are defined as follows.
[0031]
The average particle size ratio of the primary pulverized product is obtained by dividing the average particle size of the pulverized product by the average particle size of the raw material, and is represented by the following formula 1.
The primary crusher defined by the present invention is the vertical crusher 1.
(Equation 1)
In addition, the average particle size is such that, when the crushed product is sieved, the residue ratio (the ratio of the raw materials put into the sieve that cannot pass through the sieve and remains on the sieve) is 36.8%. Defined as
[0032]
Further, the fan power ratio is obtained by changing the gas transport material cost ratio with the power amount (kWh) of the blower 70 of the vertical crusher 1 when the gas transport material cost ratio described later is 1 as a reference value 1. It shows the electric energy of the blower 70.
[0033]
The gas transport raw material amount ratio is obtained by dividing the gas transport raw material amount (ton / min) of the primary pulverizer by the new supply raw material amount (ton / min) supplied from the belt conveyor 75, and is expressed by the following equation (2). Is done.
In this embodiment, the amount of the gas transporting raw material of the primary crusher is the amount of the raw material taken out of the vertical crusher 1 together with the gas from the upper outlet 39 of the vertical crusher 1, and the new supply material in the present embodiment is a belt conveyor. Reference numeral 75 denotes the amount of the raw material supplied to the vertical mill 1.
(Equation 2)
[0034]
Here, FIG. 3 shows the relationship between the gas carrier raw material amount ratio and the mill vibration.
The smaller the ratio of raw materials for gas transport and the smaller the amount of raw material taken out from the upper intake of the vertical crusher, the greater the vibration (mill vibration) generated in the vertical crusher.
For example, in FIG. 3, when the gas transporting material ratio is set to 0.2 (20% of raw material is taken out from the upper opening), the mill vibration is 0 (the raw material is not taken out from the upper opening). Is less than one-fourth of the mill vibration.
Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the mill vibration ranges from 0 (the raw material is not taken out from the upper intake) to 0.2 (20% of the raw material is taken out from the upper intake) in the gas conveying raw material ratio. And the rate of decrease converges when the ratio of the gas-conveying raw material exceeds 0.4 (40% of raw material is taken out from the upper intake), and does not decrease.
Accordingly, from the viewpoint of mill vibration, it is understood that it is preferable to take out the raw material at a rate of 0.2 or more from the upper outlet 39 with respect to the amount of the new raw material to be fed into the vertical mill 1, and it is more preferable that the raw material be taken out. The range is 3 or more.
[0035]
FIG. 4 shows the relationship between the fan power ratio and the gas carrier raw material amount ratio.
It can be seen that the fan power of the vertical pulverizer 1 tends to increase as the gas transporting material amount ratio increases. As described above, the mill vibration converges when the gas transporting raw material ratio exceeds 0.4 (40% of raw material is taken out from the upper intake). It is preferable to adjust so as not to exceed the weight%.
[0036]
For reference, if the properties of the raw material and the raw material particle size are fixed, the smaller the average particle size ratio of the pulverized product of the primary pulverizer, the smaller the amount of the raw material having a predetermined particle size or less, and the ball mill 150 Ineffective work at the time.
The prior art describes that the average particle size of the pulverized product of the primary pulverizer is reduced by increasing the pulverizing force or circulating a part of the raw material discharged from the primary pulverizer.
[0037]
However, if the pressing force of the crushing roller 3 is excessively increased in order to increase the crushing force, the power consumption increases accordingly. In the conventional primary pulverization method, in which most of the pulverized product is taken out from below the vertical pulverizer, a part of the raw material discharged from the primary pulverizer is circulated, etc. In many cases, resulting in the circulation of extra raw materials.
By circulating the extra raw material, the power consumption is increased, and in addition, the raw material having a small particle size that does not need to be pulverized is caught in a large amount between the pulverizing roller 3 and the rotary table 2 of the vertical pulverizer. When this occurs, the vertical pulverizer generates vibrations and cannot operate stably.
This tendency is remarkable especially in the case of a cement clinker in which the raw material supplied from the raw material inlet 35 contains a raw material having a small particle size.
[0038]
The pulverization method of the present invention in which a large amount of gas is introduced into the primary pulverizer is designed to deteriorate the system capacity ratio due to the relationship between the gas carrier raw material ratio and the fan power ratio (blowing power) shown in FIG. Had been.
However, as a result of diligent research, the present inventors have found that there is a region where the mill vibration can be suppressed without waste (gas transporting material ratio is 0.2 to 0.4) based on the above reason. .
From these facts, a method for efficiently operating the pulverizing system by adjusting the gas transporting material ratio to 0.2 to 0.4 has been invented.
[0039]
In other words, the amount of the raw material extracted from the upper outlet 39 by gas (the weight of the raw material extracted per minute) becomes 20 to 40% of the amount of the new raw material (the weight of the raw material supplied per minute). It will be adjusted as follows.
[0040]
In particular, in the case of the cement clinker described in the present embodiment, a raw material having a small particle size is often included in the new raw material supplied from the belt conveyor 75. The small-diameter raw material contained in the new feedstock is blown up into gas and taken out from the upper outlet 39 without being pulverized immediately after being introduced into the vertical pulverizer 1. The machine 1 is efficient without extra work, and mill vibration is less likely to occur.
[0041]
In addition, since the effect of suppressing the mill vibration is high in the range of 0.3 to 0.4 in terms of the ratio of the gas transporting raw material, the amount of the raw material extracted from the upper outlet 39 by gas becomes 30 to 40% by weight of the new raw material. It is even more preferable to make such adjustment.
[0042]
Further, when the properties and particle size of the new raw material supplied to the vertical pulverizer 1 change, the gas transport raw material amount ratio and the like may slightly change.
In such a case, the amount of the raw material taken out of the vertical mill 1 is measured, and the amount of the raw material supplied from outside the mill to the vertical mill is measured so that the amount of the raw material taken out is constant. By adjusting, stable continuous operation can be performed.
[0043]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the pulverization method according to the present invention, the amount of the raw material taken out from the upper outlet by the vertical pulverizer is set to 20 to 40% of the amount of the newly supplied raw material (0.2 to 40% of the gas transporting raw material ratio). 0.4 range), an efficient operation of the pulverizing system can be performed, and vibration of the vertical pulverizer caused by biting fine powder between the pulverizing roller and the rotary table can be reduced. Can be prevented.
[0044]
In addition, when the raw material is cement clinker, a raw material having a small particle diameter is often included in the new raw material supplied from the belt conveyor. Since the raw material having a small diameter is blown up by gas and taken out from the upper outlet, the vertical pulverizer does not perform extra work and the pulverization is efficient.
