この穴あけ作業は、穴あけ道具を使用し、人力にて1個ずつ穴をあけるのであるが、ビニールハウス内の温度は高く、温度によるマルチシート13の伸び等により、穴あけの作業性が悪くなる為、作業時間の制約も受けると共に作業後のマルチシート抜き片13aの回収も多大な時間を要する。

一般的にビニールハウスでの栽培農家は数10棟の規模でトマト、野菜等を栽培しているので、定植用穴数は数万個にのぼり、その作業は重労働となっている。

従来の定植用穴あけ作業は、従来の技術で述べた如く穴あけ道具を用いた手作業であり、作業時のビニールハウス内の高温度によるマルチシートの切断の悪さ、作業性の悪さ等の悪条件による作業時間の遅延での定植穴の乾燥による定植苗に悪影響を与えるため短時間の作業が必要となる。

【発明の効果】
上述の従来の技術で述べた如く、人力によるビニールハウス内の定植用穴12aあけ作業は室内の温度によるマルチシート13の伸びによる穴あけ作業性の問題や、時間経過による定植用穴12aの乾燥等の問題が有り、短時間で一棟当たり約900個の穴あけが必要であり、後継者不足や高齢化等によってこの定植用穴12aあけ作業は多大な重労働であった。

本発明の実施効果は、畝Gの穴列巾A、畝高C、穴設定間隔B、穴の深さH、穴の配置イ、ロ、ハ等を調整出来、さらに穴あけ作業において一畝ごとに機械の移動は必要であるが、畝Gの穴あけ開始点Dから畝の終点E迄は、無人走行し定植用穴12aをあけながらマルチシート抜き片13aを回収し走行する。

従来の人力による穴あけ作業が数時間要し、さらにマルチシート抜き片13aの回収に多くの時間を要していたが、本機を使用する事で約1/5〜1/6の作業時間で終了するため、労力が大巾に減少し発明が解決しようとする課題は全て解決できた。
