【0022】
インバータ回路3は、図2の回路図に示すように、直流電源30が接続されると共に、モータ2のU相に電力を供給するパワーMOSFET31uh(アーム上段)、センスMOSFET31ul(アーム下段)、V相に電力を供給するパワーMOSFET31vh(アーム上段)、センスMOSFET31vl(アーム下段)、W相に電力を供給するパワーMOSFET31wh(アーム上段)、センスMOSFET31wl(アーム下段)がそれぞれ接続されている。
一方、Lv>Lw(ロータ位置90〜180度、270〜360度)の時には、U相電流Iuの極性は+(正)となる(図6参照)。

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sensorless drive device for a synchronous motor for driving a synchronous motor having salient polarities provided with coils of a plurality of phases without using a position sensor, a rotation speed sensor, or the like.

[Prior art]
When starting the synchronous motor without a position sensor, there is a problem that the synchronous operation cannot be performed unless the position and speed of the rotor are known. In view of such a problem, conventionally, a technique has been proposed in which a period of an induced voltage generated by rotation of a rotor magnet is detected by a current polarity of a current flowing through a motor coil to detect a rotation speed (for example, a technique of detecting a rotation speed). [Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional technology described in
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and detects a rotor rotation speed and a rotor position and starts a synchronous operation in a state where a rotor of a synchronous motor having saliency is rotated by external force or the like. It is an object of the present invention to provide a sensorless driving device for a synchronous motor that can perform the operation.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve this object, a sensorless driving device for a synchronous motor according to
[0007]
Therefore, the voltage application means applies a predetermined voltage to the coils of the plurality of phases, and the current polarity detection means detects the polarity of the current flowing through the coil of the specific phase by the application of the voltage by the voltage application means. Detects the number of rotations of the rotor based on the reversal period of the current polarity detected by the current polarity detection means. Therefore, the rotation number of the rotor rotated by an external force before the start of driving is determined by a position sensor such as an encoder and a resolver, and the number of rotations. Detection can be performed without using a sensor.

Further, a sensorless driving device for a synchronous motor according to
[0009]
Therefore, the voltage application means applies a predetermined voltage to the coils of the plurality of phases, the current polarity detection means detects the polarity of the current flowing through the coil of the specific phase by applying the voltage by the voltage application means, and the polarity inversion timing detection means However, since the current polarity inversion timing detected by the current polarity detection means is detected and the rotor position detection means detects the rotor position based on the polarity inversion timing detected by the polarity inversion timing detection means, In addition, the position of the rotor that is rotated by an external force can be detected without using a position sensor such as an encoder or a resolver or a rotation speed sensor.

Therefore, the rotor speed detecting means detects the rotor speed based on the reversal period of the current polarity detected by the current polarity detecting means, and the rotor position correcting means detects the rotor position detected by the rotor position detecting means. Since the correction is performed based on the rotor speed detected by the rotor speed detecting means, the rotor position can be detected more accurately. That is, since the rotor position detected by the rotor position detecting means has a deviation according to the rotor speed from the actual rotor position, the rotor position detected by the rotor position detecting means is replaced by the rotor speed detecting means. By performing correction based on the rotor speed detected by the above, the rotor position can be detected more accurately.
[0012]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sensorless driving device for a synchronous motor, wherein the rotor rotation number detecting means detects the rotor rotation number based on the same polarity inversion cycle.
[0013]
Therefore, the rotor speed detecting means can accurately detect the rotor speed based on the same polarity inversion cycle. That is, when there is an offset at 0 [A] of the current polarity detection means, the time from the timing when the current polarity changes from negative to positive to the next timing from positive to negative, and the current polarity changes from positive to negative. The time from the next negative timing to the positive timing becomes different from the timing by an offset. Therefore, if the rotation speed is detected based on any of these measurement times, the rotation speed differs depending on whether the current polarity is positive or negative, resulting in erroneous detection. On the other hand, by measuring the time (the same polarity inversion cycle) from the timing when the current polarity changes from negative to positive (or from positive to negative) to the time when the current polarity changes from negative to positive (or from positive to negative), The offset amount is eliminated, and an accurate rotation speed can be detected.
[0014]
Further, in the sensorless driving device for a synchronous motor according to
[0015]
Therefore, the voltage application unit maximizes the current amplitude of the specific phase by applying a predetermined voltage in a direction orthogonal to the specific phase, and the current polarity detection unit detects the current flowing through the specific phase by applying the voltage by the voltage application unit. Since the polarity is detected, erroneous detection of the current polarity due to noise of a specific phase can be reduced.
[0016]
Further, the sensorless driving device for a synchronous motor according to
[0017]
Therefore, the detection of the current polarity by the current polarity detection means is started after a lapse of a predetermined time from the start of the voltage application by the voltage application means, so that the current polarity can be accurately detected. That is, at the start of voltage application, the value of the current flowing through the coil is in a transient state and is not stable. If the current polarity is detected in this state, the current polarity is erroneously detected, and the accurate rotor rotation speed and rotor position cannot be detected. Therefore, by setting a predetermined time interval from the start of the voltage application and not detecting the current polarity when the current value is in the transient state, starting the detection of the current polarity after the lapse of the predetermined time when the current value is in the steady state, the current polarity is correctly detected. The rotor speed or the rotor position can be accurately detected.
[0018]
In the sensorless drive device for a synchronous motor according to claim 7, the current polarity detection means has terminal voltage detection means for detecting a terminal voltage of a specific phase, and the upper and lower switching elements of the specific phase are provided. The current polarity is detected based on the terminal voltage value detected by the terminal voltage detecting means during the interruption.
[0019]
Therefore, the terminal voltage detecting means detects the terminal voltage of the specific phase, and determines the current polarity based on the terminal voltage value detected by the terminal voltage detecting means while the upper and lower switching elements of the specific phase are shut off. Since the detection is performed, the current polarity can be detected with a cheaper configuration without using a current sensor.

Next, the principle of detecting the rotor position and the number of revolutions in the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0026]
The present embodiment detects the rotor position by using the fact that the inductance differs depending on the rotor position in a synchronous motor having saliency. FIG. 3 is a diagram schematically illustrating a relationship between a motor coil and a rotor in a three-phase synchronous motor, and illustrates a state where the rotor is at a rotational position of an angle θ with respect to the U phase. Here, it is known that the inductances of the U, V, and W phases (Lu, Lv, Lw) change as shown in FIG. 4 as the rotor position changes. For example, when a voltage is applied so as to be orthogonal to the U-phase current (for example, 12 V between V-W and 6 V between U-V), the direction of the current Iu flowing in the U-phase depends on the state of the rotating rotor. Change. That is, when the inductance Lv> Lw (rotor position is 0 to 90 degrees, 180 to 270 degrees), the polarity of the U-phase current Iu becomes-(negative) (see FIG. 5). On the other hand, when Lv> Lw (rotor positions 90 to 180 degrees, 270 to 360 degrees), the polarity of the U-phase current Iu becomes + (positive) (see FIG. 6). This is because the easiness of current flow changes due to a change in inductance which is a magnetic resistance of the motor coil.
[0027]
More specifically, a DC voltage Vsu represented by the
[0028]

[0029]
When this voltage is converted on the dq axis and substituted into the voltage equation of the synchronous reluctance motor, the following
[0030]
(Equation 2)
[0031]
When the initial current is set to 0 and this differential equation is solved for the current and converted into a three-phase current value, the following
[0032]
[Equation 3]
[0033]
The U-phase current when a sufficient time has elapsed compared to the time constant T is expressed by the following Equation 4.
[0034]
(Equation 4)
[0035]
From Expression 4, the rotor position at the timing of the zero crossing of the U-phase current is expressed by
[0036]
(Equation 5)
[0037]
Further, the timing at which the U-phase current becomes zero occurs four times in one cycle of the electrical angle, and therefore, by measuring the time of the zero cross, the rotor speed can be obtained.
[0038]
Next, the flow of the rotor position and rotation speed detection processing in the present embodiment will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
[0039]
First, in step 100 (hereinafter, referred to as S100, the same applies to other steps), a count variable n is initialized. Next, in S101, the application of a DC voltage represented by
[0040]
Next, in S103, the current polarity of the U phase is detected, and in S104, the detected current polarity Iu is stored in the
[0041]
Here, the reason why the time of one cycle of the current zero cross is measured in S103 to S110 is to prevent erroneous detection of the rotation speed when the current polarity detection unit 4 has an offset. That is, in the half cycle of the current zero cross, as shown in FIG. 10, the timing is different between (1) and (2). That is, when there is an offset at 0 [A] of the current polarity detection means, the time from the timing when the current polarity changes from negative to positive to the next timing from positive to negative, and the current polarity changes from positive to negative. From the timing, the time of the next negative to positive timing differs by the offset. Therefore, if the rotation speed is detected based on any of these measurement times, the rotation speed differs depending on whether the current polarity is positive or negative, resulting in erroneous detection. On the other hand, in one cycle of the current zero cross (the same polarity inversion cycle), the time can be correctly measured regardless of the timing, as shown in FIG. In other words, by measuring the time from the timing when the current polarity changes from negative to positive (or from positive to negative) to the next timing from negative to positive (or from positive to negative), the offset is eliminated and the accurate rotation speed is detected. can do.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various changes can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.

For example, in the above embodiment, the sense polarity is provided by providing the sense MOSFET below the U-phase, but the current polarity may be detected by detecting the U-phase terminal voltage. That is, like the inverter circuit 3 'shown in FIG. 12, a

Further, in the above-described embodiment, an example has been described in which the present invention is applied to a control device for a synchronous reluctance motor. However, the present invention may be applied to a control device for another type of synchronous motor having saliency. For example, the present invention may be applied to a control device of an internal magnet type permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPM motor) having a permanent magnet housed in a rotor core.
[0051]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the sensorless driving apparatus for a synchronous motor of the present invention, the voltage applying means applies a predetermined voltage to the coils of a plurality of phases, and the current polarity detecting means applies the voltage to the specific phase by the voltage applying means. And the rotor rotation number detecting means detects the rotor rotation number based on the reversal cycle of the current polarity detected by the current polarity detecting means, so that the rotor rotates by an external force before the start of driving. The rotation speed of the rotor can be detected without using a position sensor such as an encoder or a resolver or a rotation speed sensor.
[0052]
According to the sensorless drive device for a synchronous motor of the present invention, the polarity reversal timing detecting means detects the reversal timing of the current polarity detected by the current polarity detecting means, and the rotor position detecting means detects the polarity reversal timing detecting means. Since the rotor position is detected based on the polarity reversal timing detected by the above, the position of the rotor rotated by an external force before the start of driving can be detected without using a position sensor such as an encoder or a resolver or a rotation speed sensor. .
