Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaging material for packaging contents such as green tea, black tea or coffee, and more particularly to a vacuum packaging material for preventing the oxidation of these contents and a vacuum packaging bag using the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, vacuum packaging is generally used to prevent the oxidation of contents such as green tea, black tea or coffee, and for long-term preservation, and the vacuum packaging material includes a transparent substrate film printed on the back surface and an inner surface. And a gas barrier base material (such as aluminum foil) having a sealant layer is integrated (adhered).
[0003]
Bagging using the vacuum packaging material having the above configuration, filling the contents, and evacuating and packaging the package, irregularities appear on the surface of the package according to the contents, and especially the printing surface is There is a problem in that the product becomes difficult to see due to the unevenness, and the product does not look good in appearance.
[0004]
As a method of solving the above problem, for example, by covering the package once vacuum-degassed with an exterior film (printed) created in another process, the irregularities can be made invisible. In the method, there is a problem in work efficiency and the like, for example, there is no sense of unity with the package and the number of packaging steps is increased.
[0005]
In order to solve the problem of the irregularities on the surface of the vacuum package and the problem that there is no sense of unity between the outer film (printed) and the package, for example, as shown in the broken perspective view of FIG. An exterior material (30) composed of a cellophane (32) provided with a printed layer (34); and an interior material (40) having an outer surface that is not bonded to the exterior material (30) by heat sealing and an inner surface having heat sealability. Are integrated by a partial adhesive layer (43) at the four edges, and a packaging material suitable for vacuum packaging in which an unbonded portion other than the partial adhesive layer (43) is in communication with the outside. is there.
[0006]
Such a packaging material is made into a bag leaving an opening, the contents are filled through the opening, and then vacuum-evacuated and deaerated from the opening, and then the opening is hermetically sealed. Although irregularities corresponding to the contents appear in (40), the exterior material (30) becomes flat irrespective of the irregularities of the interior material (40) because the outside air enters into the unbonded portion communicating with the outside. Therefore, there is a product which has a good appearance in appearance (for example, see Patent Document 1).

[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the packaging material suitable for vacuum packaging in the above-described conventional technology, the printing layer surface of the exterior material and the interior material are integrated with a partial adhesive layer, and when it is wound up, even in an unbonded portion other than the partial adhesive layer. There is a phenomenon that the printed layer surface of the exterior material and the unbonded portion of the exterior surface of the interior material adhere to each other, and this phenomenon is caused by corona discharge treatment applied to the entire surface of the film constituting the exterior material and the film constituting the interior material. Further, in the case where a urethane-based two-component reaction (curing) type ink suitable as an ink for a plastic film is used for the printing layer, the printing process and the laminating and integrating process are performed in-line. It is easy to develop due to the reaction of the curing agent, etc., and due to this adhesion phenomenon, after packing this packaging material and filling the contents, vacuum-evacuating and degassing the opening to seal the opening. Irregularities corresponding to the contents of even outer package surface with interior material of the material appeared, appearance especially printed surface there is a problem that a product does not look nice.
[0009]
The present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art, and the subject thereof is that an exterior material having a print layer on the back surface and an interior material having an inner surface having heat sealability have a partial edge. In a vacuum packaging material bonded and integrated with an adhesive layer, even when corona discharge treatment is performed at the time of forming the print layer and the partial adhesive layer, and the print layer uses a urethane-based two-pack ink, and Even if the printing step and the adhesive integration step are performed in-line, there is no phenomenon that the printed layer surface of the exterior material and the outer surface of the interior material are in close contact with each other when vacuum packaging is performed using this vacuum packaging material. An object of the present invention is to provide a vacuum packaging material which does not show irregularities corresponding to the contents on the surface of an exterior material when vacuum packaging is performed using the packaging material and has a good external appearance, and a vacuum packaging bag using the same.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object in the present invention, first, in the invention of claim 1, a printing substrate having a printing layer on the back surface, an outer surface which is not adhered to the printing substrate by heat sealing, and an inner surface having heat sealing properties A barrier base material provided with at least a partially bonded portion of both side edges, wherein the non-bonded portion other than the partially bonded portion is in communication with the outside, the vacuum packaging material, A vacuum packaging material characterized in that a release varnish layer is applied to an unbonded portion other than the bonded portion.
[0011]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a printing base material having a printing layer on the back surface, and a barrier base material having an outer surface and an inner surface having heat sealing properties that are not adhered to the printing base material by heat sealing, In a vacuum packaging material in which the unbonded portion other than the partially bonded portion is integrated with the partially bonded portion and is in communication with the outside, by applying a release varnish layer to a portion other than the partially bonded portion, Even when the corona discharge treatment is performed during the formation of the printing layer and the partial adhesive layer, the printing layer uses a urethane-based two-component curable ink, and the printing step and the adhesive integration step are performed in-line. Even if it does, it is possible to provide a vacuum packaging material which does not cause a close contact phenomenon in a portion other than the partially bonded portion and communicates with the outside (outside air).
[0012]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vacuum packaging bag manufactured by using the vacuum packaging material according to the first aspect and heat-sealing a desired portion of an inner surface of the vacuum packaging material having heat sealability. It was done.
[0013]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the vacuum packaging bag is formed by using a vacuum packaging material in which a release varnish layer is applied to a portion other than the partially bonded portion according to the first aspect. When the opening is hermetically sealed by vacuum suction and deaeration from the opening of the packaging bag, the printing layer of the printing base material and the outer surface of the barrier material are in close contact with each other in the unbonded portion other than the partially bonded portion, that is, in the portion of the release varnish layer. Since the outside air enters into the unbonded portion, that is, the portion of the release varnish layer, which communicates with the outside, the surface of the printing substrate becomes flat regardless of the unevenness of the barrier material, and thus the vacuum has a good appearance. It can be a packaging bag.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0015]
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing one example of the vacuum packaging material of the present invention. FIGS. 2 and 3 are partially cutaway explanatory views showing another example of the vacuum packaging material of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing an example of a vacuum packaging bag using the vacuum packaging material of the present invention.
[0016]
The invention according to claim 1 is, for example, as shown in a partially broken top view of FIG. 1A and a cross-sectional view of FIG. A printing substrate (10) made of a transparent plastic film provided with a printing ink layer (12) consisting of a pattern printing layer (12a) and a white printing layer (12b), and a sealant layer (24) on the inner surface; The barrier material (20) composed of the barrier base material (21) and the barrier layer (22) is bonded and integrated by a spot-shaped partial adhesive layer (43) provided at the four edges of the barrier material (20). A vacuum wrapping material (1) in which a release varnish layer (45) is applied to a portion other than the partial adhesive layer (43), and which is an unbonded portion other than the partial adhesive layer (43). The varnish layer (45) is a vacuum packaging material (1) communicating with the outside (outside air). That.
[0017]
In the above description (FIG. 1 (a)), for convenience of explanation, the partial adhesive layer (43) and the release varnish layer (45) in register with the partial adhesive layer (43) are provided on the four edges of the outer surface of the barrier material (20). In practice, the partial adhesive layer (43) and the release varnish layer (45) are applied in register with the pattern of the pattern printing layer (12a). The same applies to the case where the partial adhesive layer (43) is applied to the three edges shown in the same manner, and it is general that the partial adhesive layer (43) is provided on the surface of the printing ink layer (12) of the printing substrate (10).
[0018]
Further, as shown in a perspective view of FIG. 2, for example, a partial adhesive layer (43) is applied only to the left and right side edges (20a) of the barrier material (20), and a release varnish layer (45) is applied to other portions. It is also possible to provide an advantage that there is no need to perform vertical registration with the pattern printing layer (12a) of the printing base material (10) bonded and integrated thereto. However, a partial adhesive layer (43) may be applied to both left and right edges (20a) of the printing ink layer (12) of the printing substrate (10).
[0019]
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, for example, a release varnish layer (45) applied to unbonded portions other than the partial adhesive layer (43) applied only to the left and right side edges (20a) of the barrier material (20) is provided. Alternatively, a gap (45a) may be provided around the partial adhesive layer (43) so that the register with the partial adhesive layer (43) can be easily made, and it is not always necessary to use FIG. As shown in a), the registration with the partial adhesive layer (43) does not have to be provided by hair removal, and the initial purpose is achieved if the release varnish layer (45) is in communication with the outside (outside air). be able to.
[0020]
For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the partial adhesive layer (43) is provided on three sides of the left and right side edges (20a) and the lower end edge (20b), or three sides of the left and right side edges and the upper end edge (not shown), A release varnish layer (45) may be provided on an unbonded portion other than the partial adhesive layer (43), and may be partially formed on the four edges shown in FIG. As in the case where the adhesive layer (43) is provided, there is a point that vertical registration with the pattern printing layer is required, but when making a bag from this vacuum packaging material (1) by heat sealing, Wrinkles and the like can be hardly generated at the time of hermetic sealing after the filling.
[0021]
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3, for example, a release varnish layer (45) applied to an unbonded portion other than the partial adhesive layer (43) applied to the three-side edges (20a, 20b) of the barrier material (20). Alternatively, a gap (45a) may be provided around the partial adhesive layer (43) so that the register with the partial adhesive layer (43) can be easily made, and it is not always necessary to use FIG. As shown in a), the registration with the partial adhesive layer (43) does not have to be provided by hair removal, and the initial purpose is achieved if the release varnish layer (45) is in communication with the outside (outside air). be able to.
[0022]
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the release varnish layer (45) is applied to the non-adhered portion other than the spot-shaped partial adhesive layer (43), so that the printing ink layer (12) is formed. Even when the corona discharge treatment is performed during the formation and the formation of the partial adhesive layer (45), a two-part curable ink of a urethane type is used for the printing ink layer (12). Even in the case of performing in-line, the printing ink layer (12) and the outer surface of the barrier material (20) do not adhere to each other except for the partial adhesive layer (43). It can be a vacuum packaging material (1) communicating with the outside (outside air).
[0023]
Further, the invention according to claim 2 provides a printing base material (10) having a printing ink layer (12) on the back surface as shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), and a sealant layer ( 24) are unified by a spot-shaped partial adhesive layer (43) provided on the four edges between the barrier materials (20), and an unadhered part other than the partial adhesive layer (43) For example, as shown in the perspective view of FIG. 4, the vacuum wrapping material (1) in which the release varnish layer (45) is communicated with the outside (outside air) is used. The inner surface (sealant layer (not shown)) and the sealant layer on the inner surface of the lower edge (20b) are bonded together by heat sealing, and the upper edge (20c) is not sealed to form an opening (50). Gusset type vacuum packaging bag (2)
[0024]
As described above, the vacuum packaging bag (2), which is attached with the sealant layer on the inner surface of each edge, covers each edge, that is, both left and right side edges (20a), a lower edge (20b), and an opening (50). Since the release varnish layer (45) prevents the adhesion between the printing ink layer and the barrier material at the formed upper edge (20c), the release varnish layer (45) communicates with the outside (outside air).
[0025]
The contents such as green tea or coffee are filled from the opening (50) of the vacuum packaging bag (2) as described above, and the contents are evacuated and evacuated, for example, as shown in the perspective view of FIG. When the upper end edge (20c) of the base material is heat-sealed with a jointed palm and hermetically sealed and packaged, a barrier material (not shown) on the inner surface forms irregularities according to the contents, and a partial adhesive layer (43) is formed on the barrier material. )) Through the release varnish layer (45) of the left and right side edges (20a), the lower edge (20b) and the upper edge (20c) of the inner surface of the printing substrate (10) which is adhered and integrated by the above method. This is to prevent the formation of irregularities because outside air enters the part of the release varnish layer (45).
[0026]
Therefore, the surface is flat in appearance, and in particular, the pattern printed layer (12a) seen from the surface is seen as a normal pattern printed matter, and it is possible to provide a vacuum-packaged product excellent in product value and good in value.
[0027]
Hereinafter, the materials and the like constituting the vacuum packaging material (1) and the vacuum packaging bag (2) of the present invention will be described.
[0028]
First, as a release varnish layer (45) provided on an unbonded portion other than the partial adhesive layer (43) between the printing substrate (10) and the barrier material (20), for example, a nitrified cotton (nitrocellulose) resin , Polyamide-based resin, polyester-based resin, etc. mixed with waxes to adjust the easy peeling property. Examples of the waxes include polyethylene-based wax, polyester-based wax, and the like. As long as the resin is compatible with the resin, spot-like partial adhesion is achieved by a pattern coat using an ink (varnish) made of these easily peelable resins or the like by a gravure printing method or a flexographic printing method of supplying the ink to a plate via an anilox roll. The release varnish layer (45) can be formed in register with the layer (43).
[0029]
As the printing substrate (10) constituting the vacuum packaging material (1) of the present invention, for example, a polyethylene terephthalate film having a thickness of about 20 μm, a uniaxially or biaxially stretched polyamide (nylon) film or a stretched polypropylene film is used. And it is appropriately selected according to the use and the like.
[0030]
The pattern printing layer (12a) and the white printing layer (12b) applied to the back surface of the printing substrate (10) are generally formed by a gravure printing method, and the ink is particularly limited. Although it is not, from the suitability for printing (adhesion (adhesion) properties, drying properties, film properties, glossiness, resolution such as dot gain, etc.) on the printing substrate (10) made of the above plastic film, a urethane-based two-component curing type Is preferably used. At the time of printing, corona discharge treatment is generally performed to improve the adhesion to the plastic film.
[0031]
The kind of the spot-shaped partial adhesive layer (43) is not particularly limited to the kind of the adhesive. However, the spot-shaped partial adhesive layer (43) may be formed in a pattern and further bonded to each other by bonding the films together. An adhesive for dry lamination is preferably used because air permeability for evaporation is not required, and a one-component or two-component reaction type polyurethane resin is used. The urethane base polymer is made of an ester or an ether polyol, and its adhesive form includes a solvent type, a non-solvent type, an aqueous type and an alcohol type. These dry lamination adhesives can be formed into spot-like partial adhesive layers (43) by a gravure printing method or a flexographic printing method using an anilox roll. In forming the partial adhesive layer (43), a corona discharge treatment is generally performed to improve the adhesion to the plastic film as in the formation of the printing ink layer.
[0032]
Examples of the barrier base material (21) constituting the barrier material (20) include a polyethylene terephthalate film having a thickness of about 12 μm, a uniaxial or biaxially stretched polyamide (nylon) film, a stretched polypropylene film, and the like. As the layer (22), an aluminum foil having a thickness of about 10 μm is laminated on the barrier substrate (20) via an adhesive for dry lamination, or aluminum is deposited on the barrier substrate (20). It may be provided with a film. Further, silicon oxide or alumina can be vapor-deposited on the barrier substrate (21) to form a transparent barrier material. However, in addition to a gas (oxygen, water vapor) barrier property such as green tea or the like, a light-shielding property can be obtained. The above-mentioned aluminum foil and the vapor deposition of aluminum are suitable as the barrier layer (22) for those requiring the above.
[0033]
Further, as the sealant layer (24) applied to the inner surface of the barrier material (20), for example, a linear low-density polyethylene film, a low-density polyethylene film, a high-density polyethylene film or a non-stretched polypropylene film having a thickness of about 40 μm. Films, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer films, ionomer films, etc., obtained by laminating via an adhesive for dry lamination or sand polyethylene, or the above-mentioned sealant resin in addition to a molten linear low-density polyethylene resin Can be obtained by an extrusion laminating method of bonding together while extruding through an anchor coat agent.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention having the above configuration has the following effects.
That is, in the invention according to claim 1, a printing substrate having a printing layer on the back surface, and a barrier substrate having an outer surface and an inner surface having heat sealing properties that are not adhered to the printing substrate by heat sealing, at least In a vacuum packaging material in which unbonded portions other than the partially bonded portions are integrated with the outside by the partially bonded portions on both side edges, a release varnish layer is formed on portions other than the partially bonded portions. By applying, even when the corona discharge treatment is performed at the time of forming the printing layer and the partial adhesive layer, the printing layer uses a urethane-based two-component curable ink, and the printing step and the adhesive integration step are performed. Even if it is formed in-line, there is an effect that it is possible to provide a vacuum packaging material which does not cause a close contact phenomenon in portions other than the partially bonded portion and communicates with the outside (outside air).
[0035]
Further, in the invention according to the second aspect, a vacuum packaging bag made by using a vacuum packaging material having a release varnish layer applied to a portion other than the partially bonded portion according to the first aspect of the invention. By vacuum suction and deaeration from the opening of the vacuum packaging bag and sealing the opening, the unbonded portion other than the partially bonded portion, that is, the portion of the release varnish layer, the outer surface of the printing layer of the printing base material and the barrier material Is not in close contact, so that the outside air enters into the unbonded portion communicating with the outside (outside air), that is, the portion of the release varnish layer, so that even if irregularities corresponding to the contents appear on the barrier material, regardless of the irregularities There is an effect that the surface of the printing base material is flattened, so that a vacuum packaging bag with good appearance can be obtained.
[0036]
Therefore, the present invention is a packaging material for packaging contents such as green tea, black tea or coffee, and particularly a vacuum packaging material for preventing the oxidation of these contents and a vacuum packaging bag using the same, which is excellent in practical use. It is effective.
