TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gaming machine having a transparent member holding frame for covering the front of a game area with a transparent member and holding the transparent member, wherein a pachinko machine capable of preventing improper actions performed by shifting the transparent member upward can be prevented. Related to gaming machines such as gaming machines.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional gaming machines, for example, pachinko gaming machines, have a horizontal U-shaped transparent member storage frame on the back side of a transparent member holding frame, and insert and hold a transparent member such as a glass plate from above the transparent member storage frame. The transparent member covers the front of the game area. However, the upper end of the transparent member is not fixed, and even if a player tries to move even during a game, the transparent member moves upward. In the pachinko gaming machine having such a configuration, when the transparent member is shifted, a gap is formed between the transparent member holding frame and an unauthorized member is intruded from this gap, and an illegal act is performed in the gaming area. There is a fear. Therefore, in order to solve the possibility of this misconduct, pachinko gaming machines having a transparent member holding frame provided with a transparent member upward movement restricting means (stopper) have been proposed (for example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2). ).

[Patent Document 2]
JP-A-10-94651 (page 8, FIG. 23)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional pachinko gaming machine described above, in order to remove the stopper from the upper end of the transparent member, it is necessary to remove the fastening member using a tool or to rotate the stopper over the entire width of the transparent member. did not become. Further, there is also a stopper on the shaft mounting side of the transparent member holding frame, and it is necessary to secure a working space for removing the stopper or a space for retracting the stopper itself. Therefore, in order to obtain these spaces, the transparent member holding frame must be opened widely with respect to the front frame, which is troublesome and hinders the improvement of the efficiency of replacement work.
[0005]
Also, in the conventional pachinko gaming machine described above, if the user forgets to operate the stopper and closes the transparent member holding frame without noticing it, the upward movement of the transparent member cannot be regulated, and May be performed. Further, the stopper may be damaged by colliding with the transparent member holding frame.
[0006]
In a pachinko game machine without a special stopper, the upward movement of the transparent member is restricted by the upper portion of the inner peripheral wall of the opening of the front frame in a state where the transparent member is closed with respect to the front frame. However, in such a configuration, in order to allow the transparent member holding frame to rotate, the upper end of the transparent member holding frame held in the transparent member holding frame, and the upper portion of the inner peripheral wall of the opening of the front frame. A predetermined gap must be provided between them. However, there is a possibility that an illegal member (a wire or the like) may enter the gap to perform an illegal act.
[0007]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a gaming machine in which a stopper can be operated even when the degree of opening of a transparent member holding frame is small when a transparent member is attached or detached. It is what we are going to offer.
[0008]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a gaming machine capable of restricting the upward movement of the transparent member even if the user forgets to operate the stopper.

The upward movement restricting member 54 is a member that restricts the upper end of the transparent member 12 from abutting when the transparent member 12 is moved upward by a predetermined distance, so that the transparent member 12 does not move further upward. The transparent member stopper 38 of the present embodiment is configured such that the upward movement restricting member 54 and the operation handle 56 are integrated, and protrudes from the guide base 57 toward the rear of the transparent member holding frame 11 so as to restrict the upward movement. Although the contact portion 53 is formed on the lower surface of the member 54, the upward movement restricting member 54 and the operation handle 56 may be provided separately on the guide base 57. The upper and lower ends of the guide base 57 are engaged with guide grooves 59 formed in the mounting base member 36. The guide grooves 59 are provided up and down along the moving direction of the upward movement restricting member 54, and are configured so that the upward movement restricting member 54 can move in the lateral direction without moving in the front-back direction. The upper guide groove 59a of the guide groove 59 is formed by separating the lower part of the reinforcing member 51 from the mounting base member 36 (see FIGS. 8 and 9).
[0025]
When the upward movement restricting member 54, that is, the operation handle 56 and the contact portion 53 are laterally moved to the rotation axis side of the transparent member holding frame 11, the transparent member stopper And the contact portion 53 is located at the upper end of the transparent member 12 and is in contact therewith. That is, as shown by the solid line in FIG. 6, the transparent member stopper 38 can change the state to the first state in which the upward movement of the transparent member 12 is restricted (prevented). In addition, a gap (for example, 5 mm) is formed between the transparent member 12 and the abutting portion 53 such that an unauthorized member cannot enter, but a dimensional error or a mounting error of the transparent member 12 can be absorbed. . On the other hand, when the operation handle 56 and the contact portion 53 are moved to the free end side of the transparent member holding frame 11, the transparent member stopper 38 moves laterally from above the transparent member 12 as shown by the broken line in FIG. At the same time, the contact portion 53 comes off the upper end of the transparent member 12. That is, the state of the transparent member stopper 38 can be changed to the second state in which the upward movement of the transparent member 12 is permitted (not restricted).
[0026]
Further, the transparent member holding frame 11 has a notch-shaped state maintaining portion 62 formed inside the guide groove 59 of the mounting base member 36. The state maintaining section 62 engages with the engagement projection 64 projecting from the guide base 57 to maintain the transparent member stopper 38 in the first state, and maintains the transparent member stopper 38 in the second state. The first state maintaining part 62a is formed near the rotation axis of the transparent member holding frame 11, and the second state maintaining part 62b is formed in the transparent member holding frame 11 in the moving direction. Is formed near the free end. When the transparent member stopper 38 is changed to the first state or the second state by providing such a state maintaining portion 62, the engaging projection 64 of the guide base 57 is engaged with the state maintaining portion 62, and the transparent member stopper 38 is provided. Can maintain the first state or the second state. That is, when the engagement protrusion 64 is engaged with the first state maintaining portion 62a, the transparent member holding frame 11 can maintain the upward movement restricting member 54 in the first state, and the engagement protrusion 64 is moved to the second state. When engaged with the state maintaining portion 62b, the upward movement restricting member 54 can be maintained in the second state.
[0027]
Then, as shown in FIG. 10, the front frame 3 has the operation handle storage portion 66 (corresponding to the storage portion for the operation portion of the present invention) and the operation handle contact portion 67 (this portion) at positions that can face the transparent member stopper 38. (Corresponding to the operating portion contact portion of the invention). The operation handle storage section 66 is for storing the operation handle 56 of the transparent member stopper 38 in the first state, and abuts the operation handle 56 in the first state on the upper front side of the front frame base member 4. A concave space that can be accommodated without any space is formed, and the depth of the concave space is greater than the projecting length of the operation handle 56 (specifically, the length from the back surface of the transparent member holding frame 11 to the tip of the operation handle 56). You have set. The operation handle abutting portion 67 is a flat portion to which the tip of the operation handle 56 of the transparent member stopper 38 in the second state can abut. In the horizontal position, the transparent member holding frame 11 is formed at a position facing the back side near the free end.
[0028]
In the pachinko gaming machine 1 having the above-described configuration, when the transparent member stopper 38 is changed to the first state, the contact portion 53 of the transparent member stopper 38 contacts the upper end of the transparent member 12, and the transparent member 12 rises. Movement in the direction is blocked. When the transparent member holding frame 11 is closed with respect to the front frame 3 in this state, the back surface of the transparent member holding frame 11 approaches the front surface of the front frame base member 4 while the tip of the operation handle 56 is housed in the operation handle housing 66. . Further, when the transparent member holding frame 11 and the front frame base member 4 are brought closer to each other, the operation handle 56 is stored in the operation handle storage portion 66 without contacting the front frame base member 4, and the transparent member holding frame 11 It can be brought into a fully closed state with respect to the frame 3, that is, a closed state at a normal position (see FIG. 10A).
[0029]
Then, the operation handle 56 is protected by the operation handle storage 66 and cannot be changed to the second state. Therefore, there is no possibility that a gap is formed between the transparent member 12 and the transparent member storage frame 37, and an unauthorized member is inserted.
[0030]
On the other hand, when the transparent member holding frame 11 is closed with respect to the front frame 3 with the transparent member stopper 38 being changed to the second state, the tip of the operation handle 56 approaches the operation handle contact portion 67. Further, when the transparent member holding frame 11 is brought closer to the front frame base member 4, the operation handle 56 comes into contact with the operation handle contact portion 67, whereby the transparent member holding frame 11 is closed to the normal position with respect to the front frame 3. (See FIG. 10B).
[0031]
As described above, the upward movement restricting member 54 protrudes the operation handle 56 for performing the conversion operation to the first state or the second state toward the rear of the transparent member holding frame 11, and the front frame 3 An operation handle storage portion 66 for storing the operation handle 56 in the first state without contact, and an operation handle contact portion 67 to which the operation handle 56 in the second state can abut. When the transparent member holding frame 11 is closed by changing the state of the transparent member holding frame 11 to the first state, the operation handle 56 is housed in the operation handle housing part 66 and the transparent member holding frame 11 is closed at the normal position, and the transparent member stopper 38 is closed. Is changed to the second state, and the transparent member holding frame 11 is closed, the operation handle 56 contacts the operation handle contact portion 67, and the transparent member holding frame 11 is Since to be prevented closed to a position, it is possible to prevent the transparent member stopper 38 will close the left transparent member holding frame 11 in the second state to the front frame 3. Therefore, it is possible to surely reduce the cause of the fraud.
[0032]
Further, the transparent member holding frame 11 includes a state maintaining portion 62 capable of maintaining the transparent member stopper 38 in the first state or the second state, and the state maintaining portion 62 has a cutout shape in the mounting base member 36. In addition, a first state maintaining section 62a for maintaining the first state and a second state maintaining section 62b for maintaining the second state are arranged side by side in the moving direction of the upward movement restricting member 54. The first state maintaining portion 62a is formed near the rotation axis of the transparent member holding frame 11, the second state maintaining portion 62b is formed near the free end of the transparent member holding frame 11, and the upward movement restricting member 54 is in the state An engagement protrusion 64 engageable with the holding portion 62 is provided. When the engagement protrusion 64 is engaged with the first state maintaining portion 62a, the upward movement restricting member 54 is maintained in the first state, and the engagement protrusion 64 Is engaged with the second state maintaining portion 62b. Since the upward movement restricting member 54 is maintained in the second state, the transparent member stopper 38 suddenly changes to the other state after being changed to either the first state or the second state. Can be prevented. Therefore, the work of attaching or replacing the transparent member 12 can be performed smoothly.
[0033]
Further, to remove the transparent member 12 from the transparent member holding frame 11, the transparent member holding frame 11 in the closed state is opened, and then the state of the transparent member stopper 38 is changed from the first state to the second state. At this time, the transparent member holding frame 11 only needs to be opened so that the transparent handle holding frame 11 does not hit the front frame base member 4 even if the operation handle 56 moves sideways. Specifically, since the tip of the operation handle 56 in the present embodiment is located before the rear surface of the transparent member 12, it is sufficient that a gap is formed between the transparent member 12 and the front frame base member 4. is there. Then, it is not necessary to open the transparent member holding frame 11 largely until a sufficiently large space can be secured also on the rotating shaft side. Therefore, the preparation for removing the transparent member 12 can be quickly performed.
[0034]
When the transparent member stopper 38 has been changed to the second state, the transparent member 12 is in a state where it can be moved upward, and when lifted as it is, comes off the transparent member storage frame 37.
[0035]
Note that the front frame 3 may include a holding frame detecting unit that can detect the open / close state of the transparent member holding frame 11 in the operation handle storage unit 66. For example, the front frame 3 shown in FIG. 11 includes a handle detection switch 70 (corresponding to a holding frame state detection unit of the present invention) for detecting the storage state of the operation handle 56 on the inner surface on the back side of the operation handle storage section 66. . The handle detection switch 70 is electrically connected to a control device (for example, the discharge control device 31) via a wire, and when the tip of the operation handle 56 abuts, the operation handle is stored in the operation handle storage 66. 56 is stored, that is, the transparent member stopper 38 is changed to the first state, and it is detected that the transparent member holding frame 11 is fully closed with respect to the front frame 3, and the detection signal is transmitted to the control device. It is configured to be able to transmit to.
[0036]
As described above, the front frame 3 is provided with the handle detection switch 70 that can detect the open / close state of the transparent member holding frame 11 by detecting whether the operation handle 56 is housed in the operation handle housing 66. With the provision, the movement of the transparent member 12 is restricted, and it can be easily confirmed whether the transparent member holding frame 11 is sufficiently closed with respect to the front frame 3.
[0037]
If the control device receives the signal from the handle detection switch 70 as one of the conditions for starting the game (for example, launching a game ball), the state in which the transparent member holding frame 11 is not closed to the normal position, That is, it is possible to prevent the game from proceeding in a state where there is a risk that the unauthorized member may be inserted into the game area 10. Therefore, it is preferable that fraudulent acts can be prevented beforehand.
[0038]
By the way, the pachinko gaming machine 1 according to the present invention may be provided with a buffer member 72 between the operation handle 56 of the transparent member stopper 38 and the operation handle contact portion 67 of the front frame base member 4. For example, an operation handle 56 ′ shown in FIG. 12 has a cushioning member 72 formed by coating an elastic material such as rubber on a portion that can abut on the operation handle contact portion 67, that is, a tip. When such a cushioning member 72 is provided on the operation handle 56 ', the cushioning member 72 reduces the impact force generated when the operation handle 56' comes into contact with the operation handle contact portion 67. The operation handle 56 'is hard to be damaged even if it comes into contact with the contact portion 67. Therefore, even if the transparent member holding frame 11 is accidentally closed with the transparent member stopper 38 in the second state by mistake, the transparent member stopper 38 can be prevented from being broken. Further, it is difficult for the operating handle 56 ′ to transmit the impact force of contacting the operating handle contact portion 67 to the transparent member 12, and when the transparent member stopper 38 is closed in the second state, the transparent member holding frame 11 is closed. In addition, it is possible to prevent the transparent member 12 from being cracked and the transparent member 12 from being cracked.
[0039]
The cushioning member 72 may be any member as long as it can reduce the impact force. For example, a buffer damper that resists the closing operation of the transparent member holding frame 11 is provided around the rotation axis of the transparent member holding frame 11, and the transparent member is provided immediately before the operation handle 56 ′ comes into contact with the operation handle contact portion 67. The rotation speed at which the holding frame 11 closes may be reduced.
[0040]
Then, the transparent member stopper 38 may be urged in the moving direction from the second state to the first state. For example, the transparent member stopper 38 shown in FIG. 13 has a space provided inside the upward movement restricting member 54 and accommodates a spring 71 (corresponding to one of the urging means of the present invention). The other end of the inner wall of the upward movement restricting member 54 is engaged with the rotating shaft side of the transparent member holding frame 11, and the other end thereof is engaged with an engaging portion 36 a extending rearward from the mounting base member 36. The engagement portion 36a is provided so as to be housed in the space inside the upward movement restricting member 54. In this manner, since the spring 71 urges the upward movement restricting member 54 in the direction of movement from the second state to the first state, the spring 71 does not forget to convert the transparent member stopper 38 to the first state. Therefore, the upward movement of the transparent member 12 can be reliably restricted.
[0041]
In the above-described embodiment, the transparent member holding frame 11 is configured to be prevented from closing to the normal position while the transparent member stopper 38 remains in the second state, but the present invention is not limited to this. Alternatively, even if the transparent member stopper is in the second state, it may be automatically converted to the first state and closed to the normal position.
[0042]
That is, a front frame to which a game board forming a game area is attached, and a transparent member holding frame attached to the front side of the front frame to hold a transparent member covering the front of the game area so as to be openable and closable. In a gaming machine equipped with
The transparent member holding frame,
A mounting base member for rotatably supporting one side of the front frame,
A transparent member storage frame attached to the mounting base member and storing the transparent member from above,
Upward movement restricting means for restricting upward movement of the transparent member stored in the transparent member storage frame,
With
The upward movement restricting means,
When the transparent member is moved upward by a predetermined distance, the upper end of the transparent member abuts, and includes an upward movement restricting member that restricts the transparent member from further moving upward,
By moving the upward movement restricting member in the lateral direction, it is possible to convert between a first state in which the upward movement of the transparent member is restricted and a second state in which the upward movement of the transparent member is not restricted. Yes,
The front frame,
A state conversion guidance space that guides the operation unit in the direction of the operation unit storage unit is provided between the operation unit contact unit and the operation unit storage unit,
When the transparent member holding frame is closed while the operation unit in the second state is in contact with the operation unit contact unit, the operation unit moves in the state conversion guidance space and guides the operation unit to the operation unit storage unit. The gaming machine may be configured such that the upward movement restricting means changes from the second state to the first state.
[0043]
In addition, the state conversion guidance space is:
It is provided with a guide inclined portion inclined from the contact portion for the operation portion toward the storage portion for the operation portion,
The operation unit may move in the state conversion guidance space while abutting on the guidance inclination unit.
[0044]
Further, an urging means for urging the upward movement restricting member in the moving direction from the second state to the first state may be provided.
[0045]
For example, the transparent member stopper 38 of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 14 is basically the same as that of the first embodiment, but of the guide grooves for guiding the guide base 57, the lower guide groove 75 Shapes are different. The lower guide groove 75 is formed by being lowered one step from the middle, and a handle fitting portion 77 to which the operation handle 56 can be fitted is provided on the side where the operation handle 56 is located in the second state. The transparent member stopper 38 locks one end of an urging member 78 (corresponding to one of the urging means of the present invention) such as a coil spring to the guide base 57, and attaches the other end of the urging member 78. The guide base 57 is configured to be urged by the urging member 78 in the moving direction from the second state to the first state by being locked to the rotation shaft side of the base member 36.
[0046]
The front frame base member 4 is provided with an operation handle contact portion 80 at a position where it can face the handle fitting portion 77, and the operation handle contact portion 80 is disposed at the lower end of the inclination, and is inclined upward from the lower end of the inclination. The inclined guiding portion 81 is formed toward the inner surface on the inner side of the operation handle storage portion 66, and a state conversion guidance space 82 for guiding the operation handle 56 is provided between the operation handle contact portion 80 and the operation handle storage portion 66. It is provided.
[0047]
In the present embodiment, since such a configuration is provided, the operation handle 56 of the transparent member stopper 38 is fitted into the handle fitting portion 77, and the transparent member holding frame 11 is rotated in the closing direction in the second state. Then, the tip of the operation handle 56 comes into contact with the operation handle contact portion 80 (see FIG. 15A). Further, when the transparent member holding frame 11 is kept closed while the operation handle 56 is in contact with the operation handle contact portion 80, the operation handle 56 moves upward in the state conversion guidance space 82 while abutting on the guidance inclined portion 81. (See FIG. 15B). When the transparent member holding frame 11 is sufficiently closed by contacting the front surface of the front frame base member 4, the operation handle 56 reaches the upper limit of the state conversion guiding space 82 and comes off the handle fitting portion 77 (FIG. 15 ( c)). Then, the guide base 57 is moved by the urging force of the urging member 78, the operation handle 56 is moved to the operation handle storage part 66, and the contact part 53 of the upward movement restricting member 54 is located at the upper end of the transparent member 12. Moving. Therefore, the transparent member stopper 38 automatically moves by simply closing the transparent member holding frame 11 until the transparent member holding frame 11 reaches the normal position, and the upward movement of the transparent member 12 can be restricted.
[0048]
As described above, the front frame 3 is provided with the state conversion guiding space 82 for guiding the operation handle 56 between the operation handle contact portion 80 and the operation handle storage portion 66, and the operation handle in the second state is provided. When the transparent member holding frame 11 is closed while bringing the 56 into contact with the operation handle contact portion 80, the operation handle 56 moves in the state conversion guiding space 82 and is guided to the operation handle storage portion 66, Since the transparent member stopper 38 is changed from the second state to the first state, the transparent member stopper 38 is not forgotten to be changed to the first state, and the upward movement of the transparent member 12 is reliably restricted. can do.
[0049]
Further, the operation handle contact portion 80 forms a guide inclined portion 81 inclined toward the operation handle storage portion 66, and the transparent member stopper 38 is kept in the second state while the transparent member stopper 38 remains in the second state. When the operation handle 56 is closed, the operation handle 56 moves in the state conversion guidance space 82 while abutting on the guidance inclined portion 81 and is stored in the operation handle storage section 66. Therefore, when the transparent member holding frame 11 is closed, the transparent member stopper 38 Can be realized with a simple structure. Therefore, it can contribute to a reduction in manufacturing cost.
[0050]
In addition, the transparent member holding frame 11 of the above-described embodiment may be provided with a display unit that shows the state of the transparent member stopper 38 on the front surface. For example, a display window is opened in front of the transparent member holding frame, and a display panel linked to the transparent member stopper is made to face the display window. When the state of the transparent stopper changes, the display panel moves to identify the state seen from the display window. Information (for example, color or character) may be switched. With this configuration, it is possible to easily visually confirm whether or not the upward movement of the transparent member is restricted by the transparent member stopper. Therefore, it is possible to further prevent fraud.
[0051]
Although the above-described embodiment has been described by taking a pachinko gaming machine as a representative gaming machine as an example, the present invention is not limited to this, and a transparent member covering the front of the game area with a transparent member and holding the transparent member is used. Any game machine provided with a holding frame may be used. For example, a gaming machine such as an enclosed ball-type pachinko machine, an arranged ball-type gaming machine, and a sparrow-ball-type gaming machine for circulating gaming balls enclosed therein may be used.
[0052]
It should be noted that the above-described embodiment is illustrative in all aspects and not restrictive. The present invention is shown not only by the above description but also by the claims, and includes all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the claims.
[0053]

That is, the transparent member holding frame is provided on the mounting base member, the transparent member storage frame provided on the mounting base member and storing the transparent member from above, and the upper end of the transparent member stored in the transparent member storage frame. An upward movement restricting means having a contactable portion and restricting upward movement of the transparent member, wherein the upward movement restricting means is movable laterally above the transparent member. A first state in which the upper movement restriction member is moved to move the upper movement restriction member to position the contact portion at the upper end of the transparent member; and Portion can be converted to the second state disengaged from the upper end of the transparent member, so that the transparent member held by the transparent member holding frame is not shifted upward, and the transparent member and the transparent member holding frame There is a gap between them It can be prevented. Therefore, it is possible to prevent an unauthorized member from invading and prevent an illegal act. Further, even if the transparent member holding frame is not opened greatly with respect to the front frame, a space where the upward movement restricting member can change the state can be sufficiently secured, and the transparent member can be quickly attached or replaced. be able to.
