[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the harness 101 is fixed via the mounting member 102 in this way, the mounting member 102 is separately required and the work of mounting the mounting member 102 to the harness 101 is also required. There is a problem that man-hours increase.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in order to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a harness fixing structure capable of reducing the number of parts and work steps for fixing the harness.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The fixing structure for a harness according to the present invention is a fixing structure for a harness to a member to be mounted, wherein the member to be mounted includes a plurality of elastic ribs near a position where the harness is mounted, and the harness includes: After being disposed between the plurality of ribs, the plurality of ribs are connected to each other via a connecting member, and are attached to and fixed to the member to be mounted while being sandwiched by the plurality of ribs. I do.
[0007]
According to the present invention, the harness is sandwiched by the plurality of elastic ribs formed on the member to be mounted, and the plurality of ribs are connected to each other via the connecting member to fix the harness. The attachment member is not required, and the operation of attaching the attachment member to the harness is not required. Thereby, the number of parts for fixing the harness and the number of work steps can be reduced.
[0008]
In addition, it is preferable that the plurality of ribs have different lengths from the base end to the tip end.
[0009]
In addition, the connecting material is a needle material having a structure in which a part of the plurality of ribs is connected by penetrating and bending the plurality of ribs in the thickness direction, an adhesive for bonding at least a part of the plurality of ribs, It is preferable that the tape material is wound in a state where at least some of the plurality of ribs are in contact with each other.
[0010]
Note that the harness is a wire harness having a structure in which a plurality of electric wires whose conductors are covered with an insulating coating are bundled and bound with a tape, or a structure in which a plurality of conductors are covered with an insulating coating and arranged in a plane. Preferably, it is a flat harness.
[0011]
Further, the attached member is preferably a bumper face of an automobile.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is an external perspective view for explaining a harness fixing structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA 'of FIG.
The flat harness 1 as a harness has a structure in which a plurality of conductors 2 are covered with an insulating coating 3 and arranged in a plane, and is fixed to a panel 4 as a member to be mounted. A plurality of elastic ribs 5 and 6 are formed in the vicinity of the mounting position of the flat harness 1 of the panel 4. By connecting the plurality of ribs 5 and 6 with a connecting needle 7 as a connecting material, The flat harness 1 is attached and fixed to the panel 4 while being sandwiched. The connecting needle 7 has a structure in which a part thereof penetrates the plurality of ribs 5 and 6 in the thickness direction and is bent, and has the same effect as a so-called stapler (stapler).
[0013]
In this example, of the plurality of ribs 5, 6, one rib 5 is formed so as to protrude longer from the panel 4 than the other rib 6, and the flat harness 1 is arranged between the ribs 5, 6. Thereafter, the ribs 5 and 6 are connected in a state where they are bent in the same direction by the connection needle 7, and the flat harness 1 is sandwiched and fixed, for example, such that the width direction of the flat harness 1 is along the surface of the panel 4. .
[0014]
As described above, in this fixing structure, the flat harness 1 is sandwiched between the plurality of ribs 5 and 6 formed on the panel 4 and the ribs 5 and 6 are connected by the connection needles 7 to fix and attach the flat harness 1 to the panel 4. For this reason, a separate mounting member for fixing is not required, and a work for mounting the mounting member to the flat harness 1 is also unnecessary, so that the number of parts for fixing and the number of work steps can be reduced. In this example, the flat harness 1 has been described as a harness. However, a wire harness (not shown) having a structure in which a plurality of electric wires covered with an insulating coating 3 are bundled with a conductor 2 and bound with a tape is used. Can obtain the same effect. Also, the panel 4 has been described as a member to be attached, but this fixing structure may be applied to a bumper face constituting a bumper of an automobile, for example. Although the connecting needle 7 has been described as a connecting material for connecting the plurality of ribs 5 and 6, for example, an adhesive for bonding at least a part of the plurality of ribs 5 and 6, or a part for abutting the parts. The ribs 5 and 6 may be connected by using a tape material wound in a state where the tape is wound.
[0015]
Note that the plurality of ribs 5 and 6 may be formed in a shape projecting substantially vertically from the panel 4, or one rib 5 (or rib 6) may be formed in advance in the direction of the other rib 6 (or rib 5). The ribs 5 and 6 may be formed in a shape bent in the same direction in advance. If the ribs 5 and 6 are formed in a bent shape, it becomes easier to connect the ribs.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a harness is sandwiched between a plurality of elastic ribs formed on a member to be mounted, and the plurality of ribs are connected to each other via a connecting material to fix the harness. A mounting member for fixing the harness is not required, and an operation for mounting the mounting member to the harness is not required. Thereby, there is an effect that the number of parts and the number of work steps for fixing the harness can be reduced.
