【0044】
なお、内側管状体3の厚みとしては、例えば、1.5〜50mm(好ましくは4.0〜15mm、さらに好ましくは4.0〜10mm)の範囲から選択することができる。
【0045】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a core for an adhesive tape used when winding an adhesive tape in a roll shape, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll using the core.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The adhesive tape roll (adhesive tape roll) has an adhesive tape wound on an outer peripheral surface of an adhesive tape core (sometimes simply referred to as “core”). In order to prevent deformation or crushing due to residual stress or the like after winding of the adhesive tape, a hard and durable plastic tubular body (plastic tubular body) or a paper tubular body (paper tubular body) is usually used. I have. Among such winding cores, a rigid plastic tubular article is manufactured by using, for example, a method of cutting a plastic extruded tube into a ring or a method of injection molding a plastic. In addition, for a robust paper tubular article, for example, a method is used in which a paper sheet is wound in a roll shape, and a solid paper tube is manufactured by solidifying the wound layers with an adhesive, and this is cut off as necessary. (See Non-Patent Document 1).
[0003]
Further, as a core that can be used for the adhesive tape, there has been proposed a core in which a sheet piece made of a plastic material or the like is formed into a tubular body with both ends of the sheet piece being unconnected (see Patent Document 1). . This core can stably hold the wound state of the tape without the side surface of the adhesive tape wound body being tapered.
[0004]
In order to manufacture an adhesive tape roll, for example, a core is inserted into a mandrel (iron core), a connection is made between the mandrel and the core, and the mandrel or the core is rotated to form a core. A method is employed in which an adhesive tape is wound, and if necessary, the wound adhesive tape is cut into a circle with a core, and further, a mandrel is removed to obtain a wound adhesive tape.

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in general, in the case of a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape wound body using a rigid core, if the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape tries to shrink due to squeezing or residual stress, the core is resistant to the shrinkage. Shrinkage of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape in contact with the core is prevented, and the side surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll tends to be tapered (bamboo-shaped) due to residual stress or the like.
[0007]
On the other hand, in the case of the core described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-122524, stabilization of the wound state of the adhesive tape can be satisfied to some extent. For example, a long adhesive tape (length When a long adhesive tape having a length of 100 m or more is wound, the core is deformed (crushed) without shrinking in diameter. Shape deformation also occurs in the winding state, for example, the cross section has a shape such that a concave and convex portion is formed in a part of a circle, and between the core and the adhesive tape wound around the core. There was a problem that a gap was partially formed in the nest, resulting in a so-called “nested state”. In this way, if a crush mark is formed in several rounds on the inner peripheral side of the adhesive tape due to the crushing of the core, it becomes a defective product, and it becomes impossible to ship the roll of the adhesive tape as a product. In addition, as a deformation | transformation state of the shape in the winding state of the said adhesive tape, the deformation state as specifically shown in FIG. 9 can be illustrated. FIG. 9 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a roll of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape showing a state in which the shape of the tape has been deformed by the deformation of the core. In FIG. 9, reference numeral 7 denotes a wound adhesive tape wound body,
[0008]
As described above, in the conventional core, the stability of the wound state of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape in the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll is low. May be tapered (bamboo-shaped), or the cross-section of the wound adhesive tape may be a crushed circular shape in which uneven portions are partially formed.
[0009]
In Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-122524, a thin paper tube with a brand name or the like is used as an auxiliary core on the inner periphery of a sheet piece tubular body in which the sheet piece is spirally wound, and is in a non-adhered state. It is described that it can also be left. However, only a thin paper tube is described as an auxiliary core, and nothing is described about a tubular body having a three-layer structure.
[0010]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a core for an adhesive tape that can stabilize the winding state of the adhesive tape in the adhesive tape wound body, and an adhesive tape wound body using the core. .
Another object of the present invention is to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape core and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape using the core, which can stably maintain a favorable winding state of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape even when a long pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is wound. To provide a wound body.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have conducted intensive studies to achieve the object, and as a result, by stabilizing the winding state of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape in the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll by setting the structure of the core to a specific structure. For example, even if the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is wound and squeezed due to residual stress or the like, the side surface of the wound pressure-sensitive adhesive tape becomes tapered (bamboo-saw-shaped), The inventor has found that the cross section of the turned adhesive tape can be effectively prevented from becoming a crushed circular shape in which an uneven portion is partially formed. The present invention has been completed based on these findings.
[0012]
That is, the present invention is a core when the adhesive tape is wound into a roll, and is constituted by the following outer tubular body and the following inner tubular body, and the outer tubular body and the inner tubular body are A core for an adhesive tape, which is in a non-connected state.
Outer tubular body: a spirally wound tubular body in which a sheet piece is spirally wound and both ends of the sheet piece are in close contact with each other in a disconnected state.
Inner tubular body: a three-layered tubular body in which three tubular body layers are integrated
[0013]
The sheet piece constituting the outer tubular body is preferably made of plastic. Further, in the inner tubular body, the outer tubular body layer may be formed of a paper material, and the intermediate tubular body layer may be formed of at least one selected from a foam material, a low-density paper material, and a paper corrugated board material. It may be formed of one kind of material, and the inner tubular body layer may be formed of a paper material.
[0014]
The present invention also provides a roll of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is formed by winding a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape around the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape core.

When the tubular body layer (a) 31 is a deformable layer, the material forming the tubular body layer (a) 31 has a strength that does not cause crushing due to tension when the adhesive tape is wound around the core. The material is not particularly limited as long as it can form a layer that is deformed (crushed or the like) by the action of residual stress or the like after winding the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. Examples of the material for forming the tubular body layer (a) 31 include various materials such as paper and plastic, and mixtures thereof. The tubular body layer (a) 31 is preferably formed of a paper material. The paper material for forming the tubular body layer (a) 31 is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately selected from various paper materials and used.
[0032]
The strength, thickness, hardness and the like of the tubular body layer (a) 31 can be appropriately selected according to the winding length and material of the adhesive tape.
[0033]
The thickness of the tubular body layer (a) 31 is not particularly limited. For example, when the outer diameter of the core is about 82 to 116 mm, the thickness is 0.5 to 5.0 mm (preferably 1.0 to 4.0 mm). , More preferably from 1.0 to 3.0 mm).
[0034]
The tubular body layer (a) 31 may have a single-layer structure or a laminate structure.
[0035]
When the tubular body layer (b) 32 is a buffer layer, the material for forming the tubular body layer (b) 32 may be a material of the tubular body layer (a) 31 due to a squeezing force such as residual stress of an adhesive tape. The material is not particularly limited as long as the material can form a layer that can be depressed in the tubular body layer (b) 32 without hindering the crushing deformation. Examples of the material forming the tubular body layer (b) 32 include various materials such as a foam material, a low-density paper material, and a corrugated paper material, and a mixture thereof. The tubular body layer (b) 32 is preferably formed of at least one material selected from a foam material, a low-density paper material, and a paper corrugated sheet material.
[0036]
In the material for forming the tubular body layer (b) 32, the foam material can be appropriately selected from various foam materials such as a polyethylene foam material, a polystyrene foam material, and a rubber foam material. The low-density paper material is not particularly limited as long as it is made of low-density paper. The low-density paper material has a density of, for example, 0.01 to 0.5 g / cm. 3 (Preferably 0.05 to 0.3 g / cm 3 ) Degree range. Furthermore, examples of the paper corrugated sheet material include paper corrugated sheet materials such as so-called “cardboard paper”.
[0037]
The thickness of the tubular body layer (b) 32 is not particularly limited. For example, when the outer diameter of the core is about 82 to 116 mm, the thickness is 0.5 to 5.0 mm (preferably 0.5 to 4.0 mm). , More preferably from 0.5 to 3.0 mm).
[0038]
The tubular body layer (b) 32 may have a single-layer configuration or a laminate configuration.
[0039]
When the tubular body layer (c) 33 is a non-deformable layer, the material for forming the tubular body layer (c) 33 is not particularly limited as long as it is a material that is not deformed due to a winding force such as a residual stress of an adhesive tape. There is no limitation, and various materials generally used as a material for a rigid core can be used. As a material for forming the tubular body layer (c) 33, for example, various materials such as a paper material and a plastic material, and a mixture thereof are exemplified. The tubular body layer (c) 33 is preferably formed of a paper material. The paper material for forming the tubular body layer (c) 33 is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately selected from various paper materials and used.
[0040]
The strength, thickness, hardness and the like of the tubular body layer (c) 33 can be appropriately selected according to the winding length and material of the adhesive tape.
[0041]
The thickness of the tubular body layer (c) 33 is not particularly limited. For example, when the outer diameter of the core is about 82 to 116 mm, the thickness is 0.5 to 10 mm (preferably 1.0 to 8.0 mm, and more preferably 1.0 to 8.0 mm. (Preferably 1.0 to 5.0 mm).

(Wound adhesive tape)
The adhesive tape wound body of the present invention is formed by winding an adhesive tape around the core. The method for manufacturing the wound adhesive tape is not particularly limited as long as the core is used, and a known or commonly used manufacturing method can be used. For example, after inserting and fixing the core in a mandrel of an adhesive tape wound body manufacturing apparatus, the mandrel is rotated to wind the raw adhesive tape on the outer peripheral surface of the core, and if necessary, the specification width ( Or a predetermined width) to produce a roll of pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.
[0049]
After winding the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or cutting to a specified width, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape may be commercialized as a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll as shown in FIG. 3, or the inner tubular body is removed from the core. This may be commercialized as a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll having a core made of only the outer tubular body. This is because, by using the core constituted by the inner tubular body and the outer tubular body, when the long adhesive tape is wound around the core, the tightening force such as residual stress generated in the adhesive tape is reduced by the inner tubular body. This is because the wound state of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is stabilized even if the inner tubular body of the core is removed after the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is wound around the core because the tape is disappeared due to the deformation of the body. In addition, since the outer tubular body and the inner tubular body in the core of the present invention are in a non-adhered state, only the outer tubular body that is the outermost layer is left on the adhesive tape wound body as described above. The inner tubular body can be easily removed from the adhesive tape roll.
[0050]
Therefore, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll of the present invention is formed by winding the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape around a core having an inner tubular body and an outer tubular body, and removing the inner tubular body as necessary. As described above, if a core having an inner tubular body and an outer tubular body is used as a core when winding the adhesive tape at the time of manufacturing the adhesive tape wound body, the finally produced adhesive In the tape wound body, it is sufficient that the core has at least an outer tubular body.
[0051]
The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is not particularly limited, and may be in any form of pressure-sensitive adhesive tape (for example, a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed only on one surface of a substrate, or a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on both surfaces of a substrate. Or a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having no base material). Of course, the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape may be protected by a release liner, or may be protected by a release-treated surface formed on the back surface of the substrate.
[0052]
【The invention's effect】
According to the core for an adhesive tape of the present invention, since it has the above configuration, the wound state of the adhesive tape in the adhesive tape wound body can be stabilized. In addition, even when a long adhesive tape is wound, a favorable wound state of the adhesive tape can be stably maintained.
[0053]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to Examples, but the present invention is not limited to these Examples. In the following, “parts” means “parts by weight”.
(Example 1)
A sheet piece obtained by cutting a 2 mm thick polyethylene sheet into a 50 mm width is spirally wound using a mandrel by a known or conventional method to form an outer tubular body having a predetermined diameter (inner diameter: about 85 mm). Produced. In addition, both ends of the sheet piece constituting the outer tubular body are in a non-connected state.
On the inner peripheral side of a paper tube having a thickness of 2 mm, a tube made of a polyethylene foam having a thickness of about 1 mm (expansion ratio 30 times), and a tube made of the polyethylene foam (“PE foam”) A 1 mm thick paper tube is laminated and integrated with an adhesive on the inner peripheral surface side of the "body tubular body") to form an inner tubular body (inner diameter: 76.5 mm, outer diameter: 84.5 mm). Produced.
The inner tubular body was inserted into the inner peripheral surface side of the outer tubular body to prepare a core. That is, the outermost layer of the core is a tubular body formed by spirally winding a polyethylene sheet. Note that the outer tubular body and the inner tubular body are not adhered and are in a non-adhered state.
[0054]
An adhesive tape (trade name “No. 33T” manufactured by Nitto Denko Corporation) was wound 200 m on the outer peripheral surface of the core, and then cut into 18 mm width to produce an adhesive tape wound body.
[0055]
(Example 2)
Instead of a PE foam tube, a low density paper (density: 0.15 g / cm 3 ) Was used, a core was produced in the same manner as in Example 1, and a roll of pressure-sensitive adhesive tape was produced in the same manner as in Example 1. Therefore, the outermost layer of the core is a tubular body formed by spirally winding a polyethylene sheet in the same manner as in Example 1.
[0056]
(Comparative Example 1)
As a core, a sheet of 2 mm thick polyethylene sheet cut into 50 mm width is spirally wound using a mandrel by a known or commonly used method to a predetermined diameter (inner diameter: 76.5 mm). An adhesive tape roll was manufactured in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the core having the core was used. Therefore, the outermost layer of the core is a tubular body formed by spirally winding a polyethylene sheet, and the core is composed only of the tubular body.
[0057]
(Comparative Example 2)
As the core, a core obtained by laminating and integrating a polyethylene foam having a thickness of about 1 mm (expansion ratio: 30 times) with an adhesive on the outer peripheral surface of a paper tube having a thickness of 3 mm (inner diameter: 76.5 mm) was used. Except for this, a wound adhesive tape was produced in the same manner as in Example 1. Therefore, the outermost layer of the core is a tube made of polyethylene foam.
[0058]
(Comparative Example 3)
A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll was manufactured in the same manner as in Example 1, except that a roll core (inner diameter: 76.5 mm) consisting only of a polyethylene plastic tube having a thickness of 3 mm was used as the roll core. Therefore, the outermost layer of the core is a polyethylene plastic tube, and the core is composed of only the polyethylene plastic tube.
[0059]
(Evaluation)
After the adhesive tape rolls obtained in Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 were allowed to stand at room temperature (20 to 25 ° C.) for 7 days, the shape of the adhesive tape roll (the core The shape and the entire shape of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll were observed, and the presence or absence of surface deformation in the outermost layer of the core and the presence or absence of side surface deformation of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll were evaluated. Specifically, whether or not the surface of the outermost layer of the core is deformed depends on whether the surface of the outermost layer of the core is curved such that the cross section is a perfect circle, or irregularities (coils) are formed. It was observed that the shape did not become irregular due to being performed. On the other hand, the presence or absence of deformation of the side surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll was observed as to whether it was not tapered (telescopic) or tapered (telescopic). The evaluation results are shown in Table 1 in the columns of "presence or absence of deformation of the outermost layer of the winding core" and "presence or absence of deformation of the side surface of the wound body".
[0060]
In Table 1, "no deformation of the outermost layer" means a state in which the surface of the outermost layer has a curved surface whose cross section is a perfect circle. Further, "no deformation of the side surface" means that the side surface of the adhesive tape roll is not tapered (telescope-shaped) and retains its original shape.

[0062]
5 to 8 show photographs of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll after being left at room temperature (20 to 25 ° C.) for 7 days. FIG. 5 is a view showing a photograph of the shape of the adhesive tape roll according to Example 1 or 2, wherein the left photograph shows a state where the side of the adhesive tape roll is viewed from the front, and the right photograph shows The state which looked at the adhesive tape winding body side surface from the side surface is shown. FIG. 6 is a view showing a photograph relating to the shape of the adhesive tape roll according to Comparative Example 1. The left photograph shows a state in which the side of the adhesive tape roll is viewed from the front, and the right photograph shows the left photograph. It is a principal part enlarged view of a photograph. FIG. 7 is a view showing a photograph of the shape of the adhesive tape roll according to Comparative Example 2, wherein the left photograph shows a state in which the side of the adhesive tape roll is viewed from the front, and the right photograph shows the adhesive tape. The state which looked at the winding body side from the side is shown. FIG. 8 is a view showing a photograph relating to the shape of the adhesive tape roll according to Comparative Example 3, wherein the left photograph shows a state in which the side of the adhesive tape roll is viewed from the front, and the right photograph shows the adhesive tape. The state which looked at the winding body side from the side is shown.
[0063]
As is clear from Table 1 and FIGS. 5 to 8, the cores according to Examples 1 and 2 (that is, the sheet pieces are wound in a spiral shape, and both ends of the sheet pieces are in close contact with each other in a non-connected state). The outer tubular body and the inner tubular body in which the three tubular body layers are integrated, and the outer tubular body and the inner tubular body are not connected to each other. Even when the adhesive tape of the length is wound, the inner tubular body of the core can absorb the tightening force due to the residual stress or the like of the wound adhesive tape, so that the outermost layer of the core has a true cross section. A curved surface having a circular shape is maintained, and the side surface of the adhesive tape roll is not tapered (telescope-shaped), and the original shape can be maintained.
[0064]
On the other hand, since the winding core according to Comparative Example 1 is constituted only of a tubular body formed by spirally winding a polyethylene sheet, the side surface of the wound adhesive tape does not have a tapered shape and remains as it is. However, the winding core is crushed and deformed by the winding force due to the residual stress or the like of the wound adhesive tape, and specifically, the deformation as shown in FIG. (A roll nest is formed).
[0065]
Further, the cores according to Comparative Examples 2 and 3 do not have a tubular body formed by being wound in a spiral shape, and are each constituted only by a polyethylene foam tube and a polyethylene plastic tube. Therefore, the outermost layer of the winding core can maintain a curved surface such that the cross-section becomes a perfect circle, but the side surface of the adhesive tape wound body is reduced by the winding force due to the residual stress of the wound adhesive tape. It has a tapered shape (the adhesive tape roll has a telescopic shape).
