[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a conventional laminated strip line filter, when adjusting the frequency of the attenuation pole, the widths W22 and W24 of the first and second one-end open
[0010]
The present invention has been devised in view of the above problems, and has as its object to adjust the position of the attenuation pole only by adjusting the positions of the through conductor connected to the input terminal and the through conductor connected to the output terminal. It is an object of the present invention to provide a laminated strip line filter that can easily adjust the filter.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The laminated strip line filter of the present invention has a first dielectric layer, a second dielectric layer laminated on the first dielectric layer, and a laminated layer on the second dielectric layer. A third dielectric layer, a first ground electrode disposed on a lower surface of the first dielectric layer, and a first open end disposed between the first and second dielectric layers. A rectangular resonant electrode and a first one-ended short-circuited rectangular resonant electrode; and a second open-ended rectangular resonant electrode and a second one-ended short-circuited rectangular resonance disposed between the second and third dielectric layers. An electrode, a second ground electrode disposed on the upper surface of the third dielectric layer, a first through conductor penetrating the first dielectric layer, and penetrating the third dielectric layer A second through conductor,
The first and second open-ended rectangular resonant electrodes are arranged in parallel so that at least a part of each of the first and second rectangular open-ended resonant electrodes overlaps when viewed from the laminating direction, and the first and second open-ended resonant electrodes are arranged in parallel. The two single-ended short-circuited rectangular resonance electrodes are arranged in parallel so that at least a part of each of the two short-circuited rectangular resonance electrodes overlaps when viewed from the stacking direction, and the first and second ground electrodes are stacked in the stacking direction. Disposed so as to cover the first and second one-end open rectangular resonant electrodes and the first and second one-end short-circuit rectangular resonant electrodes,
An end opposite to the open end of the first one-end open rectangular resonance electrode and an end opposite to the short-circuit end of the first one-end short-circuit rectangular resonance electrode; One through conductor is connected to the connection portion thereof and is insulated from the first ground electrode and led out to the lower surface of the first dielectric layer;
Electrically connecting an end opposite to the open end of the second one-end open rectangular resonance electrode and an end opposite to the short-circuit end of the second one-end short-circuited rectangular resonance electrode; The second through-conductor is connected to the connection portion and is insulated from the second installation electrode and is led out to the upper surface of the third dielectric layer.
[0012]
According to the laminated strip line filter of the present invention, the end opposite to the open end of the first one-end open rectangular resonance electrode, and the end opposite to the short-circuit end of the first one-end short-circuit rectangular resonance electrode. Are electrically connected to each other, an end opposite to the open end of the second one-end open rectangular resonance electrode, and an end opposite to the short-circuit end of the second one-end short-circuit rectangular resonance electrode. The first and second through conductors are connected to the electrically connected portion, and by adjusting the positions of the first and second through conductors, the open ends of the first one-end open rectangular resonance electrode are adjusted. An electrode formed by electrically connecting the opposite end, an end opposite to the short-circuited end of the first one-end short-circuited rectangular resonance electrode, and an opening of the second one-end open rectangular resonance electrode; An end opposite to the end and an end opposite to the short-circuit end of the second one-end short-circuited rectangular resonance electrode. It is possible to change the values of the distributed constant reactance and capacitance formed between the electrodes formed by air connection, and as a result, only by changing the position of the input (output) through conductor, Filter characteristics of different attenuation poles can be easily realized.
[0013]
Further, in the laminated strip line filter of the present invention, in the above-described configuration, each of the ground electrodes, or each of the short-circuited ends of each of the short-circuited rectangular resonance electrodes and each of the ground electrodes is formed inside the dielectric layer. Characterized in that they are electrically connected in the stacking direction by the through conductor and / or the side conductor formed on the side surface.
[0014]
Thereby, the degree of freedom in designing the laminated strip line filter formed inside the plurality of laminated dielectric layers is improved, and a compact and high-performance laminated strip line filter can be provided.
[0015]
Further, in the laminated strip line filter according to the present invention, the first and second one-end open rectangular resonance electrodes have the same width and the first and second one-end short-circuit rectangular resonance electrodes have the same width. A center of an overlapping width of the first and second one-end open rectangular resonant electrodes viewed in the laminating direction with the second dielectric layer interposed therebetween, and a first and second one-end short-circuit; The center of the overlap width of the rectangular resonant electrode viewed from the stacking direction with the second dielectric layer interposed therebetween is on a straight line when viewed from the stacking direction, and the first and second through conductors are viewed from the stacking direction. And at a position symmetric with respect to the straight line or the straight line.
[0016]
Accordingly, the shape of the laminated strip line filter is symmetric with respect to the central axis with a straight line viewed from the laminating direction being the center axis, and thus is formed by the first single-ended rectangular resonant electrodes on both sides of the center axis. The value of the distributed constant capacitance C and the value of the distributed constant capacitance C formed by the second one-end open rectangular resonance electrode become the same, and further the distribution formed by the first one-end short-circuit rectangular resonance electrode. Since the value of the constant inductance L and the value of the distributed constant inductance L formed by the second one-end short-circuited rectangular resonance electrode are the same, the input terminal and the output terminal (the first through conductor and the second The impedance of the multilayer stripline filter as seen from the through conductor) is the same, and a filter circuit with impedance matching from both ends of the input and output It can be current. Thus, a laminated strip line filter that suppresses reflection of high-frequency signals can be configured.

[0030]
FIG. 7 shows typical filter characteristics of the laminated strip line filter of the present invention having the structure shown in FIGS. In FIG. 7, the horizontal axis represents frequency (unit: GHz), and the vertical axis represents insertion loss (unit: dB). Usually, the laminated strip line filter of the present invention is used by being inserted in the middle of a transmission line matched with a certain characteristic impedance, so that the laminated strip line filter of the present invention is connected to the input terminal side and the output terminal side. It is very preferable to make the impedance the same as seen from the viewpoint and the impedance matched with the characteristic impedance of the transmission line in order to facilitate the circuit design.
[0036]
In FIG. 11, the same parts as those in FIG. 3 are denoted by the same reference numerals.

【Example】
As an example, a structural model of the laminated strip line filter of the present invention having the configuration shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is prepared by a three-dimensional electromagnetic field analysis simulator, and the positions of the through conductors are set to the first one-end open rectangular
[0038]
For example, in the case of the simulation in the laminated strip line filter of the present invention having the configuration shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the thicknesses of the first to third

Then, the simulation was performed by changing the positions of the first and second through
[0040]
Here, the positions of the first and second through
[0041]
FIG. 9 is a diagram in which only the positions of the first and second through
[0042]
As is clear from the results shown in FIG. 9, according to the laminated strip line filter of the present invention, it is possible to realize different attenuation pole characteristics by changing the positions of the first and second through
[0043]
In the embodiment, the set position of the first and second through
A ′, position B of the midpoint of the region where the electrodes of the first resonator and the second resonator overlap each other
B ′, the position C of the end point of the region where the electrodes of the first and second resonators overlap
Although C ′ is shown as a representative example, attenuation poles at various frequencies can be similarly realized by setting the setting position finely.
[0044]
FIG. 12 is a Smith chart showing reflection characteristics (S11 and S22) when a simulation is performed on the laminated strip line filter having the structure shown in FIGS. Both S11 and S22 are located at the center of the Smith chart in the pass band, and result in impedance matching when viewed from both the input end and the output end.
[0045]
FIG. 13 is a Smith chart showing reflection characteristics (S11 and S22) when a simulation is performed with the laminated stripline filter having the structure shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 deformed as shown in FIG. The simulation model shown in FIG. 11 is intended to change the position of the first and second short-circuited rectangular
[0046]
As is clear from the results shown in FIG. 13, both S11 and S22 deviate from the center of the Smith chart in the pass band, and the impedance matching viewed from both the input terminal and the output terminal is not obtained.
[0047]
From these results, by configuring the center line Cshort of the overlapping portion of the one-end short-circuited rectangular resonance electrode and the center line Copen of the overlapping portion of the one-end open rectangular resonance electrode to be on a straight line, the reflection of the high-frequency signal is suppressed. The laminated strip line filter can be configured.
[0048]
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various changes and improvements may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0049]
【The invention's effect】
According to the laminated strip line filter of the present invention, the end opposite to the open end of the first one-end open rectangular resonance electrode, and the end opposite to the short-circuit end of the first one-end short-circuit rectangular resonance electrode. Are electrically connected to each other, an end opposite to the open end of the second one-end open rectangular resonance electrode, and an end opposite to the short-circuit end of the second one-end short-circuit rectangular resonance electrode. By adjusting the positions of the first and second penetrating conductors in the part that is electrically connected, the end of the first one-end open rectangular resonant electrode opposite to the open end and the first one-end short-circuit rectangular shape are formed. [0050]
Further, in the laminated strip line filter of the present invention, in the above configuration, each ground electrode, or the short-circuited end of each one-end short-circuited rectangular resonance electrode and each ground electrode are formed with a through conductor and / or a ground conductor formed inside a dielectric layer. Alternatively, when electrically connected in the stacking direction by side conductors formed on the side surfaces, the degree of design freedom of the stacked stripline filter formed inside the plurality of stacked dielectric layers is improved, and the size and height of the stacked stripline filter are reduced. It is possible to provide a high performance laminated strip line.
[0051]
Further, in the laminated strip line filter according to the present invention, the width of the first and second one-end open rectangular resonance electrodes is the same, and the width of the first and second one-end short-circuit rectangular resonance electrodes is the same. Open rectangular resonance The value of the distributed constant capacitance C formed by the poles and the value of the distributed constant capacitance C formed by the second one-end open rectangular resonance electrode become the same, and further formed by the first one-end short-circuit rectangular resonance electrode. The value of the distributed constant inductance L and the value of the distributed constant inductance L formed by the second one-end short-circuited rectangular resonance electrode become the same, and the input side terminal and the output side terminal (the first through conductor and the (2 through conductors), the impedance of the laminated strip line filters becomes the same, so that a filter circuit with impedance matching from both input and output ends can be realized, and the reflection of high frequency signals is suppressed. Can be configured.
[0052]
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to easily adjust the position of the attenuation pole simply by adjusting the positions of the through conductor connected to the input terminal and the through conductor connected to the output terminal.
