Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and inexpensively greening and refreshing road incidental facilities in a short period of time, applicable to existing road incidental facilities at the on-site.
SOLUTION: The method for greening and refreshing road incidental facilities comprises attaching cover material 2 obtained by vegetating plants on the outer surfaces of existing road incidental facilities so that the greened surface as the outer surface of the cover material 2 forms a new outer surface. This method enables greening of the road incidental facilities much more easily, inexpensively and shortly than the method of exchanging the facilities for new ones. Application of the method to panels 12 of a sound-proof wall 1 having a large installation area makes it possible to easily green a large area at urban regions necessary to be greened. Using fern or moss plants for greening enables remarkably excellent greening dry-resistant, and excellent in photosynthesis properties and water retainability because the fern or moss plants can easily be fixed on the surface without using soil.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method for refreshing greenery of road facilities.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Road-related facilities include soundproof walls, wall railings, tunnel interior boards, girder backing sound absorbing boards, girder decorative boards, elevated legs, viaducted leg decorative boards, wall surfaces of moat split roads, moat split sound absorbing boards, guard rails, fences, railing, There are signs.
[0003]
A method has been proposed in which these roadside facilities are greened by plants to mitigate the heat island phenomenon in summer and to purify polluted air such as automobile exhaust gas. Plants are also suitable for maintaining aesthetics, and greening inorganic road-related equipment such as soundproof walls has the effect of reducing the feeling of pressure on pedestrians and drivers.
[0004]
A number of methods for greening road-related facilities have been proposed so far.For example, a method in which a soil layer is provided inside a soundproof wall and vegetation is projected on the outside so that plants protrude therefrom, and these are panelized Some of them have been combined and can be mounted by combining them. Further, there are also some which are provided with irrigation equipment so that water is supplied thereto, or with a structure in which rainwater is efficiently supplied. Patent Publication No. 2908691 [0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, many of the greening methods that have been proposed so far require that the ancillary road facilities themselves have a structure that presupposes greening. If you want to green existing facilities, you do not have to replace all of the facilities themselves. Not be. This is because growing an organism called a plant requires irrigation equipment and a groundwork for plant vegetation. In the case of a new construction, such a system can be used, but if the existing facilities for roads are to be greened, the existing products must be replaced. Replacement requires removal of existing products and new construction work, which is extremely troublesome, requires long-term traffic regulation, and increases costs. There is also the problem of waste disposal.
[0007]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and is a method for attaching greenery to an existing road auxiliary facility, which is easy and inexpensive on site, and in a short period of time, greening and refreshing the road auxiliary facility. Is to be provided.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following configuration. That is, the present invention is characterized in that a cover material in which plants are vegetated on the outer surface is attached to the outer surface of the existing road accessory, and the outer surface of the cover is used as a new outer surface of the road accessory.
[0009]
The refreshing method of the present invention attaches a cover material to the outer surface of the existing road auxiliary equipment, and makes the outer surface of the cover material a new external surface of the road auxiliary equipment. It can be easily refreshed and costs only cover material, so it is inexpensive, has no waste disposal problems, and is completed in a short time, so there is no need for long-term traffic regulation. Furthermore, the quality of the plant is stable because the plant is vegetated in advance in a factory or the like simply by attaching a cover material at the site.
[0010]
Road auxiliary equipment that is refreshed by the cover material is not particularly limited, but includes, for example, a soundproof wall, a wall balustrade, a tunnel interior plate, a girder back sound absorbing plate, a girder beautiful decorative plate, an elevated leg, a viaduct leg decorative plate, There are a wall surface of a moat road, a moat sound absorbing plate, a guard rail, a fence, a railing, a sign, and the like.
[0011]
The material of the cover material is not particularly limited, and metals such as iron and steel, aluminum alloys and stainless steel, inorganic materials such as ceramics, and synthetic resins are appropriately used. Further, the shape of the cover material is not limited, but a thin plate-like material is preferable in consideration of architectural limitations. The cover material may be of the same form as the outer surface of the existing road auxiliary equipment, but may be different from the existing outer surface. For example, in order to increase the area of greening, irregularities such as a mountain shape may be added, or the projection may be made to protrude to the front within the construction limit so that it is easy to hit by rain.
[0012]
The plant is characterized by being a bryophyte plant. Since bryophytes do not require soil in particular, they can be greened as a very thin layer (thin layer greening). Therefore, greening is possible regardless of the location without worrying about architectural limitations, and greening can be performed very lightly, which is suitable for vegetation on the surface of the cover material. In addition, even if the dry state is long, it will only be in a temporary death state, will not die, and can be regenerated if water is given again. Therefore, watering equipment was indispensable in the conventional greening method using plants, but if bryophytes are used, watering equipment is not required, the equipment does not need to be large, and construction can be performed at low cost and easily. It is. Further, since it is not always necessary to supply water for maintaining the plants, there is almost no maintenance cost. Also, since the efficiency of photosynthesis of bryophytes is not much different from that of trees and lawns, it is suitable for air purification such as fixation of carbon dioxide and absorption of nitrogen oxides. In addition, the water retention is high, and a high effect can be expected to alleviate the heat island phenomenon.
[0013]
In addition, bryophytes can be broadly classified into those that are tropic, half-day negative, and day negative, and those that require sunlight for growth, those that do not need much sunlight, and those that do not need sunlight. There is. For example, sun-negative or half-day-negative bryophytes may be used in places that are not exposed to sunlight or difficult to reach due to the installation direction. In addition, even in a setting place where the sun does not partially reach, such as a downward slope of a convex part, if the upward side, use a daylight-friendly thing and use a day-negative or half-day negative thing for a downward slope. Good.
[0014]
If a bryophyte plant is made into a sheet in advance and attached to the panel surface, it can be easily vegetated on the panel surface. In addition, if a water-retentive substance is provided on the back or inside of the sheet when processing it into a sheet, rainwater is temporarily retained in the water-retentive substance even with a small amount of rainfall, and moss is evaporated by water evaporating from the water-retentive substance. , The humid state can be maintained for a long time, and the growth can be promoted.
[0015]
When a bryophyte plant is used, a bryophyte plant and artificial turf may be combined. Since bryophytes grow slowly, their appearance is not very good until moss grows to some extent at the beginning of construction. Therefore, if artificial grass and moss are combined and pasted on the surface of the panel, the appearance will be beautiful even when placed at the beginning of construction. It also has an effect of preventing the bryophytes from falling off due to wind, vibration, or the like. Furthermore, the artificial turf is made of biodegradable or photo-degradable plastic, so that the artificial turf can be decomposed over time, and when the moss grows sufficiently, the artificial turf will decay and disappear. If the moss grows sufficiently and the artificial turf is no longer needed, it is possible to finally produce a moss-only greening panel without maintenance.
[0016]
In addition, road ancillary equipment includes soundproof walls, wall railings, tunnel interior boards, girder back sound absorbing boards, girder decorative boards, elevated legs, viaducted leg decorative boards, moat roads, moat split sound absorbing boards, guard rails, fences, railing , Markers, at least one selected from the group consisting of: Since these road-related facilities are installed in a wide section mainly in the city, if the greening cover material of the present invention is applied to these, it is possible to easily green the road over a wide area. In addition, it is close to emission sources such as automobiles, and can also be expected to have an air purification function.
[0017]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of a greening refresh method according to the present invention. FIG. 1 shows a state in which the front surface of the soundproof wall is greened and refreshed.
[0018]
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes an existing sound-insulating wall as road-related equipment, and a sound-insulating panel 12 is attached between columns 11. The front surface 13 of the soundproof panel has a number of openings. By attaching the greening cover material 2a to the front surface 13, the front surface 13 is refreshed. That is, the newly attached greening cover material 2a forms a new outer surface instead of the conventional front surface 13.
[0019]
This cover material may have the same form as the existing outer surface, as shown in FIG. 1a, or may be different. For example, it may be a mesh panel shape joined in a grid like 2b, or the outer surface may be made uneven so as to increase the surface area as shown in 2c.
[0020]
The method of attaching the cover member to the soundproof panel is not particularly limited, and an appropriate attachment method such as riveting, fitting, an adhesive, an adhesive, or a clip-shaped jig is adopted.
[0021]
Further, the cover member 2 may be attached to, for example, only a part of the front surface 13 to partially refresh the front member 13, a single cover member 2 that covers the whole may be attached, or the same cover member may be attached. A plurality of the cover members 2 may be attached to cover the entire surface of the front surface 13, or different types of cover materials 2 may be combined and attached so as to cover a part or the entire surface.
[0022]
Also, as shown in FIG. 2, a cover material may be attached to the rear side 14 of the soundproof wall 1 to refresh the soundproof wall 1, or both the front side and the rear side may be refreshed.
[0023]
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view illustrating an example of a configuration of a cover material used for greening refresh. A sheet 23 supporting a bryophyte plant is provided on a base material 21 of a cover material. The base material of the cover material is not particularly limited, and a suitable material may be selected according to the base material of the base, and a metal material such as aluminum or a resin material such as polycarbonate can be used. The sheet is provided on the cover material via an adhesive layer 22. As the adhesive layer, for example, an adhesive or a double-sided tape can be used. Further, the plants vegetated on the panel surface are not limited to the sheet supporting the bryophyte plant, and the bryophyte plant may be supported by spraying it together with soil or a water retention material adhesive. Further, the plant is not limited to a bryophyte plant, and may carry, for example, sedums or herbs. However, in view of durability and ease of installation, a bryophyte plant is preferable.
[0024]
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a specific example of the sheet supporting the bryophyte plant provided on the surface of the cover material substrate shown in FIG. In FIG. 4, a plant phytophyte 25 of bryophytes is placed on a nonwoven sheet 24, and a sheet 26 of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), which is a water-soluble component, is further placed on the plant gametophyte 25. Since PVA exhibits adhesiveness in the presence of water, a lichen plant is placed on a non-woven fabric sheet, and after covering the PVA sheet, a small amount of water is sprinkled. Carried on a sheet. Further, PVA is water-soluble and is washed away with rainwater over time. In the early stage when the bryophytes are not fixed to the nonwoven sheet, PVA plays a role of fixing, and when the bryophytes grow and are sufficiently fixed to the sheet, the PVA is washed away. So that it does not hinder the growth of bryophytes. Further, the PVA sheet to be covered on the upper surface may contain a water-insoluble fiber. By containing the water-insoluble fiber, the water-insoluble component remains on the surface even after the PVA has flowed out, and the falling off of the bryophyte plant can be prevented for a long time. By setting the content of the fiber to about 5 to 20% by weight based on the PVA, the growth of the bryophyte plant can be prevented even if the fiber remains on the surface.
[0025]
A water retention layer may be provided between the bryophyte-bearing sheet shown in FIG. 4 and the cover material substrate. . By providing the water retaining layer, rainwater can be stored, and the stored water can promote the growth of bryophyte plants even during periods of no rainfall, and also has a high heat island mitigation effect. The water-retaining material used for the water-retaining layer is not particularly limited, but a felt material, a water-absorbing polymer, urethane foam and the like are preferable.
[0026]
Further, a water-absorbing polymer sheet may be covered instead of the PVA sheet shown in FIG. At this time, if a polymer sheet having a mesh shape or a mesh shape is used, the moss plant can be sufficiently exposed to sunlight to promote growth. It is also preferable because moss plants easily grow between the eyes of the sheet. The moss plant can be prevented from falling off by sandwiching the moss plant between the sheets, and the water necessary for growing the moss plant can be sufficiently supplied by using the water-absorbing polymer sheet. For example, when a moss plant carrier is installed on a vertical surface or an inclined surface such as a soundproof wall or a wall surface, moisture flows along the wall, and the polymer sheet accumulates moisture even during a period of no rainfall. By gradually evaporating the water and maintaining the environmental humidity around the moss, the growth of moss plants can always be promoted. Further, the water-absorbing polymer sheet has biodegradability, and should be extinguished as the moss grows.
[0027]
FIG. 5 shows an example of another sheet. The sheet 23 supporting a bryophyte plant provided on the surface of the cover material base 21 is a permeable substrate 27 on which a bryophyte plant, a water-soluble fiber, and a water-insoluble fiber are mixed and intertwined. 28 are provided. The mixture of the bryophyte plant and the fiber is also entangled and fixed to the permeable substrate 27. The method of forming this sheet is briefly described below. Disperse the water-soluble fiber and the water-insoluble fiber in appropriate amounts of water, add the bryophyte plant to the solution, stir well with a mixer, and pour it over a permeable base material. It flows down through the timber, leaving fiber components and bryophytes on the top surface of the substrate. When this is dried, it is possible to obtain a bryophyte plant-carrying sheet in which a bryophyte plant, a water-soluble fiber, and a water-insoluble fiber are mixed and intertwined with a substantially uniform thickness on a permeable substrate. . This sheet can easily and satisfactorily entangle the fiber with the bryophyte plant, and since the fiber can easily enter the base material, it is difficult for the bryophyte plant to fall off from the base material. A bryophyte plant can be supported on a substrate. In addition, since a small amount of fiber can be carried, germination and growth of moss plants are not hindered. Further, a water-soluble sheet may be placed from above.
[0028]
In addition, as a sheet carrying a bryophyte plant provided on the surface of the cover material base material, moss is placed on a base material such as fiber, and a fiber called a web is placed from above, and driven with a needle punch, It may be a sheet in which bryophytes are immobilized on a substrate by entanglement of fibers.
[0029]
Further, a pile of artificial turf may be tufted and attached to the moss-carrying sheet provided on the surface of the cover material substrate. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a specific example in which a pile of artificial turf is driven into the sheet shown in FIG. An artificial turf pile 29 is attached so as to penetrate the nonwoven fabric sheet 24, the layer 25 of bryophytes and the PVA sheet 26. By attaching artificial turf to the sheet supporting the bryophyte plant to the extent that sunlight can not be impeded, the artificial turf looks good and lush without impairing the growth and photosynthesis of the bryophyte plant It has an appearance. Further, by attaching the artificial turf, it is possible to protect the bryophyte plant from external force, suppress drying, protect it from the wind, and the like, and promote the establishment and growth of the moss plant. In addition, the sheet of artificial turf is tufted directly on the sheet to form an artificial turf so that it penetrates the sheet interposed with the moss plant, so that the sheet can be firmly sandwiched. It is possible to prevent falling off or bias of similar plants. In addition to the sheet shown in FIG. 4, artificial turf can be attached as long as the sheet is a bryophyte-carrying sheet capable of tufting piles.
[0030]
There is no particular limitation on the road-related facilities that are greened and refreshed by attaching the cover material, as long as they are facilities provided alongside the road in addition to the soundproof walls. For example, FIG. 7 shows an elevated road, in which a side wall 31 is erected on a side edge, and a soundproof wall 32 as shown in FIG. In some cases, a girder back sound absorbing plate 34, a girder decorative plate 35, and the like are provided. The cover material 2 may be attached to the outer surface of the wall balustrade 31, the soundproof wall 32, the median strip 33, the girder back sound absorbing plate 34, the girder decorative board 35, and the like, and the greening may be refreshed. In addition, if a decorative board with girder legs is attached, the cover material 2 may be attached to this decorative board to refresh greening. If there is no decorative board, the cover material 2 may be directly attached to the bridge pier 36 for greening. May be refreshed.
[0031]
FIG. 8 shows a digging road, and in some cases, road supplementary equipment such as a digging sound absorbing plate 42 and a railing 43 may be provided. good. Also, the cover member 2 can be attached to the wall surface 41 of the excavated road for greening.
[0032]
FIG. 9 is a diagram showing a footpath. In some cases, a sound-insulating wall 51, a central separation zone 52, and a low-rise sound-insulating wall 53 for separating a pedestrian road are provided at the boundary of the pedestrian road as the road auxiliary equipment. The greening may be performed by attaching the cover material 2 to the outer surface of the low-rise soundproof wall 53 or the like.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
In the greening refreshing method according to the present invention, a cover material in which plants are vegetated is attached to the outer surface of the existing road auxiliary equipment, and the greenery surface, which is the outer surface of the cover material, is a new outer surface of the road auxiliary equipment. It is very easy and inexpensive and can be planted in a short period of time. In particular, when the greening refresh method of the present invention is applied to a soundproof wall panel having a large existing area, a large area can be easily greened in an urban area where greening is required.
[0034]
By greening, the heat island phenomenon is mitigated, and further, an air purification effect such as fixation of carbon dioxide gas and absorption of nitrogen oxides can be expected. Also, the feeling of pressure on the driver can be reduced.
[0035]
Further, by using a bryophyte plant as a plant, soil can be easily fixed to the surface without the need for soil, it is resistant to drying and the like, and it is possible to achieve extremely excellent greening with excellent photosynthesis performance and water retention performance. In addition, since an irrigation device or the like is not required, construction can be performed very inexpensively and simply. In addition, by combining with water-retaining materials, it can temporarily accumulate rainwater, evaporate water from the water-retaining materials to the exclusion sites, maintain the environmental humidity around the moss, keep the moist state for a long time, and grow Can be promoted.
