Abstract
Description
【0001】

【0108】

In the conventional packing device, the inner dimensions of the outer box are almost equal to the outer dimensions of the contents, and the contents are fixedly held by the outer box. In a package in which the contents are fixedly held in an outer box, the cushioning effect of the cushioning material is small, and the impact force applied to the article is not dispersed. The article could not be adequately protected.

FIG. 25 is a graph showing the impact force applied to an article in a package drop experiment conducted by the inventor of the present application. The vertical axis of the graph is the generated acceleration [G value] as the impact force, and the horizontal axis is the case number. . The type of the cushioning material is indicated by the line type of the graph.
[0074]
Types of the cushioning material are an airbag (diamond), an elastic film (square),
[0075]
As shown in the graph of FIG. 25, in the conventional packing device in which the inner size of the outer box is almost equal to the outer size of the contents (with no gap), a larger acceleration is generated for any cushioning material than that of the present embodiment. This indicates that the impact force applied to the packed article is large.

In addition, in this embodiment, it is understood that the larger the size of the gap (the larger the case number), the smaller the generated acceleration and the smaller the impact force applied to the packed article in any cushioning material.
[0077]
The following Table 1 shows specific numerical values of each point plotted on the graph of FIG. The gap between the inner size of the outer box and the contents was increased by 10 mm for each case.
[0078]
[Table 1]
[0079]
In this experiment, the size of the contents was fixed, and the size of the outer box was changed. Table 1 shows the numerical values of the impact force [G value] by the above-mentioned six types of shock-absorbing materials. It can be seen that any type of impact material has a clear effect as compared with the conventional one having no gap.
[0080]
The gap between the contents and the outer box may be appropriately set according to the article to be packed. In the present embodiment, the outer dimensions of the contents are assumed to be smaller than the inner dimensions of the outer box by 2 mm or more. Thereby, it is possible to reduce the impact due to the drop or the like.
[0081]
Further, when the outer dimensions of the contents are set to be smaller than the inner dimensions of the outer box by 2 to 10 mm, the contents do not disperse in the outer box while reducing the impact due to dropping or the like. When it is desired to increase the effect of reducing impact due to dropping or the like (in the case of packing an article that is vulnerable to impact), the external dimensions of the contents may be set to be at least 10 mm smaller than the inner dimensions of the outer box.

In the packing device described with reference to FIGS. 20 to 26, the shape and the like of the cushioning material are merely examples, and may be any shape. Further, the material of the cushioning material is also an example, and other materials can be used.
[0086]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the packaging device for an image forming apparatus of the present invention, a bottom plate on which the image forming device is loaded, a base frame for supporting and mounting the bottom plate, and a vertical frame standing around the bottom plate And a belt having an adjustable length for fixing the image forming apparatus on the bottom plate, and a belt mounting portion provided on the base frame or the vertical frame for mounting the belt, so that the belt can be mounted on the bottom plate. As long as the image forming apparatuses have different sizes and shapes, the image forming apparatuses can be stacked and packed in a fixed state. Therefore, it is not necessary to prepare a packing material for each model, and the cost for packing can be reduced.
[0087]
Further, packing and unpacking operations are also easy. Further, it is possible to cope with the presence or absence of an optional device such as a sorter or a large-volume sheet feeding device.
Furthermore, it can be used for repeated packing and delivery, and not only can cost be reduced, but also resource saving by recycling can be realized. Further, it is possible to reduce the waste generated at the time of land reclamation to the utmost.
