Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine which prevents a fraudulent act committed through a gap between a front door and an upper tray member, while the upper tray member is allowed to be opened in a state where the front door is closed. <P>SOLUTION: An upper tray panel 20 is attached with a movable member 30 formed with a groove portion 31, and the position of the movable member 30 is variable between a normal position α where the groove portion 31 has a height allowing a shield plate portion 42 of the front door 6 to be inserted therein and a retreated position β where the groove portion 31 has a height not allowing the shield plate portion 42 to abut thereon. According to this structure, when the front door 6 and the upper tray member 7 are closed, the movable member 30 at the normal position α engages the shield plate portion 42 and the groove portion 31 to each other so as to prevent easy intrusion of a fraudulent device from the gap between the front door 6 and the upper tray member 7. When the front door 6 and the upper tray member 7 are opened, the movable member 30 at the retreated position β allows the front door 6 to turn to the back side of the upper tray member 7 without collision between the shield plate member 42 and the groove portion 31 so as to close the front door 6 while opening the upper tray member 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

Description

The present invention relates to a pachinko machine in which a front door covering a front surface of a game board and an upper plate member having a storage tray are attached to a front surface of a front frame body so as to be able to be opened in a single direction.

In general pachinko machines, a front frame having a rectangular opening formed in a substantially central portion is attached to a wooden outer frame via a hinge member so as to be opened and closed. A game board having a game nail or the like provided on the surface thereof is detachably installed in the opening of the front frame body, and a member mounting part for mounting a launch rail or the like on the front side is provided below the opening. Is formed.

In addition, a front door that protects the game board from the front is attached to the side edge of the front surface of the front frame body so as to be able to open one side. Then, an upper plate member formed by fixing a storage tray capable of storing game balls to the front side of the upper plate panel is attached at a position directly below the front door so as to be able to open one side so as to cover the front of the member mounting portion. ing.

Here, in a general pachinko machine, a shielding plate portion protrudes rearward substantially over the entire width of the lower edge of the front door, and opens forward to the upper edge of the upper plate member substantially over the entire width. A concave groove is formed. Then, when the front door and the upper plate member are closed, the shielding plate portion is inserted into the concave groove portion and engaged with each other, so that unauthorized devices such as a wire and a cell plate can be removed from the gap between the front door and the upper plate member. An illegal act such as intruding into the body and forcibly opening the variable prize opening of the game board is prevented (see Patent Document 1).

By the way, in the conventional pachinko machine, the shield plate portion and the groove portion are provided at substantially the same height position so that the shield plate portion can be inserted into the groove portion when the front door and the upper plate member are closed, and the shield plate The portion is disposed in front of the groove portion. Due to such a structure, the upper plate member cannot be opened unless the front door is opened and the shielding plate portion is retracted forward of the groove portion. Further, even in the open state of the front door and the upper plate member, the shielding plate portion and the groove portion collide, so that the front door cannot be rotated rearward from the upper plate member. Therefore, in conventional pachinko machines, it is necessary to open the upper plate member and expose the member mounting part when adjusting the angle of the launch rail or repairing the launcher. The door must also be opened to expose the front of the game board.

For this reason, there is a concern that the worker may accidentally contact the game board during such work, and the mounting position and angle of the game parts (winning device or production movable device) and game nails on the game board surface may change. .

Further, when the worker leaves the work place during the above work, there is a possibility that a person other than the worker may illegally add to the game parts on the game board, for example, widen the space between the game nails. .

In addition, in operations such as adjusting the angle of the launch rail, it is necessary to perform a test shot of the game ball every time the rail angle is changed, but at the time of the test shot, the game ball launched with the front door closed is the front of the game board. Therefore, the front door and the upper plate member must be opened and closed each time the angle of the rail is changed.

Furthermore, during the above work, since it is freely rotatable in front of the upper plate member, the front door is further opened to collide with an adjacent pachinko machine, or at a pachinko store in operation, May get in the way.

The present invention has been made in view of the present situation, and is a pachinko machine that can close the front door in an open state of the upper plate member while preventing an illegal act through a gap between the front door and the upper plate member. For the purpose of provision.

The present invention includes a front frame body in which a game board is mounted in a substantially central opening, a front door that is attached to the front frame body so as to be able to open one side and covers the front surface of the game board, and a storage tray that can store game balls. It is arranged on the front surface of a rectangular upper plate panel, and comprises an upper plate member that can be attached to the front frame so that it can be opened in a single position at a position directly below the front door. In addition, the shielding plate portion protrudes rearward over substantially the entire width, and a concave groove portion that opens forward over substantially the entire width is formed on the upper edge of the upper plate member, so that the front door and the upper plate member are closed. In the pachinko machine in which the shielding plate portion is inserted into the concave groove portion, a movable member having the concave groove portion is attached to the upper plate panel, and the movable member includes the concave groove portion and the shielding plate portion. A normal position where the height can be inserted, and a retreat position where the concave groove is at a height that does not contact the shielding plate. It is a pachinko machine, characterized in that it positions and can (claim 1).

In such a configuration, the movable member is positioned at a steady position in the closed state of the upper plate member, and the shielding plate portion is inserted into the concave groove portion to engage with each other, so that the illegality is caused through the gap between the front door and the upper plate member. Actions can be prevented. On the other hand, in the open state of the upper plate member, it is possible to rotate the front door to the rear of the upper plate member by displacing the movable member to the retracted position and avoiding the collision between the shielding plate portion and the concave groove portion. Become. Therefore, according to this invention, it becomes possible to close only a front door in the open state of an upper plate member, preventing the illegal act through the clearance gap between a front door and an upper plate member.

Specifically, the movable member is pivotally supported in the width direction at the upper part of the upper plate so as to be rotatable, and the groove portion is raised from the rotation shaft so that the shielding plate portion can be inserted. A configuration is proposed that is displaceable between a normal position and a retracted position in which the concave groove portion is tilted rearward of the rotation shaft so as not to contact the shielding plate portion (claim 2). According to such a configuration, the operator can easily move the movable member between the steady position and the retracted position simply by rotating the movable member.

When the movable member can be rotated as in the above configuration, the gap between the front door and the upper plate member is maintained even when the shielding plate portion and the groove portion are engaged with the front door and the upper plate member closed. When the illegal device is pushed in, the groove portion may be tilted and the engagement may be released. For this reason, in the configuration in which the movable member is rotatable, it is desirable to provide support means for holding the movable member in a steady position. As a specific configuration, a configuration is proposed in which a support member that contacts the movable member from the rear side and supports the movable member in a steady position is disposed on the front frame member in a closed state of the upper plate member (claim). Item 3). In such a configuration, the movable member can be freely rotated between the normal position and the retracted position in the opened state of the upper plate member. However, when the upper plate member is closed, the movable member is set to the normal position. The movable member is supported from behind by the support member, and is held at the steady position.

Further, as another configuration that enables the movable member to be displaced, the movable member is attached to the upper plate so as to be movable up and down, and the position displaced upward is defined as a normal position, and the position displaced downward is defined as a retreat position. Further, a configuration is proposed in which the upper plate member is provided with urging means for urging the movable member to the steady position (claim 4). According to this configuration, the movable member is normally urged to the steady position by the urging means, and the operator pushes the movable member downward and displaces it to the retracted position, so that the front door is moved to the upper plate member. Can be rotated backward. Moreover, since the movable member moves in a direction orthogonal to the rotational direction of the upper plate member and the front door, the shielding plate portion is difficult to come off from the recessed groove portion with the shielding plate portion inserted into the recessed groove portion. Here, in this configuration, it is proposed that the movable member is provided with a locking unit that can be held in the retracted position against the biasing unit (Claim 5). With this configuration, the operator holds the movable member displaced to the retracted position at the retracted position by the locking means, and thus the front door and the upper plate member can be moved without pressing the movable member many times. It becomes possible to pass back and forth.

In addition, the upper plate panel is locked with an attachment member in which a concave groove is formed, and the attachment member can be engaged with and disengaged from the upper plate panel when the upper plate member is open. (Claim 6). According to such a configuration, normally, the attachment member formed with the concave groove portion is locked to the upper plate panel to prevent an intrusion of an unauthorized instrument, and in the opened state of the upper plate member, A person can freely rotate the front door and the upper plate panel without causing them to collide with each other by removing the mounting member as necessary. Here, the mechanism that allows the attachment member to be engaged and disengaged is a simple mechanism that engages the slot formed on one side with the protrusion formed on the other side, and the operator can attach it without using a tool. It is desirable to allow the member to be easily engaged and disengaged. In the case of such a configuration, when the upper plate member is closed, the attachment detection means for detecting an abnormality in the engagement state of the attachment member, and when the attachment detection means detects an abnormality in the engagement state, It is proposed to include an abnormality notifying means for notifying the occurrence of an abnormality (Claim 7). According to this configuration, when the upper plate member is closed while the mounting member is removed from the upper plate panel, the attachment detection means detects that the engagement state of the mounting member is abnormal, and an abnormality notification is made. The operator is notified by means.

As described above, in the present invention, the movable member having the recessed groove portion is attached to the upper plate panel, and the movable member has a steady position where the recessed groove portion has a height at which the shielding plate portion can be inserted. Since the pachinko machine is displaceable to a retreat position where the concave groove portion does not contact the shielding plate portion (Claim 1), the front door of the upper plate member is opened in the opened state of the upper plate member. The front door can be closed when opening the upper plate member and performing operations such as adjusting the angle of the firing rail and repairing the launching device. Therefore, in the pachinko machine of the present invention, it is possible to protect the gaming parts on the gaming board during such work, and the front door may collide with the adjacent pachinko machine or disturb the game in the adjacent seat. Absent. Furthermore, in operations such as adjusting the angle of the launch rail, there is an advantage that the test shot can be performed with the upper plate member opened. In addition, the present invention has the above-described advantages, and in the closed state of the front door and the upper plate member, as in the conventional configuration, the shielding plate portion and the concave groove portion are engaged, and the gap between the front door and the upper plate member It also has the advantage of being able to prevent fraud through

Here, the movable member is pivotally supported in the width direction on the upper plate panel so as to be rotatable, the position where the groove is raised from the rotation shaft is a normal position, and the groove is behind the rotation shaft. In the case where the position inclined to the position is the retracted position (Claim 2), the movable member can be held movably with a simple structure, and the operator can easily displace the movable member. There is.

Further, in the above configuration, when the front frame member is provided with a support member that comes into contact with the movable member from the rear side in a closed state of the upper plate member and supports the movable member in a steady position (Claims). 3) In a closed state of the upper plate member, the movable member can be reliably held at the steady position, and illegal acts through the gap between the front door and the upper plate member can be reliably prevented.

Further, the movable member is attached to the upper plate panel so as to be movable up and down, the position displaced upward is set as a normal position, and the position displaced downward is set as a retracted position. When biasing means for biasing the movable member to the steady position is provided (Claim 4), the operator pushes the movable member down to the retracted position when the front door and the upper plate member are exchanged. All that is required is the operation of returning the movable member to the steady position.

Furthermore, in the above-described configuration, when the locking member is provided that can hold the movable member in the retracted position against the biasing unit (Claim 5), the operator can move the movable member by the locking unit. By keeping in the retracted position, the front door and the upper plate member can be repeatedly passed without pushing down the movable member many times.

Further, even in a pachinko machine in which an attachment member having a concave groove formed in the upper plate panel is locked and the attachment member can be detached in the opened state of the upper plate member (Claim 6), the upper plate By removing the mounting member from the upper plate panel when the member is opened, only the front door can be closed by turning the front door to the rear of the upper plate member. In particular, in this configuration, the structure can be simplified as compared with the configuration in which the recessed groove portion can be moved, and once the mounting member is removed, the front door and the upper plate panel can be freely rotated without colliding with each other. There are advantages.

Further, in the above configuration, the attachment detection means for detecting an abnormality in the engagement state of the attachment member in the closed state of the upper plate member, and an abnormality notification for notifying the occurrence of the abnormality when the abnormality of the attachment detection means is detected. Means (Claim 7),
When the operator closes the upper plate member, the operator can check whether there is an abnormality in the locking state of the mounting member or forgetting to attach the mounting member by the presence or absence of notification from the abnormality notification means. The member can be properly closed.

The gaming machine body 3 includes a front frame body 4 that is pivotally supported by the outer frame 2 so as to be openable and closable, and various game members attached to the front frame body 4. A rectangular opening 8 is formed substantially at the center of the front frame 4, and the game board 5 is mounted so as to close the opening 8. In addition, a member mounting portion 19 is formed at a lower portion of the opening 8, and a launch rail 12 for guiding the launched game ball to the game board surface and a speaker 14 for generating various sound effects are attached to the front surface thereof. It is done. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a lower plate member 9 is integrally formed with the front frame body 4 at the lower portion of the gaming machine body 3 so as to be positioned below the upper plate member 7. A firing handle 10 is disposed on the right side of the. Further, on the back side of the launch handle 10, a ball launcher (not shown) provided with a launcher 11 (see FIG. 1) for launching game balls supplied one by one from a rectifier 23 described later onto the game board surface is disposed. ing. Here, the launching rod 11 is provided so as to face the launch position of the start end of the launch rail 12, and can hit the game ball supplied to the launch position. Support members 16a and 16b for supporting a movable member 30 described later are disposed on both sides of the upper portion of the member mounting portion 19 (see FIGS. 1, 4 and 5). Since the support members 16a and 16b relate to the main part of the present invention, the details will be described later.

As shown in FIG. 1, a front door 6 that protects the game board surface in a visible state is pivotally supported on the left edge of the front frame body 4 through a hinge member (not shown). The front door 6 is formed by fitting a rectangular glass plate 40 into a metal glass frame 41. The front door 6 is in a closed state in which the game board 5 is covered from the front surface by the glass plate 40 (see FIG. 2), and is rotated forward. Thus, the game board 5 can be converted into an open state (see FIG. 1). Here, the front door 6 is locked in a closed state by a locking mechanism 15 provided in the front frame body 4 in a normal state, and an operator opens it only for maintenance and inspection. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a shielding plate portion 42 that protrudes rearward and engages with a groove 31 of the upper plate member 7 to be described later extends over the entire width at the lower edge of the glass frame 41 of the front door 6. Formed. In addition, since the structure of the shielding board part 42 of a present Example is the same as that of a conventional structure, detailed description is abbreviate | omitted.

In addition, an upper plate member 7 for storing a game ball for launching is pivotally supported at a position directly below the front door 6 through a hinge member (not shown) so as to be able to open one side. This upper plate member 7 is formed by disposing a resin storage tray 21 capable of storing game balls on the front surface of an upper tray panel 20 made of a horizontally long rectangular metal plate, and in its closed state, It can be converted into a closed state that covers the member mounting portion 19 of the front frame 4 from the front and an open state that rotates forward to open the member mounting portion 19.

As shown in FIG. 1, an upper plate locking projection piece 24 that engages with the front frame body 4 is disposed at the right end portion of the upper plate panel 20. In the normal state, the upper plate member 7 is locked in a closed state by the upper plate locking protrusions 24 so that the operator can open it only for maintenance and inspection. The engagement between the front frame body 4 and the upper plate member 7 can be released by pushing down the upper portion of the upper plate locking projection piece 24 in the opened state of the front door 6.

A ball discharge port 13 for discharging game balls such as prize balls and rental balls to the storage tray 21 is formed on the left side of the upper plate member 7. In addition, a guide path 27 that aligns the stored game balls in a line is formed at the right rear of the storage tray 21. The game balls stored in the storage tray 21 flow out from the ball outlet (not shown) to the back side of the upper tray panel 20 after being aligned in the guide path 27. On the right side of the back surface of the upper dish panel 20, a rectifier 23 for supplying a game ball led out from the guide path 27 to the launch position is disposed. The game balls that have flowed out of the storage tray 21 flow into the rectifier 23 and are sent to the launch position one by one in accordance with the movement of the launcher 11.

Below, the structure which concerns on the principal part of this invention is demonstrated in detail.
In the upper plate member 7 of the present embodiment, the concave groove portion 31 is formed by a movable member 30 pivotally supported on the upper plate panel 20.

As shown in FIG. 6, the movable member 30 includes a bowl-shaped concave groove portion 31 having substantially the same width as the upper plate panel 20, and rotating shafts 32 and 32 provided at both lower ends of the concave groove portion 31. The The concave groove 31 is formed by molding a horizontally long metal plate piece, and has a substantially U-shaped cross section opening forward as shown in FIGS. The rotating shaft 32 includes a metal protrusion that extends from the lower portion of the groove 31 and a columnar resin material that is held by the metal protrusion.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, bearing portions 25, 25 are screwed to both sides of the back surface of the upper plate panel 20, and the rotating shaft 32 of the movable member 30 is connected to the upper plate via the bearing portion 25. It is pivotally supported in the width direction of the dish panel 20. In addition, a stopper piece 26 having an inverted L-shaped cross section that restricts the rotation of the movable member 30 is fixed to the center of the back surface of the upper plate panel 20.

As shown in FIG. 7, the movable member 30 pivotally supported by the upper plate panel 20 tilts the concave groove portion 31 to the rear of the rotary shaft 32 and the steady position α where the concave groove portion 31 stands from the rotary shaft 32. It can be displaced to the retracted position β. At the steady position α of the movable member 30, the recessed groove portion 31 protrudes upward from the upper edge of the upper dish panel 20 and directs the opening forward. On the other hand, in the retracted position β, the recessed groove portion 31 is positioned below the upper edge of the upper dish panel 20, and the opening is directed upward. In addition, the movable member 30 is restricted from turning forward from the steady position α by the upper plate panel 20 and is restricted from turning downward from the retracted position β by the stopper piece 26.

As described above, the front door 6 is pivotally supported above the upper plate member 7 so as to be able to open one side, and the shielding plate portion 42 protruding rearward is substantially full width on the lower edge of the glass frame 41 of the front door 6. (See FIG. 3). Here, as shown in FIG. 7 (b), the lower edge of the front door 6 rotates at a position slightly higher than the upper edge of the upper plate member 7, and the movable member 30 is in the steady position α. In this state, the shielding plate part 42 can be inserted into the recessed groove part 31 from the front. On the other hand, in the state in which the movable member 30 is at the retracted position β, the groove 31 is located below the upper edge of the upper plate 20, and therefore, as shown in FIG. Even if the member 7 is relatively rotated, the shielding plate portion 42 and the recessed groove portion 31 do not come into contact with each other, and it is possible to pass the front door 6 and the upper plate member 7 as shown in FIG. .

Further, as described above, the support members 16a and 16b that support the movable member 30 are disposed on both upper sides of the front surface of the member mounting portion 19 (see FIG. 1). As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a storage support portion 35 is formed on the front surfaces of the support members 16 a and 16 b over substantially the entire width. As shown in FIG. 7 (a), the storage support portion 35 comes into contact with the movable member 30 at the steady position α from the rear when the upper plate member 7 is closed. It functions to hold the movable member 30 at the steady position α by restricting tilting backward. Further, a collision portion 36 that protrudes forward is formed immediately below the storage support portion 35. When the upper plate member 7 is to be closed while the movable member 30 remains at the retracted position β, the collision portion 36 collides with the recessed groove portion 31 tilted rearward, and the upper plate member 7 It works to prevent improper closure.

Further, a front door opening / closing switch 17 is disposed on the front upper portion of the left support member 16a so that the detection unit protrudes forward. The front door opening / closing switch 17 outputs a detection signal when the detection portion is pressed by the shielding plate portion 42 when the front door 6 is closed. On the other hand, the movable member detection switch 18 is disposed on the front surface of the storage support portion 35 of the right support member 16b so that the detection portion protrudes forward. The movable member detection switch 18 outputs a detection signal when the detection unit is pressed by the movable member 30 in contact with the storage support unit 35 in a closed state of the upper plate member 7. The switches 17 and 18 output detection signals to the game control board that controls the game, and the game control board closes the front door 6 and the upper plate member 7 based on these detection signals. The state is judged. Here, in the present embodiment, when the detection signal is not output from any of the switches 17 and 18, the game control board regards the game control board as being under maintenance or occurrence of an abnormality, stops the launching device, and enters the prize opening. The winning is invalidated and the game is forcibly stopped. However, when the front door opening / closing switch 17 outputs a detection signal, the launching device can be operated even if the movable member detection switch 18 does not output the detection signal in order to enable a trial shooting of a game ball. And

Next, the opening and closing modes of the front door 6 and the upper plate member 7 of this embodiment will be described.
In the state where the front door 6 and the upper plate member 7 are closed, as shown in FIG. 7A, the movable member 30 is located at the steady position α, and the shielding plate portion 42 is inserted into the concave groove portion 31. Accordingly, the recessed groove portion 31 and the shielding plate portion 42 are engaged with each other. For this reason, like the conventional configuration, the gap between the front door 6 and the upper plate member 7 is complicated, and it is difficult for an unauthorized device to enter the gap. In such a state, the movable member 30 is held at the steady position α by the storage support portion 35 coming into contact with the movable member 30 from behind.

In the closed state of the front door 6 and the upper plate member 7, if the front door 6 is unlocked, only the front door 6 can be opened while the upper plate member 7 is closed. On the other hand, since the shielding plate portion 42 of the front door 6 is inserted into the concave groove portion 31 of the upper plate member 7 from the front, the front door 6 must be opened first when the upper plate member 7 is opened. must not. Therefore, when the upper plate member 7 is opened, the front door 6 is in a state of being rotated forward from the upper plate member 7 as shown in FIG. In this state, as shown in FIG. 7B, as long as the movable member 30 is at the steady position α, the shielding plate portion 42 collides with the concave groove portion 31, so that the front door 6 is placed behind the upper plate member 7. It cannot be rotated. However, since the movable member 30 is separated from the support members 16a and 16b and can be displaced to the retracted position β, the operator can manually rotate the retracted position β to the retracted position β as shown in FIGS. ), The front door 6 can be rotated rearward of the upper plate member 7 without causing the shielding plate portion 42 to collide with the concave groove portion 31. Therefore, in the pachinko machine 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, only the front door 6 can be closed while the upper plate member 7 is opened.

As described above, the front door 6 can be closed with the upper plate member 7 open, but when the front door 6 and the upper plate member 7 are closed, the upper plate member 7 is closed first. This is because if the front door 6 is closed first, the shielding plate portion 42 and the recessed groove portion 31 cannot be engaged.

Further, when the upper plate member 7 is closed, the movable member 30 is held at the steady position α so that the recessed groove portion 31 can be engaged with the shielding plate portion 42. In this embodiment, as described above, even if the upper plate member 7 is to be closed while the movable member 30 is in the retracted position β, the movable member 30 hits the collision portion 36 of the support members 16a and 16b, The upper plate member 7 cannot be closed.

Thus, in the pachinko machine 1 of the present embodiment, the front door 6 can be rotated to the rear of the upper plate member 7 by displacing the movable member 30 to the retracted position β in the open state of the upper plate member 7. As shown in FIG. 9, only the front door 6 can be closed. Thus, when the upper plate member 7 is opened to perform operations such as adjusting the angle of the firing rail and repairing the launching device, the gaming parts on the gaming board 5 can be protected and opened during such work. The state of the front door 6 does not obstruct maintenance work or games in the adjacent seat. Furthermore, in the state of FIG. 9, if the worker refills the launch position with a game ball, the test shot can be performed with the upper plate member 7 open.

In the present embodiment, in the closed state of the front door 6 and the upper plate member 7, the concave groove portion 31 and the shielding plate portion 42 can be engaged by positioning the movable member 30 at the steady position α. Similar to the conventional configuration, it is possible to prevent fraud through the gap between the front door 6 and the upper plate member 7. In particular, in the closed state of the front door 6 and the upper plate member 7, the movable member 30 is supported at the steady position α by the support members 16a and 16b. Therefore, even if an illegal instrument or the like is pushed in, the groove 31 does not tilt. The engagement between the shielding plate portion 42 and the recessed groove portion 31 is reliably maintained.

Further, in this embodiment, the upper plate member 7 cannot be closed when the movable member 30 is in the retracted position β by providing a front collision portion 36 at the lower front surface of the support members 16a and 16b. Yes. For this reason, in the closed state of the front door 6 and the upper plate member 7, the movable member 30 is always held at the steady position α, and the shielding plate portion 42 and the recessed groove portion 31 are reliably engaged.

In this embodiment, the movable member 30 is manually displaced to the retracted position, but when the front door is rotated rearward of the upper plate member, the shielding plate portion is caused to collide with the concave groove portion. The movable member may naturally rotate from the steady position to the retracted position. Specifically, it is proposed that a smooth curved surface is formed inside the concave groove portion, and that a guiding action for rotating the movable member to the retracted position occurs when the shielding plate portion contacts the curved surface. Is done.

Further, since the movable member 30 only needs to be in the retracted position when the front door 6 and the upper plate member 7 pass each other, the movable member 30 may be biased to the steady position by a biasing means such as a spring. Proposed. Moreover, in the said Example, although the position where the ditch | groove part 31 inclined to the back of the rotating shaft 32 is made into the retracted position (beta) of the movable member 30, the position inclined to the front of the rotating shaft is good also as a retracted position.

<Second Example>
Next, a description will be given of a second embodiment in which a movable member is attached to the upper plate so as to be movable up and down. In addition, since the structure of this embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment except for the upper plate member, description thereof will be omitted.

The movable member 50 of this embodiment is formed by molding a horizontally long metal plate piece. As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the upper portion of the movable member 50 has substantially the same shape as the first embodiment. None, a concave groove 51 having a substantially U-shaped cross section that opens forward is formed. A flat sliding portion 52 that slides with respect to the back surface of the upper dish panel 20a is formed below the concave groove portion 51. Two sliding grooves 54 each having an inverted L shape are formed at both ends and the center of the sliding portion 52. In addition, a contact portion 53 that contacts a leaf spring body 56 (described later) extends rearward at the lower end of the sliding portion 52.

The movable member 50 is attached so that the sliding part 52 contacts the back side of the upper plate panel 20a, and is held by a pair of holding plates 55a and 55b. As shown in FIGS. 10 to 12, the holding plates 55a and 55b pass through the sliding groove 54 of the sliding portion 52 and the upper plate panel 20a, and are screwed so as to sandwich the sliding portion 52 and the upper plate panel 20a. Thus, the movable member 50 is held so as to be movable up and down within the range of the sliding groove 54.

In addition, a leaf spring body 56 that urges the movable member 50 upward is attached to a lower portion of the rear surface of the upper plate panel 20a where the holding plate 55a is attached. The leaf spring bodies 56 are in pressure contact with the contact portions 53 formed at the lower portion of the movable member 50, respectively, and urge the movable member 50 upward by its elastic force.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 12A, the position where the movable member 50 is raised as much as possible is the steady position γ of the movable member 50. At the steady position γ, the concave groove portion 51 protrudes above the upper dish panel 20 a, and the shielding plate portion 42 can be inserted into the concave groove portion 51. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 12B, a position where the movable member 50 is lowered as much as possible is set as a retracted position δ of the movable member 50. At the retracted position δ, the recessed groove 51 is positioned at a height that does not contact the shielding plate 42. Since the movable member 50 is biased upward by the leaf spring body 56, it is normally held at the steady position γ. That is, in the present embodiment, the biasing means for biasing the movable member 50 to the steady position γ is configured by the leaf spring body 56. Therefore, in this embodiment, the operator depresses the movable member 50 against the elastic force of the leaf spring body 56, thereby displacing the movable member 50 to the retracted position δ. Here, in this embodiment, the sliding groove 54 is formed in an inverted L shape (see FIG. 11), and when the movable member 50 is slid rightward while the movable member 50 is pushed down to the retracted position δ. The movable member 50 and the holding plates 55a and 55b are engaged, and the movable member 50 is locked at the retracted position δ. That is, in this embodiment, the locking means that can hold the movable member 50 against the urging means is realized by the inverted L-shaped sliding groove 54 and the holding plates 55a and 55b.

As described above, even in the present embodiment, by positioning the movable member 50 at the steady position γ, the concave groove portion 51 and the shielding plate portion 42 are engaged with each other, and the gap between the front door 6 and the upper plate member 7 is formed. In addition, as shown in FIG. 12C, the shielding plate part 42 is caused to collide with the groove 51 by pushing down the movable member 50 and displacing it to the retracted position δ. Instead, the front door 6 can be rotated rearward of the upper plate member 7a, and only the front door 6 can be closed.

In particular, in this embodiment, since the movable member 50 is urged to the steady position γ by the urging means, the operation of returning the movable member 50 to the retracted position δ after displacing the movable member 50 to the retracted position δ. There is an advantage that is unnecessary. On the other hand, the movable member 50 can be locked at the retracted position δ by sliding the movable member 50 at the retracted position δ. For this reason, when the movable member 50 is locked at the retracted position δ when necessary, the front door 6 and the upper plate member 7 can be repeatedly passed with each other only by pressing the movable member 50 once. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 12 (a), in the engaged state of the shielding plate portion 42 and the recessed groove portion 51, the movable member 50 is restricted by the shielding plate portion 42 so as not to be lowered. There is also an advantage that no support means for supporting the member 7a at the steady position γ is required.

<Third embodiment>
Next, a description will be given of a third embodiment in which a concave groove portion is formed in an attachment member that can be engaged and disengaged with respect to the upper plate panel. In addition, since a structure other than the upper plate member 7 is the same as that of the said 1st Example, a present Example omits those description.

As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the mounting member 60 of the present embodiment is formed by molding a metal plate piece having substantially the same width as the upper plate panel 20 b. The mounting member 60 includes a concave groove 61 having substantially the same shape as that of the first embodiment, and an insertion protrusion 62 having an L-shaped cross section extending downward from both sides and the center of the concave groove 61. Is done.

On the other hand, on the upper plate panel 20b, a mounting portion 63 for locking the attachment member 60 is extended rearward over substantially the entire upper end of the upper plate panel 20b. Engagement holes 64 in the form of horizontally long grooves are formed at both ends and the center of the mounting portion 63, and the attachment member 60 engages the insertion protrusions 62 into the engagement holes 64. Is locked to the upper end of the upper plate panel 20b.

A procedure for engaging and disengaging the mounting member 60 will be described. First, FIGS. 13 and 15 (A) show a state in which the attachment member 60 is locked to the upper plate panel 20b. In such a state, the groove portion 61 is held on the placement portion 63 of the upper dish panel 20 b and opens forward, and the shielding plate portion 42 can be inserted into the groove portion 61. Here, in a state where the shielding plate portion 42 is inserted into the recessed groove portion 61, the attachment member 60 is supported from the front by the shielding plate portion 42 and cannot be removed from the upper plate panel 20c. Therefore, also in the present embodiment, if the concave groove 61 and the shielding plate part 42 are engaged with the front door 6 and the upper plate member 7c closed, the gap between the front door 6 and the upper plate member 7c. It is possible to prevent illegal acts through

On the other hand, when removing the attachment member 60 from the upper plate panel 20b, as shown in FIGS. 15 (b) and 16 (c), the attachment member 60 is moved so as to rotate backward, and the insertion protrusion 62 is moved. It is made to detach | leave from the engagement hole 64. FIG. Accordingly, the groove portion 61 can be separated from the upper plate panel 20 b, and the front door 6 can be rotated rearward of the upper plate member 7 without causing the shielding plate portion 42 to collide with the groove portion 61. In addition, when attaching the attachment member 60 again, the procedure reverse to the removal procedure may be performed to engage the insertion protrusion 62 into the engagement hole 64.

Thus, also by the upper plate member 7b of the present embodiment, the front door 6 can be moved without causing the shielding plate portion 42 to collide with the concave groove portion 61 by removing the mounting member 60 in the opened state of the upper plate member 7b. Only the front door 6 can be closed by rotating to the rear of the upper plate member 7b. In particular, the mounting member 60 of this embodiment has an advantage that it can be realized at a low cost because the holding mechanism is simpler than the first embodiment and the second embodiment. Moreover, once the attachment member 60 is removed, there is also an advantage that the front door 6 and the upper plate member 7b can be freely rotated without causing them to collide with each other.

Further, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 14, a plate-like magnet 65 is fixed to the bottom surface side of the engaging hole 64 forming portion of the mounting portion 63, and as shown in FIG. By attaching the insertion protrusion 62 of the removed mounting member 60 to the magnet 65, the mounting member 60 can be held. For this reason, in the present embodiment, there is an advantage that work can be efficiently performed without requiring labor and space for placing the removed mounting member 60.

In the present embodiment, the game control board is connected to the attachment member 60 when the detection signal is input from the front door opening / closing switch 17 and the detection signal is not input from the movable member detection switch 18. It is determined that the stop state is abnormal, and a warning sound is output to the speaker 14 to notify the operator of the abnormality. Thereby, in this embodiment, the upper plate member 7b can be closed even when the mounting member 60 is removed, but it is possible to reliably prevent forgetting to attach the mounting member 60 and the operator closes the upper plate member 7b. Whether or not the attachment member 60 is properly attached in the state can be confirmed by the presence or absence of notification.

In this embodiment, the attachment member 60 is engaged with the engagement hole 64 formed in the mounting portion 63 of the upper plate panel 20b. However, the engagement member 60 is disengaged from the upper plate panel 20b. The mechanism can be changed in various ways. Further, in this embodiment, the attachment detection means according to the present invention is constituted by the movable member detection switch 18 and the game control board, and the abnormality notification means for notifying abnormality of the locked state is constituted by the speaker 14. However, the abnormality notification means can also be constituted by a liquid crystal display, a lamp, or the like.

<Fourth embodiment>
Next, a fourth embodiment in which the attachment member locking mechanism is changed from the third embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, since a structure except a top plate member is the same as the said 3rd Example, a present Example abbreviate | omits those descriptions.

The upper plate panel 20c and the attachment member 70 of the present embodiment are substantially the same shape as the third embodiment. That is, the mounting member 70 includes a concave groove portion 71 having a substantially U-shaped cross section, and an insertion protrusion piece 72 having an L-shaped cross section extending downward from both side portions and the central portion of the concave groove portion 71. . And the insertion protrusion 72 is inserted in the engagement hole 74 formed in the mounting part 73 of the upper plate | pan panel 20c.

Here, compared with the third embodiment (see FIG. 15), in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. The vertical width is wide. Furthermore, the engaging hole 74 of the upper plate panel 20c has a narrow front-rear width. Thereby, in the present embodiment, the following engagement / disengagement mode of the attachment member 70 is realized.

19 and 20 show how the attachment member 60 is engaged and disengaged. 19 (A) shows a state in which the mounting member 70 is locked to the upper plate member 7c. In this state, the recessed groove portion 71 is held on the mounting portion 73 of the upper plate panel 20 c and opens forward, and the shielding plate portion 42 can be inserted into the recessed groove portion 71. And when removing this attachment member 70 from the top plate panel 20c, the attachment member 70 is once pulled upwards (FIG. 19 (B)), and the attachment member 70 is tilted back from the state (FIG. 20 (C)). , (D)). Furthermore, by pulling up the attachment member 70 from this state, the insertion protrusion 72 can be detached from the engagement hole 74, and the concave groove 71 can be separated from the upper plate panel 20c. When the attachment member 70 is attached again, the procedure opposite to the removal procedure is performed, and the insertion protrusion 72 is engaged with the engagement hole 74.

Thus, also by the upper plate member 7c of the present embodiment, by removing the mounting member 70 in the opened state of the upper plate member 7c, the front door 6 is rotated to the rear of the upper plate member 7b. Can only be closed. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 20 (d), the mounting member 70 can be held on the mounting portion 73 of the upper plate panel 20c in a state where the mounting member 70 is tilted rearward. Thus, the recessed groove portion 71 has a height that cannot contact the shielding plate portion 42. Therefore, in this embodiment, there is an advantage that the front door 6 can be rotated to the rear of the upper plate member 7c only by tilting backward as shown in FIG.

The pachinko machine of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and it is needless to say that various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.

In the above embodiment, the concave groove portion of the upper plate member is configured to be movable or detachable with respect to the upper plate panel by forming it on the movable member or the mounting member. Is conventionally formed on the upper plate as usual, and a configuration is also proposed in which the shielding plate portion of the front door is movable or detachable with respect to the glass frame. Specifically, a moving member on which a shielding plate portion is formed is attached to the glass frame of the front door, and the moving member has a steady position that allows the shielding plate portion to be inserted into the recessed groove portion, A configuration is proposed in which the shielding plate portion can be displaced to a retreat position where the shield plate portion does not come into contact with the groove portion. When the moving member can be rotated with respect to the glass frame, the position where the shielding plate portion hangs down from the rotation shaft is defined as a normal position, and the position where the shielding plate portion is displaced to the rear of the rotation shaft. It is desirable to use the retracted position. This is because if the moving member can be tilted forward of the front door, the player can rotate the moving member in a closed state of the front door, resulting in inconvenience.
