Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a load detection device in the field of work such as relocating an electric wire in a live state, and more particularly to a control method of a driving unit thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a control method of a driving unit by a load detection device for the purpose of relocating an electric wire or the like is as shown in FIG. In FIG. 2, reference numeral 5 denotes a load detection device, 51 denotes a switch, 52 denotes a dog, 6 denotes an arithmetic circuit, 7 denotes a drive unit, and 8 denotes an operation unit. The dog 52 slides due to the load applied to the load detection device 5, and the switch 51 is turned ON or OFF. When the switch 51 is OFF, the arithmetic circuit 6 permits the drive unit 7 to perform a normal operation. When the switch 51 is turned on, a drive stop signal is output to the drive unit 7 to stop the drive (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-122536
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the prior art, since the arithmetic circuit 6 outputs a drive stop signal to the drive unit 7 only when the switch 51 of the load detection device 5 is turned on, the drive unit speed immediately before the switch 51 is turned on is high. The coasting amount moved before the drive unit 7 completely stopped increased, and the vehicle exceeded the set load value.
In addition, since the operator does not know the current load with respect to the set load, it is necessary to always operate the drive unit 7 at a low speed so as not to cause coasting, and there is a problem that the working speed is low.
Therefore, the present invention reduces the coasting amount of the four drive units after the load detected by the one load detecting device reaches the set value, and warns with a warning lamp / warning buzzer before reaching the set load value. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a load detection device that can be operated efficiently without the vehicle falling over.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is a load detection device that outputs a detected load in an analog form, and a calculation circuit that calculates an output signal of the load detection device, and an operation maximum speed based on a signal value of the calculation circuit. A drive unit for changing and stopping the drive unit, and an operation unit that operates the drive unit and includes a warning lamp or a warning buzzer, are operated by an output signal of an arithmetic circuit.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1, 1 is a load detection device, 11 is a load sensor, 2 is a calculation circuit, 21 is a conceptual diagram of calculation, 4 is a drive unit, 3 is an operation unit, 31 is a warning lamp, and 32 is a warning buzzer.
In the figure, the load applied to the load detecting device 1 is detected by a load sensor 11 and transmitted to an arithmetic circuit 2 as an analog (continuous amount proportional to the load) output signal. The arithmetic circuit 2 performs an arithmetic operation to decrease the maximum operation speed of the drive unit as the analog output signal value from the load sensor 11 approaches a preset value as shown in the operation conceptual diagram 21 to obtain the maximum speed at the time of operating the operation unit. When the analog output signal of the load sensor 11 reaches a preset value, a signal for stopping the operation of the drive unit 4 is output to the drive unit 4. Further, when the analog output signal value from the load sensor 11 approaches a predetermined value or more by a predetermined value, a signal for turning on the warning lamp 31 of the operation unit 3 and sounding a warning buzzer 32 is transmitted to the operation unit. Output to 3. The operation unit 3 turns on the warning lamp 31, receives a signal for sounding the warning buzzer 32, turns on the warning lamp 31, and sounds the warning buzzer 32.
[0007]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, as the load value detected by the load detection device approaches a preset value, the maximum operation speed of the drive unit becomes slow regardless of the operation of the operation unit, and the detected load value Is low-speed drive immediately before reaching the set value, the coasting of the drive unit when the detected load value reaches the set value is reduced, and the operation can be performed safely.
In addition, since the warning is given to the operator by a warning lamp or a warning sound before reaching the preset value, the operator can recognize the danger of the load value in advance, so that an effective operation can be performed.
