Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an animal capture device that reliably captures a small animal such as a monkey or a raccoon from a large animal such as a boar and prevents the occurrence of personal injury.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various cages, fences, and the like have been developed and disclosed for animal trapping devices.
For example, there are JP-A-2002-272351 (title of the invention) and JP-A-2001-37400 (title of the invention).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2002-272351 A [Patent Document 2]
JP 2001-037400 A
In the former, the reference numerals of the capturing cage (1) [() of the animal capturing device indicate the reference numerals used in the patent publication. same as below. The door (2) falls, closes, and captures the animal through direct contact of the animal that has entered the inside with the rope (4) for catching the animal.
In the latter case, the shutter (13) falls and closes, and the animal that has entered the cage body (10) of the capture cage directly contacts and rotates with the revolving door (20) to capture the animal. It is a method to do.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
(1) Since the two methods exemplified above use the door (2) or the shutter (13) opened for catching animals, it is possible for people to enter and exit, and people can enter. If the animal comes into contact with the rope (4) or the revolving door (20) by mistake, the door (2) or the shutter (13) falls and closes, and the person is trapped in the cage.
In particular, in the case of children, etc., they do not know the trapping mechanism of animals, and even if they do, they will go out of curiosity, touch the rope for animal hooking (4), etc. and drop the door. Since it is difficult to escape outside, the use of such an animal capture device is very dangerous in itself, and it is necessary to prevent the occurrence of personal injury due to the installation of the capture device. In the future, it is expected that the installation of catch cages and fences will increase in order to capture animals, but the occurrence of such accidents is concerned and measures are required.
(2) The conventional animal trapping device has a mechanism for bringing the animal into direct contact with the cage. In the above example, the rope (4) or the revolving door (20) is provided. To the animal, because this mechanism is visible, at first, even if the animal works well, it becomes increasingly cautious, stops before the mechanism, changes direction and escapes. In this case, the gimmick is useless, and no harmful animals can be captured.
Also, when animals behave in a herd, some may enter the cage but others may not look into the cage, looking outside the cage. For example, in the case of a wild boar, the wild boar enters the cage and eats food, but the parent boar waits outside the cage and watches the child's wild boar, and in the cage Do not try to enter. Only the boar of the child hangs on the device, and the parent escapes. With a conventional capture device, it is difficult to capture a large number of animals at a time.
[0006]
The present invention has been devised in view of the above situation, and its purpose is to reliably eliminate the occurrence of personal injury caused by the installation of the above-described animal capture device, and to capture wild animals without warning them. It is an object of the present invention to provide an animal catching device that can be introduced into the device to capture a large amount at a time, and that is easy to use, manage and maintain in mountainous areas.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The animal capturing device according to the present invention includes a cage body that captures an animal, a door that opens and closes on the side of the cage body, a photoelectric sensor that detects the entry of the animal into the cage body, and an operation of the photoelectric sensor. A light sensor that is shut off in the daytime and is executed at night, a support member that restrains the door from falling at the open position where the door is moved upward, and a restraint that releases the restraint of the support member on the door. When the door is closed, the door is dropped and closed with a time difference setter by a time difference setting unit when the animal is detected by the photoelectric sensor, and the animal is captured.
The cage of the present invention has a rectangular box shape or the like, and can be formed by attaching a mesh to a steel material such as an angle iron or the like. Forming by combining panels of the same structural element is convenient for production, assembly, disassembly, and transportation.
At the entrance of the cage, there is provided an entrance frame that guides the opening and closing of the door. The entrance frame is angled steel, groove-shaped at the entrance of the cage so that the door does not come off even if the captured animal is violent. A structure in which steel or the like is fixed by welding can be employed.
The photoelectric sensor detects the animal's entry into the cage body, eliminating any conventional device for alerting animals and searching for food in the cage without having to be alert. You can be invited into the cage. Then, taking into account the time when many animals enter the cage at one time, set a time difference from the time of sensing the photoelectric sensor, set the time difference in the time difference setting device, and delay it to the time of sensing the animal by the photoelectric sensor. Thus, the door is dropped and closed, so that a large amount of animals can be captured. Here, the time difference set in the time difference setting device is usually within 10 minutes, but can be determined according to the capture state of the animal.
The operation of the photoelectric sensor is interrupted during the day by the light sensor and executed at night. The door of the animal capture device of the present invention is kept open during the day for preparation. However, the reason why the operation of the photoelectric sensor is shut off in the daytime is to solve this problem by preventing the door from closing at all in the daytime when the door is closed, which causes a personal injury. . Since the animals are nocturnal, even if the operation of the photoelectric sensor is performed only at night, there is no problem in capturing the animals.
In the present invention, [1] discrimination between day and night by an optical sensor, [2] cut-off / execution of a photoelectric sensor by this optical sensor, [3] closing of a door through a time difference by a time setting device based on a sensing signal of the photoelectric sensor, It is preferable that all or part of these operations and operations be performed by a relay. Animal catching devices are installed in mountainous areas where animals appear and disappear, so after transporting, assembling and installing the catching device, place food in the cage and then monitor the catching situation, etc. That's why. After the door is closed in [3], it is preferable to add [4] an operation of turning off the power to the relay. The purpose of disabling all sensors is to maintain and manage the functions of all sensors and save battery power.
[0008]
The above-described animal catching device of the present invention (claim 1) is characterized in that a rod-shaped or plate-shaped stopper is provided at an upper end of the cage main body, at an end on the installation side of the door, diagonally upward and inward, and one end of the stopper is provided. A support lever for supporting the door in an open state is detachably installed near the end of the cage body, and is pressed and stopped so as to be sandwiched between the stopper and the support lever. A pin is installed, and the rear end of the support lever is pressed and fixed by the stop pin, and the drop of the door is restrained by the support lever. When the door is closed, a pulling tool connected to the stop pin is provided. By pulling and retracting, the restraint by the support lever on the door can be released.
Here, a support lever is used as a support tool. In the case of a rod shape, two stoppers may be provided on both sides of the support lever, and in the case of a plate shape, a stopper in which a portion through which the support lever is inserted may be provided in one plate may be provided.
[0009]
Further, the animal capturing device of the present invention (claim 1) attaches one end of a support wire supporting the door to an upper end of the door, and pulls the support wire through a pulley when the door is opened, At the rear of the door, a loop formed at the other end of the support wire is hooked on a rotating body that freely rotates by a rotating shaft in a plane perpendicular to the door, and a rotating lever is engaged with the rotating body to engage the rotating lever. By preventing rotation of the rotating body, the support wire is maintained in a tensioned state to restrain the door from falling, and when closing the door, the rotating lever is rotated to rotate the rotating lever from the rotating body. , The rotating body is rotated, the loop of the support wire is separated from the rotating body, and the constraint on the door by the support wire can be released.
A support wire is used as a support tool.
The rotating body has a rod shape, but may have a plate shape or the like. In the case of a disk shape, a hook for hooking the loop of the support wire on the disk is fixedly provided.
[0010]
Further, it is preferable that the above-mentioned animal capturing device of the present invention includes a fixture for installing the photoelectric sensor outside the cage body away from the contact of the animal. Since the photoelectric sensor is used in the animal capture device, damage to the photoelectric sensor due to animal contact, poor sensitivity, and the like are prevented, and the function is maintained and managed. The attachment is provided to be attached to the animal capturing device, but may be provided by standing uprights separately from the animal capturing device.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
One example of the mode will be described with reference to FIGS.
This shows a state in which the door 2 that moves up and down along the entrance frame 8 provided on the front surface of the cage body 1 is open. A photoelectric sensor 3 is attached to one of two opposing side surfaces of the cage body 1 to detect the approach of an animal, and a reflector 3a is attached to the other. The light sensor 4 shuts off the operation of the photoelectric sensor during the daytime and executes the operation at nighttime, and is provided in the control box 11 in this example.
A stopper 7 is provided at an end 1a on the door 2 installation side on the upper surface of the cage main body 1 and obliquely above the inside with one end fixed. In this example, the stopper 7 is a two rod-shaped body.
A support lever 5a is detachably installed near the end 1a of the cage body 1. The fixing of the support lever 5a to the cage body 1 is performed by pushing the stop pin 9 so as to be sandwiched between the stopper 7 and the support lever 5a, and pressing the rear end of the support lever 5a by the stop pin 9. Thus, the support lever 5 a is fixed by the fulcrum of the end 1 a on the upper surface of the cage body 1 and the pressing force of the stop pin 9. The tip of the support lever 5a is inserted into the mesh of the door 2 to support the door 2 and restrain its fall.
The door 2 for closing the animal in the cage main body 1 is closed by pulling a pulling tool 10 connected to the locking pin 9 and retracting the same to release the restraint on the door 2 by the support lever 5a. The pulling device 10 is pulled by means using the magnet 6.
The control box 11 is provided with a sensor switch 13 and a power switch 14. A battery 12 is provided in the cage body 1. The sensor switch 13 functions so that each sensor relays.
In this example, in the control box 11, after the above-mentioned [1] discrimination between day and night by the optical sensor, [2] shut-off and execution of the photoelectric sensor, [3] the time difference by the time setting device, the closing of the door, [4] ] The operation of turning off the power supply is incorporated as a relay.
FIG. 4 shows a panel 1 b constituting the cage body 1.
[0012]
Next, another example of the embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
In this example, a support wire 5b is used as a support tool. One end of the support wire 5b is attached to the upper end of the door 2, the door 2 is lifted by the support wire 5b via the pulley 15, the support wire 5b is pulled, and the wheel 16 formed at the other end of the support wire 5b is rotated. Hook on one end of 17. The rotating body 17 is provided at the rear of the door 2 so as to be rotatable by a rotating shaft 18 in a plane perpendicular to the door 2. The rotating body 17 is engaged with a rotating lever 19 to rotate the rotating body 17. To block. Thereby, the support wire 5b is maintained in the tension state, the door 2 is maintained in the open state, and the drop is restrained. At the time of capturing the animal, the metal wire 21 is pulled by the action of the magnet 20, and the rotating lever 19 is rotated downward (in the clockwise direction in FIG. 6A) to disengage the rotating lever 19 from the rotating body 17 and rotate. By rotating the body 17, the ring 16 of the support wire 5 b is disengaged from the rotator 17, the constraint on the door 2 by the support wire 5 b is released, and the door 2 is closed. In this example, the rotating shaft 18 is rotatably mounted by a mounting column 25 fixed to the cage body 1.
Also in this example, the various operations and operations described in the previous example can be performed by the relay.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) The invention of the present application can eliminate a person (especially a child) who has entered the cage in the daytime, which accidentally or unexpectedly occurs in the daytime. The problem is that no consideration has been given so far and the solution has been neglected.
(2) Since the trapping mechanism of the animal is non-contact, it is possible to easily invite the wild animal into the trapping device without causing a caution to the wild animal, and to achieve a large amount of trapping at a time. With the conventional device, it is difficult for the animal to watch the device and catch it in a cage. Also, even if the animal catches the animal, the door is activated by the contact of the animal and falls immediately, so it is difficult to catch a large amount. Was. In this regard, the method was renewed in accordance with the habits of animals, and the role of the trapping device was improved.
(3) It is excellent in use and maintenance of the capture device, and is suitable for use in mountainous areas. By using a relay, it is also possible to minimize the number of manual operations.
