【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は特に色調や色に変化のある内装或いは外装のひび割れやタイルの剥離などを修復する際にまとめて使用するための内外装用タイルに関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に外装仕上げ材としてタイル貼りで仕上げた建物は、高級感あふれ、耐久性にも優れているので、近年多く見受けられる。しかし、長期間に渡る紫外線，雨水，炭酸ガス，地震などのさまざまな影響によりタイル面の汚れ，ひび割れ，浮き，剥離，目地部のエフロレッセンスの流出，コンクリートの中性化の進行、そして漏水によるさまざまな劣化現象が見られ、タイル貼り面の適切な補修処置は重要になってきている。このため、現在ではタイル貼り面に撥水性処理や汚れ防止程度の薄膜塗料などが塗布されている場合も多く見受けられるが、高い防水性能は望めなかった。この理由としてはタイル貼り面に透明な塗膜で、且つ厚膜で、更にクラック追従性に優れた防水材がなかったためと考えられる。しかもタイル貼り仕上げされたマンション等に於いては、建設後１０年経過すると、躯体へ地震による影響やコンクリートの収縮等により、ひびが入り表層のタイル製品までひび割れが発生し、雨水がコンクリート内部まで浸入して白いエフロレッセンスを流出して汚れたものが多く見受けられる。この場合の外壁用タイル貼り面の修復工法に用いるタイル製品としては、当初使用された残りを修復用として在庫して置いたタイル製品を用いたり、ひび割れが入ったタイル製品をタイルメーカーに送って似たものを取り寄せたり、或いはひび割れが入ったタイル製品を基にして色合いや光沢などが似ているものを探して手に入れていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら前記在庫品の修復用タイル製品が用いられて内外装用タイル壁面を修復すると、当初使用した箇所と修復箇所のタイル製品の色が異なってしまい、修復箇所が目立つものとなってしまう。特に外壁を修復するとその外観が極めて悪いものとなっていた。又、前記タイルメーカーから取り寄せたタイル製品、或いは似ているものを探したタイル製品では、見た目が元のように修復することは殆ど困難である等の問題点があった。つまり、タイル製品の商品サイクルが早く、工事の施工後、１０年以上経過すると、同じ色調や色のタイル製品は製造中止となると共に在庫品もない場合が多く、見た目が同じようなタイル製品はなかなか手に入らなかった。しかも陶磁器製タイル，石状のブロック或いは板，レンガなどのタイル製品は、窯で次々に焼かれ、焼かれる毎に色調や色が多少異なるため、同じ色合のタイル製品を手に入れることは殆ど困難であった。

尚、本発明者が特願２００２−１６２５２４に於いて、色調や色に変化のある内装或いは外装のひび割れやタイルの剥離などを修復しても以前と殆ど見分けが付かぬほど自然な感じに仕上げられる内外装用タイル貼り面の割れ修復工法を、提案したところである。これは現場で行われ、且つタイルを一枚ずつ描くものであり、特殊技術が必要なものであった。

本発明は特に色調や色に変化のある内装或いは外装のひび割れや剥離などを修復する際に使用すれば、以前と殆ど見分けが付かぬほど自然な感じに仕上げられると共に内外装用タイル貼り面の割れや剥離などの修復現場に於いては特殊技術がなくても従来通りに施工出来る修復に使用する内外装用タイルを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記問題点を解消するために成されたものであり、つまり、タイル製品の表面には、プライマー塗膜と、その上へ修復前タイルと同じ色合に調合した塗料で塗布し形成する塗膜と、該塗膜の表面に塗布し形成する透明な防護膜とから成る多層膜が設けられた構造とする。また塗膜にアクリルシリコン塗料を用い、且つその塗膜を、透明なアクリルシリコン塗料と、その上に塗布した色付きアクリルシリコン塗料とによって形成すると良く、更に防護膜に透明なアクリルシリコン塗料を用いると良い。尚、本発明で言う「タイル製品」とは、外装や内装の仕上げ材として貼り面に取付けるものを指し、陶磁器製タイル以外にレンガ或いは石状のブロックや板なども含まれるものとする。また本発明で言う「修復前タイル」とは、修復前に既に貼着されているタイル製品を指すものとする。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１は本発明の実施形態を示す図であり、これに基づいて説明する。（１）はタイルメーカーが製作したタイル製品であり、修復前タイル（１’）の大きさと同じものを選び、色は何色を用いてもかまわない。（２）はタイル製品（１）の表面に塗布する下地用の塗料によって形成されたプライマー塗膜であり、該プライマー塗膜（２）としては、タイル製品（１）に接着可能な塗装を用いれば良い。（３）は修復前タイル（１’）と同じ色合に調合した塗料によって形成された塗膜であり、該塗膜（３）は、耐候性が高く且つ低汚染性に優れた塗料を用い、それを重ねて塗布させて形成すると良く、且つその塗料としてはアクリルシリコン塗料を用いるのが好ましいが、この塗料に限定されるものではない。尚、前記塗膜（３）を形成させる際、図２に示すようにプライマー塗膜（２）の上に、透明なアクリルシリコン塗料を始めに塗布し、その上に色付きアクリルシリコン塗料を塗布させて形成しても良い。（４）は塗膜（３）の表面に形成した透明な防護膜であり、該防護膜（４）は修復前タイル（１’）の表面状態に合わせて、例えば艶消，艶有，半艶などを用いる。また前記防護膜（４）の形成には透明なアクリルシリコン塗料を使用するのが好ましいが、この塗料に限定されるものではなく、表面仕上の役目が果たせる塗料であれば良い。

次に本発明品を製作する場合について説明する。先ず図３（ａ）のようにタイル貼り仕上げした外壁や内壁のひび割れた修復前タイル（１’）を剥離して発送してもらう。この時、複数の色がある場合は全ての色を発送し、且つ色別の必要な個数を記入してもらう。次に受注した合計数のタイル製品（１）を用意し、所定の塗布場所、例えば塗装工場の作業台上に並べる。そしてプライマーを前記タイル製品（１）表面に塗布してプライマー塗膜（２）が形成される。その後、予め修復前タイル（１’）の色に合わせて調合した色付き塗料を必要な個数分だけ２回塗りして塗膜（３）を形成する（図１参照）。この時、プライマー塗膜（２）の上に透明なアクリルシリコン塗料を塗布して膜（３１）を形成させた後に、前記調合した色付き塗料を塗布して塗膜（３）を形成させても良い（図２参照）。また前記修復前タイル（１’）の色が複数ある時は、上記同様にして各色毎の塗膜（３）を必要な個数分だけ形成する。尚、前記塗膜（３）は色付き塗料の塗布回数が２回に限定されるものではなく、それ以上でも良い。次に前記修復前タイル（１’）の表面状態と同じ状態にするための表面仕上用の透明なアクリルシリコン塗料を全てのタイル製品（１）の上へ吹付けて防護膜（４）が形成され、本発明品は完成するのである。尚、各膜を形成させる場合、塗料を塗布する際は吹付けたり、或いは手などで塗布したりするが、どの方法で行っても良い。

前記仕上げられた本発明品を現場に発送して修復する場合は、図３（ｂ）に示すようにひび割れ或いは剥離や浮いた修復前タイル（１’）を剥離させる。尚、剥離する修復前タイル（１’）の数は、作業し易くするために多めに剥離させても良い。その後、剥離面のひび割れを従来工法で埋めると共に剥離面を平らに仕上げる。そして本発明品を所定位置に貼着して行けば、元の状態に修復されるのである［図３（ｃ）参照］。この時の貼着作業は従来工法と同じに行えば良い。このようにして予め発送された修復前タイル（１’）と色調や色が工場等で人工的に合わせて本発明品を仕上げることが可能となるため、本発明品を現場に発送すれば、従来の如き似通った新たなタイル製品（１）を見つける必要がなくなり、且つ修復の特殊技術者がいなくても、一般作業者が従来工法でタイル貼りを行うだけで、既存の修復前タイル（１’）と違和感がなく修復を完了させることが出来るものとなった。尚、本発明品は外壁だけでなく、内壁や床面などのタイル貼り面を修復する場合にも利用出来る。また従来不可能であった１枚毎色調や色の異なる陶磁器製タイル，レンガ，外壁タイルなどの修復前タイル（１’）の修復する場合であっても、本発明品は対応できるが、ある程度まとまった個数のものを修復用として使用することが好ましい。更にレンガなどに於いては、予め日光が当って変色した状態に合わせた本発明品を多数製作し、在庫品として保管しておくことも可能である。

【発明の効果】
本発明はこのようにさせたことにより、下記に記載する効果を有する。

請求項１のようにタイル製品（１）の表面に、プライマー塗膜（２）と、その上に修復前タイル（１’）と同じ色合の塗膜（３）と、該塗膜（３）の表面に透明な防護膜（４）とから成る多層膜を設けることにより、修復現場に本発明品を発送し、それを貼着するだけで、特殊技術がなくても内外装用タイル貼り面の修復作業を行うことが出来るものとなる。また本発明品を使用して修復すれば、既存の修復前タイル（１’）と殆ど見分けが付かぬほど自然な感じに復元することが可能となり、壁や床などの外観が見栄えの良いものとなる。特に修復前タイル（１’）が１枚毎色調や色の異なる場合の修復であっても、本発明品を使用すれば、修復前と殆ど見分けが付かぬほど自然な感じに修復出来るものとなる。
