Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a connection type stamp formed by connecting a plurality of unit stamps each having a printing body at the lower end of a stamp body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a connection type stamp that prepares a plurality of unit stamps having a printing body at the lower end of a stamp body so that the unit stamps can be connected to each other is well known. And as a connecting method for connecting unit stamps, it is common to fit a convex part and a concave part provided on the side surface of the main body of the unit stamp, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-146263, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Nos. 56-98462 and 59-82753 are disclosed. Such connection type stamps are stamped in a state where a plurality of unit stamps are connected, but each unit stamp is mostly manufactured separately at the date and time, and The thickness and the assembly position of the printed body are often slightly different, and it is difficult to produce the exact same print surface position. When a plurality of unit stamps are connected, a specific unit stamp There was a defect that the imprint of was easily blurred or smeared.
Therefore, in order to make the density of the seal impression uniform, the position of the printed body of the unit stamp to be used is adjusted relatively up and down so that the printing surface becomes flat, but the error of 1 mm or less is adjusted. It was almost impossible to do, and it was extremely faulty.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention relatively adjusts the vertical positions of the unit stamps connected to each other, so that the printing surface positions of the unit stamps when the unit stamps are connected can be made flat and a good impression can be obtained. Provide articulated stamps.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A connecting type stamp comprising a plurality of unit stamps each provided with a printing body at the lower end and provided with a connecting convex portion on the side surface and a connecting concave portion on the opposite side surface,
A slide member provided with a plurality of adjustment grooves each having a different height is slidably held on one side surface of the unit stamp, and a locking portion that engages with the adjustment groove is provided on the other side surface of the unit stamp. ,
When a plurality of unit stamps are connected after sliding the slide member to an arbitrary position, the adjustment groove is locked by the locking portion and the vertical position between the unit stamps can be finely adjusted.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. 1 to 3 show unit stamps.
Reference numeral 1 denotes a unit stamp, and a printing body holder 4 in which a printing body 3 in which porous rubber is impregnated with ink is incorporated is attached to the lower end of a plastic stamping body 2 made of a thin square pillar. . Further, a connecting convex portion 5 is provided on the side surface of the stamp body 2, and a connecting concave portion 6 is provided on the opposite side surface. When a plurality of unit stamps 1 are prepared and the connecting convex portion 5 and the connecting concave portion 6 are respectively connected, a connecting type stamp is obtained.
In addition, a concave hooking portion 14 is provided on the side surface of the stamp body 2 in order to easily release the connection of the connecting stamp by hooking the fingertip.
[0007]
A slide member holding hole 7 is provided in the central portion of the stamp body 2, and a slide member 9 having a holding claw 8 having elastic force on one side surface of the stamp body 2 is slidably held. The slide member 9 is provided with a plurality of adjustment grooves 10 in the vertical direction, and the heights of the individual adjustment grooves are different from each other. FIG. 4 shows an example of the slide member 9. The height of the lowermost adjustment groove on the lower stage is 4.2 mm, the height of the second adjustment groove from the lower left is 4.1 mm, and the height of the adjustment groove on the lower stage center. Is 4.0 mm, the height of the fourth adjustment groove from the lower left is 3.9 mm, and the height of the lowermost right adjustment groove is 3.8 mm. In addition, an upper adjustment groove is provided at a position opposite to the lower adjustment groove, the height of the uppermost adjustment groove is 3.8 mm, and the height of the second adjustment groove from the upper left is 3.9 mm. The height of the upper adjustment groove is 4.0 mm, the height of the fourth adjustment groove from the upper left is 4.1 mm, and the height of the uppermost right adjustment groove is 4.2 mm. Therefore, the distance between the adjustment grooves 10 facing each other in the upper and lower stages is the same. Further, in the present embodiment, the slide member holding hole 7 is divided into two upper and lower parts, and the holding claw 8 of the slide member 9 is also divided into two upper and lower parts. A plurality of positioning grooves 11 are provided on the upper side of the lower slide member holding hole, and a positioning projection 12 is provided at the center of the slide member 9. The adjustment groove 10 is set so that it can be positioned in the center of the unit stamp regardless of which positioning groove 11 the positioning protrusion 12 engages with. Since the holding claw 8 is provided with elasticity, the engagement position between the positioning protrusion 12 and the positioning groove 11 can be easily changed by sliding the slide member 9.
The other side surface of the stamp body 2 is set in a concave shape in order to secure a space in which the slide member 9 can be accommodated, and a locking portion 13 is provided in the center portion. In the present embodiment, the locking portions 13 are provided at two positions in the vertically opposing positions, and the distance between the locking portions is set to be the same as the distance between the opposing adjustment grooves 10 in the upper and lower stages of the slide member 9. It is.
As described above, the unit stamp 1 has a simple configuration including the stamp body 2, the print body holder 4 in which the print body 3 is incorporated, and the slide member 9.
[0008]
Next, a plurality of the unit stamps 1 are prepared in which the slide member 9 is slid so that the adjustment groove in the middle comes to the center position, and the connection protrusion 5 and the connection recess 6 are respectively connected. 10 and the engaging portion 13 are also engaged with each other to form a connection type stamp.
When stamped on paper or the like in this connected state, a difference in shading may appear in the imprint of each unit stamp. In such a case, the unit seals are once disconnected, the slide member of any unit stamp is slid by an arbitrary amount, the unit stamps are connected again, and stamped on paper or the like again to confirm the imprint. This operation is repeated until an appropriate seal is obtained.
Here, for ease of explanation, a case of a connection type stamp composed of two unit stamps will be exemplified. First, a unit stamp A and a unit stamp B in which the slide member 9 is slid and set so that the adjustment groove in the middle comes to the center position are prepared, and the connecting protrusion 5 of the unit stamp A and the connecting recess of the unit stamp B are prepared. When 6 is connected, the adjustment groove 10 of the unit stamp A and the locking portion 13 of the unit stamp B are also engaged, resulting in a connected stamp as shown in FIG. When stamped on paper or the like in this connected state, a difference in shading may appear in the seals of the unit stamp A and the unit stamp B. For example, assuming that the imprint of the unit stamp A is too dark and blurred, and the imprint of the unit stamp B is thin, the printing surface of the unit stamp A protrudes relative to the printed body of the unit stamp B. As a result, the weight of the unit stamp A is increased, and it is considered that the density of the imprint is generated. In this case, the connection between the unit stamps is once released, the slide member 9 of the unit stamp A is slid to the left by one step, and then the unit stamp A and the unit stamp B are connected again. Then, the engagement position of the adjustment groove of the unit stamp A and the engaging portion of the unit stamp B is changed by 0.2 mm, and the positional relationship is such that the position of the unit stamp B is apparently lowered by 0.2 mm. As a result, the relative positional relationship between the printed body of the unit stamp A and the printed body of the unit stamp B is improved, and both the printing surfaces become flat. In this state, when the stamp is again checked by checking on the paper or the like, since the position of the print surface is flat, it is possible to obtain a clear seal without shading.
When the stamp of the unit stamp A is thin and the stamp of the unit stamp B is dark, the slide member 9 of the unit stamp A is slid rightward, and then the unit stamp A and the unit stamp B are connected again. If it does so, it will be in the positional relationship that the position of the unit stamp B seemed to rise, and both printing surfaces will be in a flat state.
As described above, the vertical positions of the unit stamp A and the unit stamp B can be finely adjusted by 0.2 mm in the range of +0.4 mm to -0.4 mm.
In the present embodiment, the adjustment grooves of the slide member are provided at two positions at positions where the upper stage and the lower stage face each other. Further, the connecting convex portion and the slide member need not be on the same surface, and there is no problem even if the connecting convex portion and the connecting concave portion are exchanged. The number and height of the adjustment grooves provided on the slide member can be arbitrarily set, and can be adjusted every 0.1 mm or less.
[0009]
FIG. 6 shows a protective cover that is used by connecting three unit stamps to protect the both sides of the unit stamp and connecting them to the unit stamp so that the overall appearance is improved. It is the state figure connected with the both sides | surfaces. Normally, a protective cover is used as a pair of protective cover having a connecting convex part and a protective cover having a connecting concave part. At the lower end of the protective cover, a connection type stamp is lifted when not in use and a sense of stamping is given when the seal is stamped. The leg 15 with an elastic body is provided for improving the condition.
[0010]
【effect】
The connection type stamp of the present invention is manufactured with different date / time and place because the vertical position of unit stamps connected to each other can be adjusted with a dimension of 1 mm or less while having a simple configuration and a small number of parts. Even in the case of unit stamps, the printing surface positions of the unit stamps when the unit stamps are connected to each other can be made flat, and a connected stamp that can obtain a uniform and vivid impression can be obtained.
Further, since the adjustment groove and the engaging portion are engaged with each other, even when the connection type stamp is used frequently, the unit stamps are not misaligned, and a uniform and vivid stamp can be maintained forever.
