まず、上記構成を有する単位印判C及び単位印判Dを用意し、単位印判Cの連結用凸部5’と単位印判Dの連結用凹部6’を連結して連結式印判とする。この連結した状態で紙等に押印してみると単位印判C及び単位印判Dの印影に濃淡の差が出現することがある。例えば、単位印判Cの印影は濃すぎて滲んでしまっており、他方単位印判Dの印影は薄い場合を想定すると、単位印判Cの印面が単位印判Dの印面に比べて相対的に突出したような状態になっている為に単位印判Cの加重が大きくなって、印影の濃淡が生じていると考えられる。この場合は、単位印判Cの回転部材のねじ穴10’にドライバーやコインを挿入して、左方向に1回転程度回動させる。そうすると、単位印判Cの印字体ホルダーが0.2mm程度上がったような位置関係となる。これによって単位印判Cの印面と単位印判Dの印面の相対的な位置関係が改善され、双方の印面がフラットな状態となる。この状態で再び紙等に押印して印影を確認すると、印面の位置がフラットなため、濃淡の無い鮮明な印影を得ることができる。
単位印判Cの印影が薄く、単位印判Dの印影が濃い場合は、単位印判Cの回転部材のねじ穴10’にドライバーやコインを挿入して、右方向に1回転程度回動させる。そうすると、単位印判Aの印字体ホルダーが0.2mm程度下がったような位置関係となり、双方の印面がフラットな状態となる。
上記の通り、単位印判Cと単位印判Dは上下位置を微調節できることとなる。本実施形態では、単位印判C及び単位印判D共に上下位置を微調節する回転部材を内蔵しているが、どちらか一方のみが回転部材を有していても連結式印判の上下位置を調節することができる。また、回転部材を回転する移動量によって任意の高さに印字体ホルダーを上下させることができるので、0.1mm毎やそれ以下に調節できるようにすることも容易である。

First, the unit stamp C and the unit stamp D having the above-described configuration are prepared, and the connecting convex portion 5 ′ of the unit stamp C and the connecting concave portion 6 ′ of the unit stamp D are connected to form a connecting stamp. When stamped on paper or the like in this connected state, a difference in shading may appear in the seals of the unit stamp C and the unit stamp D. For example, assuming that the imprint of the unit stamp C is too dark and blurred, and the imprint of the unit stamp D is thin, it seems that the stamp surface of the unit stamp C protrudes relative to the stamp surface of the unit stamp D. As a result, the relative positional relationship between the stamp surface of the unit stamp C and the stamp surface of the unit stamp D is improved, and both the stamp surfaces become flat. In this state, when the stamp is confirmed again by stamping on paper or the like, the stamp surface is flat, so that a clear seal with no shading can be obtained.
When the stamp of the unit stamp C is thin and the stamp of the unit stamp D is dark, a screwdriver or a coin is inserted into the screw hole 10 ′ of the rotating member of the unit stamp C and rotated about one turn to the right. If it does so, it will be in the positional relationship that the printing body holder of the unit stamp A fell about 0.2 mm, and both stamped surfaces will be in a flat state.
