Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a combination mark composed of a plurality of element stamps. Each element stamp is provided with a printing body for printing an address, name, corporate name, telephone number, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of seal is well known in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Nos. 56-171250, 58-168448, 59-82753, and the like. Each element stamp constituting the combination stamp is composed of a square plate-shaped stamp main body and a rubber printed body fixed to the lower end surface thereof. A fitting protrusion is provided on one of the joint surfaces of the stamp main body, and the other joint surface. Is provided with a fitting recess.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
A combination mark, which is often used as an address mark, has a troublesome stamping work because the ink impregnated in the stamp table is attached to the stamp surface and transferred to the paper surface. In order to avoid such annoyance, most of the single address stamps are penetrating stamps that can be continuously stamped. In the case of a single-type address stamp that forms all the printed contents such as address, name, corporation name, telephone number, etc. on one rubber printed body, the degree of freedom of design is high, so it is as much as No problem. However, in the case of a combination mark, it is necessary to make each element stamp into a penetrating seal, which causes the following problems.
[0004]
In the combination mark, the aspect ratio of the rubber print body in each element stamp is extremely large, and the rubber print body inevitably has to be elongated. Therefore, the midway part of the rubber printed body tends to hang down due to its own weight. In the case of the conventional combination mark in which the rubber print body is bonded and fixed to the lower surface of the stamp body, the rubber print body does not hang down. However, when penetrating individual element stamps, the rubber printed body cannot be bonded and fixed to the stamp body, and drooping becomes a problem. Similar to the single address stamp, if the lower surface periphery of the rubber print body is supported by the holder, the rubber print body can be prevented from drooping, but a new problem arises. The front-rear width of the effective printing surface of the rubber printing body is reduced by the protruding dimension of the support wall provided on the lower and front sides of the holder, and as a result, the adjacent spacing of the character strings formed on each element stamp is increased.
[0005]
The combination mark is not limited to the combination mark that has been infiltrated, but the combination mark is likely to cause variations in the print position of individual rubber prints when the element seals are joined, and the print quality is inferior to that of a single rubber print. There is a tendency. For example, the print characters of a specific element stamp are likely to fade or blur. On the other hand, when the residence display or the telephone number changes, the print content can be updated at low cost by replacing only the corresponding element stamp or replacing the rubber print.
[0006]
However, in the case of partial update, there are many differences in the overall thickness of the rubber print body due to the difference in production lots between the updated rubber print body and other rubber print bodies, and the adjacent print face positions are difficult to align. . In order to adjust the variation of the stamp surface, when partial update is performed, other element stamps that are not to be updated are stored and the stamp surface position is readjusted. Specifically, a new rubber printing body must be formed somewhat thin, and the stamping surface position must be aligned while adding a spacer to it, which takes a lot of time and a lot of work. It was complicated.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide a combination mark in which individual element stamps are configured as penetrating marks so that the stamping operation can be performed quickly and continuously. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a combination mark that can hold a long and narrow porous printed body having a large aspect ratio without causing the middle portion of the marking surface to hang down and that can reduce the interval between character strings. The object of the present invention is to float and support the surface of a plurality of joined element stamps away from the paper surface, so that it is not necessary to use a specific storage box or stand, and can be placed and stored on an arbitrary place such as a desk. It is to provide a combination mark. The object of the present invention is to change and adjust the vertical position of adjacent element stamps that are joined to each other. Therefore, not only when adjusting the stamp face of a new combination stamp, but also when performing partial update of an element stamp, the stamp face It is an object of the present invention to provide a combination mark that can be easily adjusted by a store or a user, and that can exhibit good print quality equivalent to a single rubber stamp.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The combination mark of the present invention is formed by joining a plurality of element stamps 1 to 3 provided for each print content such as an address, name, and telephone number. Each of the element stamps 1 to 3 includes a stamp body 6 having a pair of joint surfaces 5 and 5, a printing body 7 attached to a lower portion of the stamp body 6, and a connecting body provided on the joint surfaces 5 and 5 of the stamp body 6. 8 and 9. The printing body 7 includes a holder 12 that is detachably attached to the stamp body 6 and a porous printing body 13 that is attached to the holder 12. Accordingly, the element stamps 1 to 3 are formed as penetrating marks that can be continuously printed.
[0009]
[0010]
[0011]
[0012]
[0013]
A printing surface position adjusting mechanism for adjusting the printing surface height of the adjacent printing body 7 is provided between the element stamps 1 to 3. The position adjusting mechanism includes an eccentric cam 28 that is rotatably supported by a shaft 31 provided on one joint surface 5, and a receiving surface that is provided on the other joint surface 5 and circumscribes the adjustment cam surface 33 of the eccentric cam 28. 30 .
[0014]
[0015]
[Effects of the invention]
Since the printing body 7 includes the holder 12 and the porous printing body 13 and each of the element stamps 1 to 3 is infiltrated, if necessary, it can be continuously printed by simply performing a stamping operation. Work can be done quickly and easily. There is also an advantage that the stamp base can be omitted. Since the holder 12 is detachably attached to the stamp body 6, ink can be easily replenished to the printing body 7 simply by removing the holder 12 from the stamp body 6 and separating it.
[0016]
[0017]
[0018]
[0019]
According to the combination mark in which lift legs 4 are provided at the joint ends of a plurality of element stamps 1 to 3, in the non-use state, the seal faces of the element stamps 1 to 3 can be lifted and supported in a state separated from the paper surface. There is no need to use a storage box or stand, and the combination mark can be placed and stored in any place such as a desk.
[0020]
[0021]
According to the combination mark provided with the marking surface position adjusting mechanism for adjusting the marking surface height of the adjacent printing body 7 between the element stamps 1 to 3, it is easy to simply rotate the eccentric cam 28 around the shaft 31. By operation, the vertical position when the element stamps 1 to 3 are joined can be changed and adjusted. Therefore, not only the stamping adjustment of a new combination mark but also the stamping adjustment can be easily performed even when the element stamps 1 to 3 are partially updated. In particular, since the stamp adjustment when partially updating the element seals 1 to 3 can be performed by the dealer or the user's own hands, the exchange of the combination seal between the manufacturer and the dealer can be abolished, and the part update is required accordingly. Save time and money. Even in the case where the stamp face position becomes uneven due to deterioration of the rubber printed body 7 accompanying long-term use, the adjustment can be performed by a store or a user.

[0023]
【Example】
(Example 1)
1 to 7 show an embodiment of a combination mark according to the present invention. In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the combination mark includes a plurality of element stamps 1 to 3 and lift legs 4 that float and support these element stamps 1 to 3. Each of the element stamps 1 to 3 includes a stamp body 6 having a pair of parallel joint surfaces 5 and 5 and a printing body 7 attached to the lower end surface thereof. The front and rear width dimensions (dimensions between the joint surfaces 5) of the stamp body 6 and the printing body 7 are different depending on the difference in printing contents formed on the printing body 7, but the other structures are the same.
[0024]
In FIG. 3, the stamp body 6 is made of a horizontally-long square plate-like plastic molded product, and a pair of male and female coupling bodies 8 and 9 for coupling adjacent element stamps 1 to 3 are provided on each of the joint surfaces 5 and 5. It has been. Specifically, a pair of vertically long rib-like protrusions are provided on both the left and right sides of one joint surface 5 to form one connecting body 8, and a pair of vertically long recesses are provided on both the left and right sides of the other joint surface 5. A connected body 9 is assumed. Adjacent element seals 1 to 3 can be connected one after another by fitting the connecting body 8 made of protrusions into the connecting body 9 to be joined. At the periphery of the joining surface 5 of the stamp body 6, a notch 10 that facilitates separation of the joined element seals 1 to 3 is provided.
[0025]
In order to align the stamping surface positions of the stamps 1 to 3 in the connected state, a position adjusting mechanism is provided, and a pair of connecting bodies 8 and 9 that are concavo-convexly fitted are configured to be capable of relative displacement in the vertical direction. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, the length of the connecting body 9 made of a recess is set to be several mm larger than the vertical length of the connecting body 8 made of a protrusion, and the connecting body 8 9 can be displaced relative to the vertical direction.
[0026]
In FIG. 4, the printing body 7 includes a holder 12 that is detachably attached to the stamp body 6, a porous printing body 13 that is loaded in the holder 12, and an ink impregnated mat 14. The holder 12 includes a plastic holder main body 15 whose upper and lower surfaces are open, and a backup frame 17 that is mounted on the holder main body 15 and is detachably attached to the stamp main body 6.
[0027]
The holder body 15 is made of a rectangular frame-shaped injection-molded product whose upper and lower surfaces are open. The holder body 15 has a pair of left and right side walls 20 and 20 and a pair of thin front and rear walls 21 and 21. Receiving walls 22 for receiving both side ends of the quality printing body 13 are provided, and a narrow receiving wall 23 for receiving the front and rear edges of the lower surface of the porous printing body 13 is further provided at the lower end of the inner surface of the front and rear walls 21. The amount of protrusion of the former receiving wall 22 from the left and right side walls 20 is large, whereas the amount of protrusion of the latter receiving wall 23 from the front and rear walls 21 is very small, and the value is only 0.4 mm (see FIG. 1). In order to make the interval between adjacent character strings as small as possible, the thickness dimension of the front and rear walls 21 is formed by a thin wall (0.3 to 0.4 mm) with a forming limit. For the same reason, the amount of protrusion of the receiving wall 23 is made very small.
[0028]
The porous printed body 13 is made of porous rubber, and has a marking surface 13b projecting from the lower surface of a strip-shaped base portion 13a. An address, a name, and the like are formed as mirror characters on the stamp surface 13b. The lower surface peripheral edge of the base portion 13 a is received in the preceding receiving wall 22 and 23. Therefore, even though the elongated porous printed body 13 having a large aspect ratio is used, the marking surface 13b can be prevented from sagging and can be held flush with the marking surface 13b. The ink-impregnated mat 14 is made of a rubber or plastic foam and is disposed in close contact with the upper surface of the porous printed body 13.
[0029]
The backup frame 17 is made of a horizontally long plastic molded product that fits inside the holder main body 15, and is provided with a connection recess (recess) 24 and an engagement portion 25 near the left and right ends, and between the left and right connection recesses 24. A space 26 for ink replenishment is provided in a groove shape. Corresponding to the coupling recess 24 and the engaging portion 25, projecting prismatic connecting piece (projection) 27 of the inner fitting engagement with connecting recess 24 to the lower surface of the stamp body 6, and the engaging portion on its outer elastic An engaging claw 19 to be engaged is provided (see FIG. 4). When the holder body 15 is removed from the stamp body 6 and operated, the backup frame 17 is detached from the stamp body 6 together with the holder body 15. In this state, ink is supplied from the space 26.
[0030]
In FIG. 3, the position adjusting mechanism includes an eccentric cam 28 disposed on one joint surface 5 and a pair of upper and lower receiving surfaces 30 of a square-shaped engagement recess 29 formed in a recess on the other joint surface 5. The eccentric cam 28 is formed of a hexagonal plate made of a plastic molded product. The center of the eccentric cam 28 is rotatably supported by a shaft 31 projecting from the joint surface 5, and is removed by a stopper 32 fixed to the projecting of the shaft 31. Stopped and held. A recess for receiving the stopper piece 32 is provided in the center of the engagement recess 29.
[0031]
Each side portion of the eccentric cam 28 formed in a hexagonal shape is an adjustment cam surface 33, and depending on which adjustment cam surface 33 is engaged with the pair of receiving surfaces 30, the adjacent element stamps 1 to 3 are arranged. The marking surface position can be adjusted up and down. That is, the reference dimension of the vertical distance between the pair of receiving surfaces 30 and the opposing distance between the three opposing side portions of the eccentric cam 28 is made the same, and the shaft 31 of the three opposing adjusting cam surfaces 33 is arranged. The distance from the center is different for each group. Specifically, when the previous reference dimension is 38 mm, one set the distance from the center to 19 mm and 19 mm, and the next set sets the distance from the center to 18.8 mm and 19.2 mm. The distance from the center of the remaining pair is 18.6 mm and 19.4 mm. Reference numeral 34 denotes a relief recess for avoiding the protrusion of each apex of the eccentric cam 28.
[0032]
According to the position adjustment mechanism configured as described above, the seal surfaces of the adjacent element stamps 1 to 3 depend on which opposing side of the eccentric cam 28 is engaged with the pair of receiving surfaces 30 as shown in FIG. Variation can be adjusted. Basically, the adjustment cam surface 33 whose distance is set to 19 mm and 19 mm is positioned up and down to connect the element stamps 1 to 3, and in this state, the stamp is made. As a result, when only a specific element stamp is faint, the eccentric cam 28 fitted to the engagement recess 29 of the stamp is operated, for example, the adjustment cam surface 33 having a distance of 18.8 mm is formed on the upper surface. Then, the element stamps are connected to each other, and the specific element stamp which has been blurred is corrected downward. Actually, if the vertical position of a specific element stamp to be corrected is changed, the influence thereof affects adjacent element stamps. Therefore, the eccentric cam 28 attached to the specific element stamp is an adjustment cam having a distance of 19.2 mm. The position is corrected so that the surface 33 comes to the upper surface.
[0033]
As a result of the stamping, if only a specific element stamp has smudged, the position of the stamp is corrected upward, contrary to the above case. In order to facilitate this position correction work, etc., an indication of the adjustment amount is displayed on each opposite side, such as ± 0, +0.2, -0.2, +0.4, -0.4. I can leave.
[0034]
1, 6, and 7, the lift leg 4 includes a rectangular main body portion 36 made of a plastic molded product, round shaft-shaped leg pieces 37 provided on the left and right sides of the lower surface, and an element stamp of the main body portion 36. It consists of the connection body 8a * 9a provided in the joint surface with 1 * 3 . As shown in FIG. 1, the leg piece 37 is guided and supported by a guide hole 38 provided in the main body portion 36 so as to be vertically slidable, and is urged downward by a spring 39. A stopper 40 is secured to the lower end of the guide hole 38 to prevent the leg piece 37 from coming off against the spring 39. The main body portion 36 facing the front and rear is different in the structure of the respective joint surfaces. One of them, as shown in FIG. 2, corresponds to the connecting body 8 of the element stamp 1 to be joined, and a connecting body 9a is formed by a vertically long groove. Further, an eccentric cam 28 and a stop piece 32 are formed on the joining surface. An escape recess 41 for avoiding contact interference is provided. The other main body portion 36 is formed with a vertically long rib shape because the connecting body 9 of the element stamp 3 to be joined is a recess. However, the vertical lengths of both the connecting bodies 8a and 9a are made to match the vertical lengths of the connecting bodies 8 and 9 of the mating counterparts, and the lift legs 4 and the element stamps 1 and 3 are relative to each other in the vertical direction. Eliminate room for sliding. Notches 10a for separation operation are provided on the upper left and right of the main body 36.
[0035]
As described above, according to the combination mark that has been infiltrated, printing can be performed simply by pushing down the entire combination mark against the spring 39 of the lift leg 4 and can be continuously printed. Compared with marks, printing work can be done quickly and easily. Further, since the marking surface 13b of the combination mark can be lifted away from the paper surface by the lift leg 4, it is not necessary to prepare a holder or a stand for placing the combination mark when not in use, and the combination mark can be arbitrarily set. Can be stored and stored in place. Since the main body portion 36 of the lift leg 4 is coupled to the stamp body 6 using the coupling bodies 8 and 9, the lift leg 4 can be used even when the number of connection and the combination form of the element stamps 1 to 3 are variously different. It can be connected to the stamps 1 to 3 without hindrance, and the lift leg 4 can be shared by all combination marks.

Note that the number of combination marks may be any number as long as it connects two or more element stamps 1 to 3. The position adjusting mechanism is not necessarily provided in each element stamp, and can be provided in every other element stamp. Further, the position adjusting mechanism can be provided between the stamp body 6 of each element stamp and the printing body 7, and in this case, the printing surface can be easily adjusted while the element stamps are connected. . The element stamps 1 to 3 that have been infiltrated can protect the marking surface or prevent dust and the like from adhering to the marking surface by covering the marking surface from the lower surface side with a cap, for example .
